I'm not happy with the service I placed a to go order at 6pm it was ready by 7. 1 chicken burrito which was terrible. We sat in the bar waiting waiting our server finally greeted us 15 minutes later. The food is amazing! Best Mexican food I've had in a while, and they had a decent selection for my picky kids too.

Si Senor is the closest restaurant to our house, so we end up going there 3-4 times a month. If it wasn't good, we wouldn't go, so it's definitely got some good things going for it. Service is always good, even when it's busy. They don't have employee turnover, so they know us in there--the waiters know our "usuals". The food is as good or better than most Mexican places I've eaten at. I recommend the Taco Cazuela, or the Garden Fresca Burrito. The portions are huge, so bring an appetite! read more

My opinion of this place is very meh. I've only been here twice at lunch time and simple stated: Over priced for just OK food. The first time I was there I ordered a chicken burrito and it wasn't very flavorful and the meat was actually on the dry side. I'm always for second chances so I let my coworkers drag be here again. This time I had the fajita quesadilla with beef while it was much better than the chicken burrito is was still way over priced for too little food. Also, both times I went it wasn't very busy and it seemed to take an abnormal amount of time for the food to be delivered. On the plus side I did really like the interior and the wait staff both times were very nice. This didn't save my business and unless I hear the prices go down or food quality go up, I will not likely eat here again. read more

Just ate there for our anniversary. Late afternoon not very busy. Walked in the door and heard hola welcome.felt very genuine. Waiter was perfect. Took our drinks and said chips and salsa would be right out. They arrived with the drinks and a great bean dip. The place is very clean inside and out. Wife had 7 mares. Seafood soup/stew.it was fantastic. I had fajitas. They were the best I have ever had. Everything spot on. Music was Spanish and not too intrusive. I like this place. It is Americanized Mexican food, but they do a good job. This was my first pandemic dine in experience, and they did a good job. This place has the space to still give a decent dining experience. The prices seemed like they went up, but I expect the same thing everywhere I go for now on. My wife had received a reliable recommendation for Si Senor from a colleague, so we stopped in. We really enjoyed the Carne Asada, the Arroz con Pollo, the beef and chicken tacos. I usually visit another restaurant that's more conveniently located from our home but the food at Si Senor was better prepared. The service was prompt and attentive. The Margaritas were tasty. This is our favorite Mexican food in Portland. Believe me - I am from Phoenix and to say I am pickey about good Mexican food is an understatement. I love their hard shell tacos - Their burro's (wow)... and truly everything I have eaten there over the past 4 years has been great. My expectations were high after choosing Si Senor to celebrate Taco Tuesday, and I was not disappointed! I went with my amazing coworkers and from the moment I stepped foot in the door, I was dazzled by the authenticity and architecture. Most of the furnishings looked like they were brought straight from Mexico, detailed with festive paintings and woodwork. The inside looked very clean and inviting! Our server, Rafael, made our experience very enjoyable by not only providing exceptional service, but also having a great personality and engaging with us. He was attentive and fun! While the tacos were delicious, my favorite part of the meal by FAR was the bean dip. I know that sounds odd, but it was so creamy and delicious that I was excited when they brought out 2 more sides of the dip after we demolished the first! I also got a cadillac margarita which came in a very large glass that I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall I am very happy with our experience and plan on returning. I highly recommend Si Senor! read more

It was too heavy in texture, couldn't taste the fillings due to lack of flavor, must not have used achote, recaito (seasoning), didn't seem filling had been cooked in annatto oil. The banana was over powering, that's all you could taste. Better luck hopefully next time. Take your time, am a patient person. Don't forget to cook fillings with seasonings, and banana needed to be well blended to prevent heaviness in texture. read more

Absolutely delicious. My husband enjoyed the Molcajete which is named after the bowl the meat buffet is served within. A selection of meats, shrimp, cheese, jalapeños, and cactus make this a fajita lovers dream. Expansive selection, and while vegetarian very impressed by the section showcasing traditional Mexican dishes. In the summer love the fish taco plate while sitting outside. Easily split with my husband, or taken home for lunch left overs. Their catering is easily customizable, so call and talk about your needs and budget. Our coffee shop utilized them for Christmas party catering the the build your own fajita bar was a huge hit. We love mexican food and are always on the lookout for something authentic. Although the service and food was ok, they served us a bean dip with the chips when we arrived. Usually mexican places serve salsa and chips, so this was a added bonus. Unfortunately, we learned that the bean dip had lard in it and we are vegetarians. Lived in Southern California and I was craving good Mexican food. I drive by here a few times a week and my coworkers love this place so I decided to give it a try. I honestly don't understand all the hype about this place. I thought it was ok, nothing to rave about, but it was average at it's best. You get free chips and salsa and the salsas were pretty good. The tacos were okay, and the chicken tortilla soup was watered down. Service was okay. Bartender shorted me one beer on the beer bucket but I let him know and he fixed the problem. I'll stick with the food trucks of 185th in Beaverton. It is closer to home and much better. If you're looking to try some good Mexican food that's where I would go. read more

This is definitely one of the top Mexican restaurants in the Tigard/Beaverton area. Great location right off Hall Blvd in a new, bustling restaurant area. Plenty of parking around back. I'm always greeted with smiles when I walk in, and it's always busy, which gives me confidence. They have ample indoor seating for 4-6, outdoor seating during the warmer months, and bar seating with stool-tops and along the bar. The décor is nice, traditional Spanish/Mexican, tile floors and tables. Plenty of natural and artificial light. The food here is always great! I have had many of the appetizer items as well as some entrees and I've never been let down. The drinks, same, always flavorful with just the right kick. The service speed is always fast too, I am always taken care of and checked in with often for refills of chips, waters, drinks, etc. The customer service here is what really sets this place apart. Everyone here is super nice and accommodating. I've never experienced a bad attitude or even seen an employee who isn't smiling. Must be a good work environment, and it shows!
