I come here for laser hair removal and have had a great experience! Yes, laser stings a little ,…read morebut it definitely gets easier over time, especially as you start having less hair. The service is always quick, and I love that there's plenty of availability when scheduling appointments. They also do a great job explaining how to take care of your skin before and after treatment, without making it complicated. Quick, convenient, and effective. I've been happy with my results so far! Better than waxing in my opinion

Do Not Come Here For Face Laser Hair Removal!!!!! Unless you want to loose your eyelashes for…read moreseveral months... * I purchased a 6-session full face laser hair removal package. * The first session was fine and my skin had no reaction. * The 2nd and 3rd sessions weren't pleasant as it caused redness and small bumps that turned into whiteheads lasting several days. Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.

Horrible Experience - Waste of $1,200!…read more I wish I could give zero stars to Sculpt! I spent $1,200 on laser hair removal for my shoulders, and not only did it not work, but now I have more hair than before! This place is a total scam. I followed all their instructions, yet the results were the complete opposite of what they promised. The technician, Nataly, performed my treatments, and it was clear she had no idea what she was doing. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. If their laser actually worked, I wouldn't be dealing with this mess today. If you're thinking about going here--DON'T. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and wasted money. This place is a joke.

I had been going to Sculpt's DTLA location twice a year for three years and always found the…read moreservice to be acceptable. However, after moving to another part of Los Angeles, I decided to try their Silver Lake location for convenience--and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. From the moment I arrived, the experience was unpleasant. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly, and the space itself felt dingy and poorly maintained. I came in for another tattoo removal session, and while they do numb the area beforehand, they left me sitting in the chair for over an hour with no update. When I finally asked the front desk when my treatment would begin, I was told I was "still numbing"... with no explanation for the delay. When the technician finally arrived, he smelled strongly of food, which suggested I had unknowingly spent that hour waiting while he was on his lunch break. While I don't mind someone taking their break, it was frustrating that my time was clearly not respected. On top of that, he was cold, unwelcoming, and by far the most unpleasant staff member I've encountered at any Sculpt location. After that visit, I never returned and chose to take my business to Removery instead. I wouldn't recommend the Silver Lake location to anyone.

I was looking into eyebrow tattoo removal and LaserAway got back to me right away, which I really…read moreappreciated. In particular, Mariah, the agent who called me, was so kind, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process. Even after it was determined by the LaserAway nurses that my eyebrows were not the best fit for their services, she took the time to answer all of my questions and really broke everything down for me in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, I genuinely appreciated the transparency and efficiency of LaserAway, instead of being pushed into something that might not work well for me. Mariah gave me a great first impression of LaserAway and I would definitely reach out to them again for any other cosmetic services in the future!

Wow. Just wow. I…read morescheduled a consultation with this company because I was genuinely interested in laser hair removal. During my call with the representative at (480) 542-7002, she explained the pricing and began recommending package options. I told her I wanted some time to review the pricing and think it over before making a decision. Instead of respecting that, she became increasingly pushy and pressured me to commit on the spot. When I said I wasn't ready to make a decision, she responded, "It seems you're not ready," in a dismissive tone and continued trying to pressure me into purchasing a package. I politely explained that I would review the numbers on my own and could schedule an appointment later if I decided to move forward. She clearly didn't like that response and abruptly hung up on me. I called back because I thought we had been disconnected. Instead, the person who answered pretended she hadn't just spoken with me and hung up a second time. I got a call back asked to speak with the representative I had originally spoken to, but they refused to identify her. I also asked for a corporate customer service number or an HR contact so I could report the incident, and they refused to provide either. That level of accountability--or lack thereof--is extremely concerning. They said HR is only internal for customers. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced was shocking. No potential customer should be treated this way simply because they want time to make an informed financial decision. This experience made it feel like the priority was making a sale rather than helping a customer. Very shameful conduct from a company that expects people to trust them with their business. Do better.
