(yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. I politely explained that I would review the numbers on my own and could schedule an appointment later if I decided to move forward. She clearly didn't like that response and abruptly hung up on me. I called back because I thought we had been disconnected. Instead, the person who answered pretended she hadn't just spoken with me and hung up a second time. I got a call back asked to speak with the representative I had originally spoken to, but they refused to identify her. I also asked for a corporate customer service number or an HR contact so I could report the incident, and they refused to provide either. That level of accountability--or lack thereof--is extremely concerning. They said HR is only internal for customers. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced was shocking. No potential customer should be treated this way simply because they want time to make an informed financial decision.
