The Thai iced tea and the passion star fruit tea were delicious. Our adult kids loved them. Theyvran out of whole Rednapper, otherwise we should have tried it. We started with 2 orders of Shrimp Donuts served with a sweet homemade sauce, and Chicken Wings. Both were excellent. We had the Tom Gai soup with chicken, mushroom, coconutnmilk and that distinctive lemongrass gave it a nice kick. The spicy Papaya Salad is the signature Thai fish here, in my humble opinion. For entree, we loved the Duck Curry, Shrimp Pad Thai and Crab Fried Rice. Adding seedless grapes to the duck curry isvan art. The Pad Thai was moisturizing, with the right sauce and enough peanuts. The fried rice also told the skill level of who was behind the wok. We tried all 3 dessert items, but Barisan, our server forgot the Mango Stickyrice, so we packed it to go. We finished the ice-cream and tiramisu instantly. No more room for bobba teas as initially planned. I wish they have a bar, or maybe they do but they didn't promote since restaurants make profit from the drinks rather than food. And their food is attractive. Just one picky thing, and it's just me. Came to Lim Ros as a last minute pivot on a Saturday evening. It was pretty quiet when we first arrived but the restaurant was spacious, clean and nice. As we ate, the tables slowly filled up. We got larb wings to start which were delicious, quite crispy and flavorful. I got the Khao Soi Gai and my fiancee got the Kanom Jeen Nam Ya Pu. Both were our first times trying these dishes and both were spectacular! The Khao Soi Gai was my second choice since they were out of the seasonal special wagyu Soi Gai and I'm so glad I got the Khao Soi Gai. I got medium spicy and it was a bearable and flavorful spice The crispy noodles helped balance the dish texturally and the chicken was fall off the bone tender. The broth itself was balanced and probably one of the best soups I've ever had. The Kanom was also delicious with a more mellow flavor and had a nice sweetness. There really is something for every mood, every vibe, and every person. The portion sizes were glorious. But if I am being honest, the absolute best part of my entire experience was the flavoring of the food. They got everything perfectly. You are able to customize your spice level as well, which was something that made me extra excited to try the food. The workers are soo friendly too, joking around with us and making sure we had everything we wanted, despite being a huge group of 16. Everything was delicious but some stand out were: Thai tea lemonade - this might be more of an acquired taste because some of us liked this, some of us didn't. But I really enjoyed it! The star anise and cardamom flavor of Thai tea is pretty strong, but it works really well with the lemonade. Kor moo yang - the meat wasn't necessarily tender, but it was super bouncy and chewy in an intentional way. It was a good mix of fat and lean meat, and I loved the acidity of the nam jim jaew. Tom kha gain hot pot - it was pretty basic, but tom kha is always delicious Sticky rice - just a side, but still so good. One of the worst things sticky rice can do is cool too fast and get hard, but this one came out warm and soft and pliable. My fiancée and I enjoyed dinner at Lim Ros for the first time last week. We came in on a Sunday evening about an hour and a half before they closed and were seated in just a few minutes. We started with an order of Moo Ping as out appetizer. These were an order or pork skewers served with a spicy sauce and pickled veggies. The pork was tender and the sauce had a nice kick. The pickled veggies were a nice way to cut the richness of the pork. For our entrees, I ordered a panang curry with chicken and my fiancée ordered a pad see ew with chicken. Both dishes were flavorful and filling. I wasnt in a crazy spicy mood so I ordered my curry mild. It was rich and had the right amount of spice that I wanted that evening. My fiancée's pad see ew had a nice chew to the noodles. I enjoyed trying it. As the night neared it's end, I realized I never received a beer that I ordered at the beginning of our meal, so the waitress offered to either take it off the bill or get us a dessert in it's place at no charge. I opted for a dessert and chose the Thai tea pudding. I'd compare it to a flan in terms of texture. It had a light flavor with a lightly sweet syrup. I really dug it. And I was perfectly happy with that substitute in place of my beer. lol. Kudos to the staff on fixing that hiccup. I really appreciated it. So excited to finally try Lim Ros. It was DELICIOUS. Ever since my favorite Thai pop up left Orlando, I have been searching for somewhere that was remotely close in flavors and finally found it. The Tom Kha Gai was spot on and so flavorful, packed with chicken and veggies. I didn't get a picture but we also had the Chicken Panang and it was also amazing. I did order though their website and when I went to pick it up, they said that the order had never been sent to the kitchen so I ended up waiting 10 to 15 minutes past my pick up time. We were craving a little Thai while Christmas shopping and found this little restaurant. It was not busy and we seated right away. There was only one gentleman, seating, serving and bartending. He was a little busy and still very attentive to us at the same time. Our appetizers and dishes were served in a very reasonable amount of time. The drinks were not good, in my opinion, and we did not finish them. Maybe it was just because they're different and it's not a taste that I am used