Another plus is the plentiful parking, something that is unheard of in Pacific Beach. Our bartender was friendly and the piped-in music was good. This is a casual, laid back bar. They don't sell food but I am guessing you could bring some in, if you wanted. The mural that wraps around the entire exterior is awesome. Before the mural, it was bare stucco. For what it is worth, the most expensive thing here is the Led Zeppelin pinball machine in the back.

While there, I saw a regular at the bar wearing a team Williams shirt while watching sportsball (basketballon all the screens) I'm so Team Sparkles/Carlos it hurts, (I'm still not taking about the AU GP). Not sure if there was an upcharge during the match or what. Prices were also not very apparent though we did pay in cash so no receipt. With the exception of the $5 special beer, Michelob (aka water), it seemed like IPA's were landing around $10-12, with other lower ABV beverages on tap likely around $9 or so. I can't believe I paid $12 for a Guinness!! Glasses were somewhat weird being oddly lightweight, almost plastic. The glasses were also extremely scratched up and/ or foggy so not the cleanest. The crowd was fun and drama-free, a nice mix of people in their 20s and up, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the night. Drinks were well-priced (always appreciated), they've got one pool table, and the restrooms were clean, which is always a plus in a dive bar.

I told the girl that answered the phone to make sure they didn't charge me $2.00 for the mushrooms like they did last time (mind you I called to report this to the manager MONTHS ago but I guess it wasn't important to her because she never called me back) and the girl proceeded to ARGUE with me about the mushrooms. Like what? I could see you charging me if it was indeed an ADDITION to the veggies that were ALREADY on the sandwich, but you're LITERALLY subbing one for the other. You're not ADDING anything.
