I've been there for breakfast and been pleased. I stopped for lunch and had Calamari and the fish and chips. It was the worst in my memory. Calamari that must have gone through the deep fryer three times it was so overcooked. Four twice precooked Halibut fish portions in heavy batter that had more grease than an old Ford. Now I'm originally from an ocean area, so fish and chips or fish and French fries is how I rate an eating establishment. I've had some good fish and chips in the Bethlehem area, this was the worst of them. I'd suggest to this restaurant that rather than have a large menu of pre-made or purchased food products that they specialize in home cooking good ones. The wait staff was very good. read more

Ordered Linguini De Mare 2 times for delivery. The first time dish arrived with no red moscato sauce. I called and they offered another dinner but I asked for just the sauce. It took a long time for delivery but it came and was good. I ordered the same thing a week later and again it came with no sauce. This time they were not as accommodating. The woman I spoke to told me I'd have to send back the dish and they would send out another. I waited 45 minutes and called and she said the driver hadn't picked it up yet. I said I was eating the dish without the sauce. I was given all sorts of excuses - new staff, inexperienced, etc. She said she would give my name and number to owner. Owner never called. The dish arrived in about an hour. Believe it or not - no red moscato sauce. Sibri's is off of my list of eating places. read more

Wow! Another little restaurant a few blocks from my house. Parking on the street was free but not lots of spaces, but I got one. Myself & a friend were stopping for breakfast & I have been passing this place for months & really wanted to try the food. What a menu! Anyhow, I had the cheese steak omelet & it was pretty much perfect, maybe a few too many banana peppers. Service was great & friendly & I got my fill of coffee. Not the fastest place in town but since I was not in a hurry that was fine. I will return! read more

Your money is better spent elsewhere! $15 for a chicken cheesesteak that is served on that barely bigger than a hot dog roll. I paid extra for extra fries and I had barely a side of fries even after doing that. I hope that they pass the testing period (typically one year for new places) and stay around for a long time! For parking - free on East Broad near the restaurant (no meters there) along with free parking on side streets. The place is small, like most cozy city restaurants so bigger parties could potentially take up most seating. Food is prepared from scratch but the overall turn around (for bfast) isn't too bad. Whats interesting about Sibri's is that they offer Saturday breakfast specials that include coffee (most places only include coffee in their specials during the week). Price wise, breakfast items are typically $8-9 and under. I typically get the waffle & 2eggs special (coffee included) for $7.99. Coffee is much to be desired, but the eggs are always made to my liking (medium) and the waffle is crispy on the outside yet soft in the inside (so soft and fluffy that I once looked inside to see if it was stuffed with some type of frosting). I might stop by Sibiri's one evening for a budget-friendly dinner, but since I'm mostly a breakfast kind of gal, I'll continue coming in on the weekends. read more

Stumbled across the street from another Bethlehem hang which was closed into Sibris. Too bad for them and lucky for us. Everything we had was delicious and satisfying. The server was vibrant and informative as well. For a small place it sits big inside and accommodated at least 4 tables with nice spacing and a few at the counter. Can't wait to swing back this way for the Rice Pudding which I just couldn't pick up last time or I would've popped on Broad...literally. read more

Great new addition to Bethlehem. Its a very cozy restaurant, that would fit about 10 tables max. The menu is diner-style with many different types of food offered, but a bit more refined. Our waitress was so sweet as soon as we came in and remained friendly and helpful during our lunch. I ordered the roast beef panini, with sauteed onions, horseradish sauce, and swiss. Almost all of the menu items had the option for fries or soup, which I appreciate because I'm a sucker for a good soup. I got the soup of the day, which was tomato and rice. They came out quickly and were both nice and hot. Portions were very generous and pricing was beyond fair. All in all, I left full and satisfied. I will be back. read more

It was OK.....I would maybe go again. This place seems to do a VERY big grubhub type business...and that might actually be what is limiting me to three starts. I've gone for breakfast twice....both times I paid what I felt was 2 bucks more than I should have...and waited 10 minutes longer than I should have. This review isn't about the food, but their HORRENDOUS customer service. I've been ordering from them for months (usually during a lazy morning for delivery). On more than one occasion I had terrible experiences. From food never arriving, wrong orders, or late deliveries. I thought the final straw was when I ordered food that arrived TWO AND A HALF HOURS late (I called every 30 minutes from the time I made the order and was told the driver was on his way). But I decided to give them another chance. I don't eat pork, so I make sure to always emphasize to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon. My order arrives and of course, it's regular bacon. I call back to let them know the order arrived but it's wrong, the lady on the other end says "So what am I supposed to do about that?" I'm sorry, but as a local restaurant you don't treat your customers like that. Where's the accountability? I would have been open to picking the new order up, but I thought that response was so disgusting and unprofessional that I simply thanked her and hung up the phone. I will never order from here again, the food is good but the customer service is TERRIBLE and if that continues I won't be surprised to see them close unless they get that area fixed. read more

