Very nice steakhouse inside of the Hilton in Naples. Billy our server was a wealth of information of menu options but he was down to earth and not uptight like some fine dining establishments can be. Had a Birds Eye view of the kitchen and watched as the manager methodically matched tickets to plates making sure meals were correct. My filet with lobster was done to perfection as was the creamed spinach which was enough for two. My husband did not care for his ribeye as it had a lot of marbling so he helped me eat my filet. Service was impeccable, Billy is a superstar, we loved him. Lobster bisque is housemade on the premises. Ceasar salad was fresh and delicious. This place is pricey , but well worth it for the food and the dining experience. read more

Truly disappointed in the quality of the food. My lobster bisque was non creamy and the lobster was in huge non chewable pieces. A steakhouse should be known for its ability to prepare a steak from where it's purchased to how it reaches the table. My $95 bone in ribeye lacked tenderness and as simple as lacking seasoning. The hight of the evening was excellent service. We eat a several high end restaurants and this one is a 4 out of 10. Chain steakhouses like Texas Roadhouse serve a better steak at a quarter of the price. read more

Shula's Naples has one of the best burgers I've had the pleasure of enjoying. The setting and the fries are terrific. Although not inexpensive, the experience is top notch. I would give a 10 out of 10 if I could! We had Joellen as our server and she was FABULOUS! My husband booked dinner for my birthday, originally for later in the evening but we decided to try to change it to earlier so we could catch the FSU game and they were extremely accommodating when he called. When we arrived, every staff member we passed me with a Happy Birthday (so sweet)! The Manager also stopped by our table during our dining experience to ensure that everything was to our liking (and it was)! I want to take a moment to thank Mike Mahon one of the head chefs for the time and attention he gave to my allergy concerns. It was above and beyond what we have experienced with other restaurants. Because of that, we had most of our meals at Shula's, which is very unusual for us as we rarely eat at our hotel more than one time a stay. Food and bar service were amazing. Caution! Check the drink prices. First of all my complaint is with the bar not the restaurant. We have eaten here so many times and had a great experience in the past. However, last night my wife and I stopped for a night cap. We both ordered a Smokey Old Fashion. The bartender asked me what my preference was as far as bourbon. I said I am normally a Jack Daniels guy he asked me if I would like to try the Jack Daniel's Sinatra? I said sure. For my wife she said she has no preference. We stayed for only one drink and the bill was $55 10 for my wife drink and $45 for mine. The guy never told me there was a difference in the price and $45 is insane for a single shot of alcohol. We had a wonderful evening at Shulas! First, the atmosphere is upscale and sophisticated. Service was attentive, informed and friendly. The pour on the cocktails and wine were generous, our filets were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The signature Mac and cheese was worth the splurge and the asparagus was fresh and well prepared. Of special note was our lovely server, Daniela! She was very attentive, made great recommendations and was the perfect combination of friendly and professional! My wife and I went to Shula's yesterday as this is National Hamburger month and we had heard that Shula's burgers were really good. That is correct the burgers were fabulous but the people working there were even better than fabulous. We were greeted by Crystal. She couldn't have been more welcoming and exuberant about her job and us being there. We were no sooner in the door when we felt so enthusiastically greeted. Then we met Laura the bartender. (We prefer to sit at the bar). Laura and Crystal are of the same mold. She greeted us, asked our names and all the time we were there she called us by our names. The service was great, absolute great. We will be going back to Shula's for the food but more because we appreciated the staff and immediately felt at home. Waiter did apologize but I felt as if a manager should have came by to at least explain why everything took so long and provided an apology. Food was pretty good. Drinks on the other hand.... I ordered a whiskey sour which was $20, I was imagining at this price point that the bartender would have used egg whites but that was not the case. Wife ordered a French 75 and again, bartender missed the mark. Drink tasted almost at room temperature. In the end, if you want a great steak, sides and nice appetizers I would recommend.
