Went to Shula's to celebrate my birthday. Server was Paulie C. Excellent service. Food was great - filet mignon and lobster was delicious! Great date night out with the husband!

We were glad this was our restaurant option while staying at the hotel, which made it easier to just walk down to have dinner and drinks. We sat at the bar and were welcomed by the bartender. He was friendly and attentive. Since we were not very hungry, we just had appetizers and drinks before calling it a night. We ordered the calamari and crab cake, with were delish, fresh and made to order. This is a good option for sure, keep in mind that it would be pricey but worth it.

We had a great dinner while staying at the Hilton. Solid example of a prime steakhouse. Steaks were great as were the sides. Service was excellent and Cocktails were not over priced which was a surprise. The dark oak walls gave an upscale feel without being pretentious. Outstanding place!

This is not a place for supper, this is a place to dine. The atmosphere was amazing. Piano player, nice facility and great customer service. The fresh french bread and sea salt butter for the table was delicious. I had the French onion soup, one of the best I've had in a while, and wife ordered the market salad. She was very satisfied with that choice. We then split the NY Steak. It was so well prepared. Our side was a shared baked potato with the works. Also very tasty. Although very full we did also get the Apple Strudel dessert. Not a real strudel, more like an elevated mini apple pie. Wife loved it.. not my favorite due to too much nutmeg but I wasn't disappointed. I'll also give 2 thumbs up for our server JoEllen.

Came for brunch and had the avocado toast with 2 poached eggs. The eggs were slightly overcooked but overall flavor of the toast was good. My friend ordered turkey bacon and got regular bacon. Otherwise it was good. Mimosas are decent. Ramona was our server she was pretty good. McKenzie manager was really nice. Took a while to get seated.

First off as soon as we walk in, we are greeted by a wonderful host with a smile on her face!! The manager Justin who is incredibly charming in a respectful way, brought us to our seats!! Super friendly down to earth, and took care of us from beginning to end!! My mother who just turned 65 was very pleased by our Server Nate who was so funny he brought us birthday vibes desserts confetti the whole shebang!!! We are so going back!!! And we can't wait!!! Everything on the menu looks delicious!! My wedge salad was to die for that tomato bacon jam i mean hellooo i want it on everything!!! My mom's Chicken Marsalla was excellent!! I couldn't stop myself from ordering a side of béarnaise sauce!! Thick and creamy not too lemony!! Everything was perfect!! 10 out of 10 guys. Nice job. See you soon. Happy New Year's.

She lives is probably one of the best steakhouses in Naples. We typically dine there once a week on Saturday nights. The service is impeccable. The food is perfectly cooked every time. I've never had a better steak than I have here. I'm a pretty picky eater when it comes to my medium rare fillets. I've never been disappointed eating here. Maureen is one of the best servers I've had in many many years taking great care of us and meeting all of our culinary needs

It had ceiling fans and a nice view of Naples Players Theater Plaza. Service was prompt & attentive, but never rushed. Marija offered great recommendations that worked well together. For apps we had the Hamachi Crudo with pickled mango and seaweed salad, as well as the Spicy Tuna Roll, which had just enough kick. Both were as authentic as anything we've had in Japan. For main course my wife enjoyed the halibut special. One thing I liked is that Marija quoted us the price wihout asking: right in in line with the other entrees and no worrying about 'sticker shock' check surprises at end of the meal. I had the pork chop, where getting it tender challenges many chefs. This one delivered: Perfectly done and seasoned just right. It doesn't come with vegetables so Marija suggested a half side of miso-chili broccoli, which was a great pairing. As we came in I noticed a lot of diners leaving with leftovers: portions were generous and we did same. For dessert, diners at next table raved about their giant 10 layer carrot cake. Marija offered me an off-the-menu 5-layer option that hit the spot. My wife had the flourless dark chocolate torte and ended up taking half home with us- it was very generous and really delicious. Bill was accurate and you pay at table on handheld terminals- no handing over your card and waiting. One of the more expensive restaurants we've eaten at here, but worth every dollar. It was a wonderful experience and we'll be back.

The cook of the steak was in fact medium rare as ordered, however, when we cut our steaks, immediately you could tell how tough the meat was. I'm not sure if these steaks are frozen or simply a poor quality of cut, but it shouldn't take more than 3 business days to chew a steak. The winner of our meal was in fact the sonoma ravioli. It was very rich and decadent. I also suggest the gouda tater tots and truffle mac & cheese. I'd skip the creamed spinach as it lacked flavor and was a bit runny. The ambiance was high energy, great for big parties and dates as well. Perhaps the seafood entrees may be better as I did notice other parties ordering those items. But to compare to other steakhouses, I don't think I can give it a positive review.

Everything about it from entering the grounds of The Ritz, walking through the hotel lobby, to being greeted at the host/hostess station elevated an experience that by the end of the meal can be summed up in the word Magnifique! Upon reaching the host/hostess station, we were efficiently greeted and brought to our table walking through a beautiful dining room with a piano player to boot reminiscent of the great restaurants of the '70's and '80's. Whisked to our table to a romantic table for two with a full view of the dining room a la Forge Miami Beach 1980. We were told that The Grill has been operational for 40 years and is the best performing restaurant within Marriott's portfolio and the only remaining Grill. Our server who was outstanding had been here for 29 years. He explained to a T the specials and was both professional and friendly what you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. We started by selecting our bottle of wine a reasonably priced Pride Cab that was not heavily marked up. The wine list was extensive with a wide range of wines priced many priced reasonably and providing good value all the way up to top end Screaming Eagle. We elected to start with a great Caesar salad and followed up with two bone-in steaks, one being the 22 oz. bone-in ribeye for $98 and a 22 oz. bone in filet mignon special at $142 that our server described as being 14 oz. of meat and boy was it huge! The bone-in ribeye was cooked perfectly and delicious and the filet was soft as butter and very very good. We had fantastic Cajun spiced steak fries and great broccolini. For dessert we finished up with two souffles that are personal sized, one being a chocolate souffle with chocolate sauce and in asking for sabayon - they advised that while they could not they would bring out creme anglaise. The cookies n cream souffle was even better and delectable! Service was off the chart polished, unrushed and absolutely great. All in all the experience was beyond 5 stars. A truly unique restaurant standing the test of time and without a doubt the best steakhouse and best restaurant that we have eaten at in the State of Florida. It is sliced ribbon-thin and tempura dusted, fried to perfection with a sweet chili glaze. She described it perfectly. It was so delicious! Perfect portion for sharing. For my entree I ordered the 6 oz Wagyu Filet Migon for market price, which was $55. It comes with 2 sides and a sauce. For my sauce I ordered the garlic herb butter. For my sides I ordered the sweet potato mash and the herb and garlic fingerling potatoes. Wow!!!! This was absolutely incredible. I ordered my filet medium rare, and yes I wanted it that way. Cooked to my perfection! The garlic herb butter was perfect!!! The sweet potato mash and the fingerling potatoes were fantastic! Would definitely come back and recommend!! Please bring to St Petersburg and/or Tampa!!!