to. The Mojito was incredibly sour and the old-fashioned was green with a very odd flavor. I believe they added a different ingredient to the old-fashioned. I would not order the drinks again. I went to Lim Ros on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The restaurant is in a rather large open space with welcoming modern decor. There were a few other patrons, but it was not too busy. The host immediately seated us. They offer a great lunch menu. It's a short list of popular favorites like pad Thai, pad see ew, and some curry dishes, with your choice of meat. I opted for the chicken pad see ew and my friend got the pad Thai. We also ordered the shrimp summer rolls as an appetizer. The summer rolls were amazing. They were huge with large shrimp and fresh fillings. Their peanut sauce was tasty with a slight spice to it. My pad see ew was really good. This restaurant was amazing and I am so happy to have tried it. The lighting at night is beautiful along with the warm and welcoming service. To start we tried some cocktails: Thai tea and mango sticky rice. Both tasted delicious and I love how unique they were. We also tried pork and chicken skewers, summer rolls, and curry. At first you might think the price is too high for appetizers, but I thought it was completely worth it from the quality of each dish. Definitely try the juicy pork with a flavorful fish sauce to dip, as well as the nutty peanut sauce that isn't too sweet like how some places prepare it. I loved the indoor seating with its huge windows. The whole time rain poured heavily outside, it made for the perfect cozy backdrop. We started with the tom kha, and for the first time in my life it was served like a hot pot, finished right there at the table. Easily the best tom kha I've ever had -- rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. Next came the spring rolls, generously packed with shrimp and paired with an immensely flavorful peanut sauce. For entrées, we went with the crab fried rice -- USUALLY this can go either way for me, but here the freshness of the crab paired beautifully with the rice. My crying tiger steak was a flavor explosion, with a sauce that had just the right silent heat as the meal went on. They didn't ask for my preferred temperature, but they didn't need to. It came out a perfect medium. The beef pad see ew was more of an afterthought order, but still fresh, well-executed, and satisfying. But I must say I like what they've done to the place, and I truly do like the flavoring of the drunken noodles that I ate. Terrible Uber Eats experience. Neither party would make it right. Uber Eats site showed promotion to buy item & get one free. Order went through showing only one. Restaurant said it didn't mean BOGO...you get free spring roll. We were not permitted to cancel & didn't get the spring roll either. Restaurant said to call Uber. Uber said call restaurant. I called both. Manager wouldn't offer us anything to make it right even though I told him we were regular dine in customers. Kim Ros was a welcome addition to the area! On entry, I found the space to be a bit void. No real decor or special ambiance. But comfortable enough. The service was friendly albeit somewhat inexperienced it seemed. Considering it wasn't packed, I found it a bit questionable that they couldn't get the entrees to the table all together. To me, that's a no. However, the food was very pleasant and good sentiments were echoed all around. We shared some spring rolls which was crispy and flavorful. I personally played it safe with a pad Thai that I really enjoyed. My friend comes specifically for the khao soi which she raved over! The most recent visit, we took my parents and ordered a few new items. The larb gai is a good option if you want something a little lighter. It is ground chicken served with lettuce wraps. If you are sensitive to spice, make sure you ask for the papaya salad mild- we didn't adjust any spice and it was sooooo spicy (for us). You have been warned. We were recommended to this restaurant by a friend who owns multiple amazing restaurants in town and who had introduced us to some of our favorite restaurants in Orlando and around the country. My husband and I are big Thai food lovers and even celebrated our honeymoon in Thailand. Lim Ros is a high end Thai restaurant with authentic flavors and a beautiful intentionality in both ambiance and aesthetic. Parking is difficult but you just need to be patient and circle around or head to the back of the lot and walk over. The back door is not an entrance and could use some signage to direct customers to the main door which is located on the side of the building by Lake Ave. My husband came here with a friend who is also a Thai food enthusiast and they loved their experience, so he was excited to take me there too. We went for lunch with our son on a Wednesday afternoon and arrived just 30 mins before closing. They were still very accommodating and didn't make us feel rushed. The food came out fast and the presentation was gorgeous. We ordered multiple items to get a good feel of their menu: chicken satay, sticky rice, tom kha gai hot pot, pad ga pow, Thai tea, butterfly pea flower lemonade, and mango sticky rice. The tom kha gai hot pot was phenomenal. The flavor was incredible, and the presentation on the open flame keeping the soup hot was such a nice touch! I'm not normally a fan of this soup, but the one at Lim Ros is a 10/10! The chicken satay was good, but not the best in town. It's hard when you have your fav spot and compare everything