Siam Garden has now become my go to Thai restaurant if I am in the Winter Park area! They have their own parking lot behind the restaurant. Right as you walk in the ambiance of this place is very relaxed and calm. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the pad Thai (who goes to a Thai restaurant and not order this entree!!), panang Duck, and krab Rangoon. Right from the start as I was looking at their menu the price range was amazing compared to other Thai restaurants. Pad Thai $7.50, panang Duck $18, and krab Rangoon $5.75. Service was incredibly quick, everything came out within 10 minutes and with the first bite everything was delicious! Every entree had the perfect amount of spice and flavor. Went yesterday for lunch and I can't stop thinking about their wonton soup. It was the best I've ever had. There was a subtle complexity of flavors that was a perfect marriage. I wish I had taken a picture but it gives me an excuse to go back and savor this soup again. You may think you already found your go to Thai restaurant; but trust me. My first visit I ordered the spring rolls and the fried grouper dish. It traditionally comes with a Panang Curry sauce, but I have a coconut allergy and they made for me with the Chili Jam sauce and I ate every single bite of that dish. Amazing. This visit I was actually going to order the same dish again, but decided I needed to try their Pad Thai at least once, and this is the only place in Orlando I'll be ordering Pad Thai from in the future. My go to place for cheap yummy thai lunch specials. The food is always fresh and piping hot when served and you can get 2 large lunch plates and a app for under $20 bucks- yaaas! We especially like the crispy vegetarian spring rolls because they taste like someone's grandma is wrapping them in the back made to order*at least in my mind cause that would be so cute*..anyhow, I've tried most of the curries, tofu pad thai is bomb and the basil stir fry is delicious. I Just moved to this neighborhood and it was necessary to find new go to Thai spot. We found this nice mom and pop restaurant and was greeted and sat right away. We ordered a yum duck salad, papaya salad, pad Thai and the grouper with panang curry sauce. The fish was delicious but what officially made this our new spot was the duck salad. It was crispy and had a good tangy flavor. I would definitely come here just to order that dish. I'm not used to having duck at Thai places hut it's my newww favorite thing! I ordered again after the initial positive experience (early-mid December) and got the most HORRIBLE food poisoning. We hadn't had Thai food in some time. We are very experienced Thai eaters, so we were excited. We were greeted promptly. The restaurant has a great vibe, feels like an 80's restaurant that I went to as a kid. My wife had the Panang Duck. It was delicious and very crispy. The problem was that it was very dry. It's difficult to get duck bone dry, but somehow that was done. That said, it may have been the cost for the extreme crispiness, which had a great texture. The sauce was fantastic. So I had mixed feelings on the duck. My friends ordered the spring rolls and rated them average. They also ordered the red curry that reportedly was good, but had a strange initial taste. Red curry is what he orders frequently at other restaurants. They also ordered the drunken noodles. She was disappointed that there wasn't any sauce. I told her that the noodles may have absorbed all the sauce. We don't think the drunken noodles were really drunk. I ordered the kee Mao, which is a dish that they serve without noodles. It had a ton of watery sauce. I ordered my food Thai hot, and I'd put my dish at a medium hot, compared to other local Thai spots. Two of my friends also ordered their food Thai hot. They reported that they believe it was also a medium heat. My wife ordered medium hot. And she felt it was very mild in comparison to other places. But I don't really believe that people who order medium hot... Well I won't finish that. They brought out a tray with spices. But in the end, most of our group enjoys Thai hot, that is food cooked with the spices. Not just an afterthought, added at the table. My wife wants to return for the crispy duck. BE AWARE that they have another dish named kee mow (rice dish) We called the restaurant and the girl that answer the phone kept saying it's listed on the menu. Nothing remarkable, pretty standard at most Thai restaurants I've been to, but I loved it. Shrimp tasted fresh, so that's a plus. The Red Curry was something I've never tried before. I'm a stickler to going with what I know. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised and think I have a new favorite. The curry flavor was outstanding! There was a LITTLE bit of heat to it, so I can probably bump that up a bit. Hot doesn't bother me. The vegetables were fresh and vibrant. Never had bamboo shoots before. Not sure if I like them or not. Are they supposed to have flavor? But, they added a nice crunch. I had mine with chicken, so that was tender and yummy as well. I've been coming here on and off for at least 10 years now and this place never disappoints. Probably one of the most consistently, amazing Thai restaurants in all of Orlando. On this trip, my parents and I ordered the chicken satay, the Curry Fried Rice, Duck Panang, and the Basil beef. The portions are always good sized and perfect to share, while the flavors are always rich. The duck Panang and the curry fried rice was probably my favorite! So flavorful!! I have been to so many other Thai restaurants in Orlando, and many of the dishes are watered down, but at Siam Garden, that has never been the case. My parents and I agree, this place is def one of the best Thai spots in Orlando. read more

The food here was good, service could be better. It was a nice size restaurant, so we didn´t have an issue finding seating. We saw our server when she took our order, when she occasionally served us water and then when she gave us the bill. I was going to ask for chopstick but when she finally came by to fill our water glasses I was already done eating. I ordered the spring rolls as an app. The springs rolls were good the sauce was not. Then I ordered the drunken noodles which did not look good. It was just all a pale color, no sauce which I thought was odd because I´ve always had sauce in my drunken noodles. Surprisingly the noodles tasted good, they were well seasoned with spices but I had to add ground peanuts and a lot more hot spices from their spice rack to make it Thai hot like I had originally ordered. We've been here many times and I'm surprised that I haven't written a review yet! Customer service was great, food is great, and service was great! We ordered the summer roll as an appetizer and the Panang Curry sauce with medium heat; vegetables, shrimp, and squid. The vegetables were very fresh, shrimp was cooked perfect but the squid was slightly overcooked. What really made this dish amazing was the sauce and the medium heat which added a special touch. We only placed one order but added additional seafood and shared the whole entree. Our entire dinner was under $25 and was filling for the both of us. This is my new favorite Thai spot! The inside so beautifully decorated and you feel like you are really in Thailand. It has some very cool and ornate woodwork that is so cool! The service is fast and friendly. We started with the srping rolls which came out very quickly. Fresh and cripsy without an oily flavor, these were a great start before our main course. We came here becuase we were in the mood for some Pad See Ew. This is one of is not my favorite Thai dishes and this was probably the best version I have had. The plate was massive and we probably could have both splut 1 order, but we did our best to finish. I wasn't able to and I took home a little less than 1/2. I was happy to reheat it later. The sauce was so good and rich with the slightly sweet flavor that I know and love, but it was even better than I had had it anyway else. I can't wait to go back and get another helping! read more

Went here when I was craving some som tum (papaya salad) and did a quick google search on my phone. This was the highest rated Thai spot within a 10 minute drive so I gave it a shot. I have gotta say I was NOT disappointed. The papaya salad was a great portion for only $7.95 and the dressing was particularly refreshing. One of the best I've had. The tomato's were almost ground up which I loved because it kinda melted into the dressing. Yum! I was a little disappointed that there were no ground peanuts on top or any green beans, but other that solid. I also got a lunch special pad Thai. It was nice and saucy and the garnish of cabbage added a nice textural element. It wasn't overly sweet which I appreciated and it was packed with flavor. Again huge portion for only $8.50. Went for a friends night out! The staff was very nice and even laughed at our puns. The silverware is pocketed in the most adorable napkin food of a jacket. I couldn't resist the photo. We had the dumplings and they were cooked perfectly! A little bit of crisp and steamed just right. We went with the suggestion from our server for the wine and I was quite good and well priced we thought. I had the veggie pad se-ew and my friend had the chicken pad-thai.
