I've heard they have a separate Chinese menu you can request, which makes me even more curious to dine in sometime and explore more of their offerings. The service Hong Kong offers are food delivery options, carryout, or you can dine in the restaurant. It took about 20 to 30 minutes for me to receive my six fresh hot chicken wings. The chicken wings were an actual big size, not too meaty to me, just right. The restaurant does have restrooms that are only for customers.