If you want a "diner experience" (or Denny's, if your bar is not set high), then you might like this place. I don't want mislead others by saying I had a better experience than I did. I would agree, that the place is diner-like. But I say that in a "meh" sort of way. The menu has plastic-covered pages, with stock photos, and looks like it was appropriated from an actual diner, and the food was... well, no more interesting than diner food. I took a chance and ordered the crab patty. It was fill-heavy and crab-poor, not especially tasty. I'm sorry I settled for the "chips," and didn't order the fries, which might have made me a happier customer. My friend ordered an omelette and home fries, and pronounced them very good. If I do go back, I'll try that approach instead. If. The waitress was fine, in fact, she the most pleasant part of the experience. read more

When the lock downs began we ordered from Sibris for take out and everything we ordered was very good. We have now been dining in as much as our budget will allow and we have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is very good, very friendly and very attentive. My husband and I try to support local businesses rather than the big chain restaurants. Updating my review. I've tried Sibris a few more times since I wrote my last review and my first visit must have been a total fluke. They are absolutely lovely to deal with, great food, great service, great everything. I still stay away from the slow cooked prime rib panini and the garlic broccoli, but I highly recommend the carne asada (which is basically a full steak. HUGE, tastes great, comes with amazing garlic bread and all for an amazing price!), the Kronos Greek panini (which is probably the closest you'll get to an authentic Greek sandwich in the Lehigh Valley), or the crepes. Their soup is also phenomenal! Their cook is amazing and always does a wonderful job. I have no doubt he was probably absent the first time I went and wrote my initial review because the food has been nothing but spectacular since then and you can't beat the prices. The one thing I will say, though, is if you're going to order the crepes or pancakes or any breakfast food, make sure to ask for no whipped cream!!! I always forget to ask that and by the time it arrives, the whipped cream is always all melted and makes everything soggy. Other than that, wonderful people. Horrible smh I ordered the Cuban with fries and a soup the sandwich had so much pork fat in it and all the ingredients were in the middle so I had to rip the bread off the edges the fries were soggy and the soup was tasteless on top of everything they charged me $5 for the smallest bottle of Pellegrino water ever. This restaurant is under recognized for sure. It's not an overpriced 'boutique' diner, but has the makings of one if you look at the breakfast dishes and the good coffee. It has a great atmosphere, bright with big windows. The price is reasonable and again, they have great coffee. This is the place to go if you would like to have an easier time parking, a better price, and like to take your time and eat with friends. If you like diner prices, but not the boring dishes and gross coffee-try here instead. read more

Food was good, but lets be honest who can screw up breakfast? I had a gift certificate to use this morning and when paying was told the certificate was expired. Cleary stated on the certificate it says DOES NOT EXPIRE. When this was pointed out the story changed to we do not participate with that company any longer. I will certainly share this experience with all my friends and family. They clearly need the $10 more than I do! read more

I was very disappointed with the food here. I started off with the chicken noodle soup- it was lacking in salt and there was a small chicken bone that I could have easily choked on had I not accidentally bit into it. I then ordered the prime rib sandwich- although the menu said it came with fried onions, my sandwich came with grilled onions. Also, there was way too much horseradish sauce on that sandwich, which made me cry (literally) as it shot up my sinuses and left my brain feeling numb for several seconds. The menu neglected to mention that it came with horseradish sauce, otherwise, I would have asked to have that omitted. However, I did enjoy their fries- very crispy and warm. I know it's a new restaurant, so perhaps I will give them another chance down the road, and be able to hopefully update this review. I would recommend a more detailed menu with pictures and a description of each dish, including the ingredients. read more

We went to Sibris during the week within the past 2 weeks. We were so disappointed. There was no one in the restaurant but us for the first 1/2 hour and then only one other patron came in. There was one waitress and she was training another. She was attentive when we first got there, but then it went downhill. We were not allowed to use our restaurant.com certificate so we used their special. It took a while for our food to be served and once it was served, we didn't have any interaction with her as she was busy training and taking phone in orders. Totally ignoring us...we had to yell to get service. Once she gave us the bill, she hadn't given us the special. So unhappy & will not go there again. read more

Great service and delicious food at a price you'll be happy with. I got the corned beef hash which came with the eggs, potatoes, and toast on one plate and the corned beef patty on another plate which I thought was kind of odd. Normally it comes mixed together with the eggs on top. I put them together in the picture. Still tasted really good! My friend got the breakfast melt (also pictured) which was a bigger sandwich than I anticipated. She finished half of the sandwich and packed away the other half for dinner. Tonight I placed an order for delivery. Six items off the menu a pretty easy order. The order came in as prescribed time but there were only five items delivered. I called the restaurant and inquired about my missing item and they said oh yes it's here. But there are four or five other orders in front of me before my delivery. Well that had me a little steamed because it was their screw up not mine. And I should have been the one at the top of the list. An hour and 20 minutes after I originally placed the order my salad finally came The gentleman left the salad that I ordered at the door, rang the doorbell and walked back to his car while I open my door and stepped out onto my porch and stepped right into my salad. You can guess how I felt. Don't ever order from delivery from this restaurant. You will definitely be disappointed!!!!!!!! I finally remembered to stop by and check out this restaurant. I'm so glad I did! Service was friendly and the waitstaff is attentive without smothering. I had their Texas omelette, fruit cup and coffee. The food was delicious, especially the freshly cut fruit cup.
