They snaked out the drain, and everything worked fine. On about Nov. 20, 2025, our dishwasher stopped working and displayed an error code, indicating the water wasn't draining properly. Since then we have been hand washing dishes and when I poured out the water into the side of the sink with the garbage disposal, and tried to run the disposal, the water came back up in the other side of the sink. At one point he laughed at my plunge pool, and suggested off the record I can try dumping lye in the system. After researching this, i found this could potentially destroy your system (I figure this is why it was stated "off the record") This should not have cost $1000. I thought Buckeye Plumbing was an honest company, but I was wrong and paid the price for it. On top of everything, it took nearly 2 weeks of follow up calls to them to give me an appointment.
