Sibri's is a diner-like restaurant located off of E Broad St. in Bethlehem. This has been my go-to spot ever since I moved to the area. The food and service are always great, and their prices are very reasonable. They are open for dine-in, take out, and delivery every day from 6:00AM - 10:00PM. You can order online at sibrisonline.com or call at 610-625-3090. Even though the restaurant is small in size, indoor and outdoor seating are both available. They also offer BYOB and catering. As far as the menu goes, everything is good. My favorite items to order would be any of the wraps or the Sibri's Avocado Salad. A little place with outdoor seating, Sibris is great for Sunday brunch. The staff is kind and accommodating, delivering quality food quickly. My omelet came with feta that was not overly salty, and this was the same with the delicious bacon. And the fruit came loaded with excellent fruit. The coffee was a bit weak, but I still enjoyed it. Definitely going back.

We finally got to Sibris Restaurant just east of downtown Bethlehem for brunch . The outdoor seating on East Broad & High Streets is what you would expect: a table that did not wobble on the sidewalk, good umbrella shade, dog friendly attentive service; good enough for us! The Pernil Eggs Benedict was excellent! The pork was rich, flavorful, and plenty moist. The addition of avocado was a great touch. The eggs were poached to absolute perfection (see photo). The home fries were crisp on the outside and warm and fluffy in the inside. Perfect cook! I will mention that they lacked any flavor or seasoning. I added salt and pepper at the table which was fine. I ordered onions in my homefries and they were barely cooked, and still crunchy. I don't mind that, as I love onions , but I could see folks taking issue with that. Steph had the breakfast burrito loaded with chorizo and cheese. I do love that they took extra effort and grilled the burrito a touch to bind all the filling. It was so filling she brought half home. Rufus had four perfectly executed Sunny side up eggs, as you can see the cook in the eggs was top notch. They honored what I asked for specifically, with some sliced cucumber for him as well. I am pleased they did accommodate my pup with the added veggies and heavily iced water -- He did bring his own bowl. The food was great and it was an excellent value. The staff was terrific, and we also had a good time chatting with the other patrons at the corner of High and E. Broad. The Father's Day vibe was certainly evident here today. One of my favorite days of the year, where people are just simply so kind to each other. We will certainly be back! The value is terrific, considering the breakfast place two blocks to the west would charge you twice the price for what we ordered. #rushieeats

Sibris has a menu that will satisfy any customer's preference. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. I was never disappointed with anything I have decided to order. Before heading to a meeting on Thursday night, I stopped at Sirbi's for dinner. As always, I enjoyed my "Sibris Carne Asado" dinner. Grilled NY strip steak, rice and homemade guacamole. Every mouthful of the steak was juicy, tender, full of flavor and grilled to perfection! The homemade guacamole was outstanding. The onions, tomatoes, cilantro pepper, lime gave the guacamole a mixtures of flavors that danced in my mouth. Always a simple but appealing presentations with every meal. Carmen is alway very hospitable, attentive and makes you feel right at home. Sibri's, moderately priced, bistro-like simple little resturant is the best kept secret on East Broad Street in Bethlehem, PA.

I read somewhere that this place was renovated. But that's hard to believe??!! Came here based on reviews. I was a bit disappointed by the service and the food. It wasn't what we had hoped for, but the servers were nice at least. They had ample seating inside and outside. If you ask for a lunch menu, they will give it to you. They also have specials too. I got the special that wasn't on the menu. It was steak with 2 eggs anyway you would like it and others. The price was good, it wasn't expensive.

    French Dip Sandwich

First time having Sibris and I ordered takeout on 11/16. The quality of food was poor and overpriced. The French dip looked like it would give me food poisoning so I threw it out without evening tasting it. It baffles me that whoever slapped my meal together believes it was even remotely close to acceptable. I will never use their services again!

The atmosphere was very nice, our server was engaging , and the featured entrees had great flavor. We mentioned this to our server who agreed that this batch was unusually very small. We made mention of our disappointment to the hostess at our departure. We were seated right away in an open format atmosphere with the best balance of light and dark. The bar across from us looked fantastic. What we noticed right from the start is how well the staff works with and for each other to bring guests the best dining experience possible. Maddie was our server. She was kind, professional, patient, and knowledgable about both food and drink on a grand scale. Her recommendations were stellar. I had a refreshing gin and basil martini as well as their beef carpaccio, which was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend started with their beef stew, which was thick and satisfying. It was so delicious, she almost canceled her entree to have more. She went with the home cooking route and indulged in their meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes. Although she loved that as well, half had to come home with her, which made for an excellent lunch the next day. I went with the raw of it all and got their spectacular tuna tartare with asparagus, radish, and rice. Usually, the tuna is cut into strips but this tremendous block of gorgeous fish knocked me out. Absolutely fantastic from presentation to flavor. For dessert, we got their brownie with ice cream and this was all upper level in taste and texture. I would be shocked if their ice cream hadn't been made in-house. We loved our first experience with Apollo and we look forward to our next visit, which is hopefully sooner than later.