to that! Nonetheless, the portion was good and the accompanying sides and condiments were appreciated. The sticky rice was fresh, and the butterfly pea flower tea lemonade was a show stopper visually and tasted like fresh squeeze limeade. The Thai tea was a bit sweet and came premixed. Def love a Thai tea to calm my palate after a spicy dish, but I prefer the tea and condensed milk to be separate upon pouring for a fresher tasting Thai tea experience. Pad ka prow is one of my favorite dishes, and I'm assuming their pad ga pow is the same dish but with chicken. I love that they use minced meat, as I find it to be more authentic in flavor and the meat is able to absorb the flavors and spices better. We got it mild because my husband was being a big baby...lol jk but I would've preferred medium! Honestly my palate might've been blown out from all the other amazing flavors from the food we ordered, so I thought this dish was just ok, but my husband was a big fan and said I need to try it again on its own with pork instead of chicken. The server was super helpful answering questions and giving recommendations. We were unsure about ordering mango sticky rice since mangoes are not in season, but he assured us they had them imported to ensure they were ripe and only used ones that were sweet. The sticky rice is dyed blue with butterfly pea flower! (Thankfully no artificial dyes) My son was a fan of the mango and overall it was a beautiful dessert albeit a bit pricey. Lim Ros Thai was definitely a place I thought wouldn't be that great. It's been a few different restaurants at this spot and the menu items before opening seemed to be pricey. We were pleasantly surprised with our first visit and really enjoyed the food. Having searched other popular restaurants during the rush on a Saturday and long wait times we ended here. There wasn't that many servers working the restaurant but surprisingly our food came out rather quickly. What we tried to start was the Tod Mun Goong, for $14. It was 4 shrimp donuts fried with a plum sauce. This was recommended by our server and I really loved it, seemed to have a lot of shrimp and didn't taste too fried. For our main dishes we ordered the Khao Soi Gai for $19 and the Pad Sew Ew with pork for $17. I'm literally obsessed with Khao Soi, so when it's on the menu I'm ordering it! Lim Ros's dish was tasty but the only downside the chicken is on the bone, making it harder to eat. The Pad Sew Ew was perfectly cooked and had the nice thick noodle. The hour signs said its open. But unfortunately, the restaurant decided to be close. So today we gave it another try for our lunch date. A cozy Thai restaurant that serves one of my favorite dishes, leng zabb. It's a spicy and sour soup that I've tried both in NYC and in Thailand, and it's incredibly flavorful. Wow, so delightfully surprised at the caliber of the food at Lim Ros- We've eaten at Thai restaurants all across the USA, and this is the best! Came with my mom and husband, and had the following (photos of all dishes included): ***** KOR MOO YANG- Grilled pork jowl, nam jim jaew, pickled vegetable. The meat does have a little rim of fat around the edge (as is expected with pork jowl) which is super tasty, but can easily be trimmed off if one prefers. The nam jim jaew here is first-rate **** CHIVE CAKE- served with Lim Ros vinaigrette ***** CRYING TIGER- New York strip, pickled vegetable, nam jim jaew, side of sticky rice- Best version I've ever had-- Don't eat too much of the sticky rice or you won't have room for other food, lol ***** LENG ZAB SOS- Pork rib, spicy and sour soup, Thai chili, kaffir lime leaf, culantro, side of rice-- We ordered this mild for my mom & myself bc we'd already had quite a bit of heat-- But our waiter thoughtfully served an array of condiments on the side so my husband could get the soup up to his level of intense spiciness! Suggestion: the tender meat falls easily off the bone- Mash it up with a fork into small pieces in the broth and if desired, add in the rice it comes with before eating- this really enhances the flavor of the dish! ***** KANOM JEEN NAM YA PU- House curry, crab, vermicelli noodle, long bean, bean sprout, pickled vegetable, basil, boiled egg. cucumber-- This was amazing and beautiful when all put together, but I forgot to take a pic after I had it all assembled! The long beans (bottom right below the bean sprout) were cut into tiny pieces that added a little bit of crunchiness with each bite, and the pickled vegetables (next to the eggs) pulled it all together ***** SPECIAL DESSERT OF THE EVENING- We were so stuffed after the above, but when our waiter described their special dessert of the day, we had to order it: Coconut ice cream, sticky rice (bluish/purple from the addition of butterfly pea shoot), jackfruit, small jellies, and peanuts- Yumminess! The restaurant is very clean and restful (lots of greenery) and the service gracious and efficient- Cannot say enough good things about our experience, and only wish we lived a lot closer than a 3-hour drive away! read more

Service was excellent. Food was decent. We shared the creamy Tom yum soup with seafood. There were leftovers which we will use as the foundation of tomorrow nights dinner Hubby used the condiment tray to spice his bowl up. It was nice that there was more than one shrimp but the squid was chewy. I liked the idea of the chunks of salmon in it. The chive cake was crispy on the outside and nicely creamy on the inside but had a bit of burnt taste Looking forward to the Thai tea flan. read more