Then I had the French onion soup which is a classic and I love when restaurants have it. Then I had the Pig burger and it was so good, the bbq sauce and onion rings and cheese is so melty and tasty! Then I had the PB dessert but it was WAY TOO PB AND CHOCOLATEY so if u don't want too much then I don't recommend but it is also delectable. And then the next time I had the cheesecake with caramel on the side and whipped cream (the whipped cream seemed to be made in house) the sauce and cheesecake and caramel sauce are very soft and easy eating and going down, highly recommend if u want something not too overbearing. I also had the bourbon bbq wings which r also really good but don't expect anything crazy with them as they don't seem excessively flavored with artificial flavorings. The ambiance is awesome too, more specially the back, corner spot next to "Stacy's Mom" bathroom is a great spot to sit.

However, the overall experience was disappointing due to slow service, lack of communication, and issues with the food. We visited after the Lehigh Graduate Commencement Ceremony and were seated from 1:30-3:00 PM. Our server, Younise, only checked on us roughly every 15 minutes. It then took 45 minutes for pretzels and another 30 minutes for our 2 entrees. While we overheard that the kitchen was behind, this was never communicated to us directly, which made the long wait more frustrating. There was also an issue with my order. I ordered the Caesar salad wrap (Julius' Chicken Dance $14), but I was brought a Caesar salad with chicken ($3 up-charge) instead. The server did not offer to have the kitchen correct it or provide an alternative. After discussing it, I eventually asked if she could bring me a tortilla so I could make the wrap myself. A 15% discount was applied, which I appreciated, but the bill still listed the incorrect meal and reflected the higher-priced salad instead of the wrap I originally ordered. The burger was also underwhelming, as the cheese was not melted. For a meal that came to over $60 for pretzels, a burger, a salad item, and one drink, I expected better communication, food quality, and customer service. The ambiance was great, but the entrees and service unfortunately did not match the setting

I mentioned this and was told that's because many of the same craftsmen worked on this place too. Made me feel smart! If you go. Do yourself a favor and walk around a bit. The food was very tasty I think it is the only restaurant I've been in locally that didn't use excessive amounts of salt. A big plus. The mixed drinks were interesting and reasonably strong. I usually quaff mine down fairly rapidly, savoring the buzz during dinner and still safely driving home after. I had potato soup, which was very good, and Ming had Beet Carpaccio, which was thinly sliced seared root veggies with seasoning. I only had a bite because she wanted it all! Then came dinner. I had the ribeye, which was done so that it was seared one the outside to keep the flavor in and red (while being cooked thru, not an easy feat) and it's was flavored but not overly salty, were unusual. I ordered my usual Worcestershire sauce to clean off the extra salt, but hardly used any. Ming had the crab cake, which was the only negative of the meal. While not overtired or salty, there was a bit of a fishy smell. Not terrible, but off putting. Luckily for me, I don't like crab anyway so I didn't have any. The desserts were good, with a tasty chocolate cake and a peach cobbler that was good but could have had a bit of peach goo to moisten it a bit. The prices were very competitive considering the venue AND the quality of the food. The bar was hopping too because it looked like a great place to hang out with friends!

Unfortunately, there was a strong cold draft at floor level, leaving our feet uncomfortably cold throughout the meal. The hostess was sweet and greeted us with a smile. The food service was unremarkable. Our waiter was not particularly friendly nor personable. The drinks were a weak start. The red sangria was poor. The bourbon cocktail was an odd mix of bourbon, apple cider, and other elements--an awkward, Frankenstein-style whiskey sour that simply didn't work. Worst of all, both drinks were served in thin plastic cups, which immediately cheapened the entire experience. I ordered the falafel sandwich and specifically requested a toasted bun. It arrived not just room temperature, but cold. I sent it back, and it returned burning hot... the bottom soggy... literally too hot to pick up... with no browning or color change, clearly microwaved. Microwaving is not toasting. At that point, the sandwich was inedible. I removed the bun entirely and ate just the falafel, which was dry and largely tasteless. At this point I knew coming back to this restaurant was a mistake. Food timing was another issue. The dishes took roughly 45 minutes to arrive after the drinks, possibly longer. We were all getting annoyed and what started out well when we first walked in turned negative. I wasn't impressed on my first visit years ago... and this second visit confirmed it. Between the poor drinks, cheap plastic cups, ridiculously long wait (with no explanation nor apology), and careless food execution, there's no reason to return.
