I had an awesome first time shopping experience at Sidecca. Absolutely the cutest shop I've ever seen. There were so many adorable and unique items. Maggie was super helpful in offering suggestions for putting together a vintage Minnie Mouse outfit for Halloween - items I can definitely use again (cute red skirt, black tights, socks with ruffles, and white suspenders). Love love love this shop !! Every one here meaning the staff is super friendly , down to earth and just Amazing . This has been the only clothing store I shop . Yes prices are not ur usual H&M prices but that's because these clothing pieces are unique. It's a wonderful store you can even take your children if you have to . They have a small play area for them to play or couches if they just want to sit . The owner Adriana is amazing if she sees that you are carrying a lot of clothes she will sanitize a dressing room to place your clothes in while you still shop . The set up in this shop is unbelievable it's like stepping in a magical land , so many colors . I love shopping here! A true gem in Pasadena. I always am able to find something for myself, shop for my much younger cousins, and even pick up some wind up toys for my son. What I like most about the store is the way the owner makes everyone feel like a friend. She throws great store party's whether it's a major or minor holiday. Egg hunts for discounts on Easter was terrific so was Valentine's Day the recent store anniversary party that allowed us to get 30% off of our purchase. I just got my order in and love every piece! My daughter and I got some beautiful, thick A line skirts. I bought a gorgeous striped dress and a nice sweetheart sweater for myself as well. My daughter loved my sweater so much, she stole it from me! She wore her outfit to school and got so many compliments! Sidecca is currently my absolute favorite place to get retro clothing. I regularly go to Unique Vintage, Pinup Girl, and all the other new-vintage style stores and Sidecca has by far been the place where you go to have fun and find affordable clothing. It's sad how often I have found exactly the same dress for less money at sidecca compared to the other stores. It's awesome that their prices are not overwhelmingly inflated because retro clothing is already pricey! The aesthetic for both the Pasadena and Burbank stores are adorable and whoever decorates their displays needs a gold medal. They're so cute and colorful. I don't love that sometimes the majority of their clothes are 70s/hippie inspired, but that's my own personal taste and I respect their choice to carry different types of clothes. I feel the need to mention that the staff at Sidecca has been overwhelmingly kind and helpful. They seem like they enjoy working there and they're really outgoing and friendly when I shop there. P.s. they now have a loyalty program. Once you spend a certain amount of money (I believe $250) you get $10 off. I have gotten so many loyal bonuses it's almost embarassing. But I'm not complaining. The store also featured a nice sized sale section considering the size of the store. The sales clerk gave me a frequent buyers card that I can use for $10 off my purchase once I fill the card up. Every time I go to Millie's I ALWAYS have to stop by and look at their window displays, and sale racks they have outside. Everything is always up to date according to the seasons. This location is WAY better than Burbank. These girls come off like they actually want to be helpful, while the Burbank store is like pulling teeth! I love, love, love this place! I would rec. this place for the budget pinup. There's always some cute things on sale. I was able to get an entire pinup outfit for less than $100 (dress, accessories, and shoes). However, if you're thriftier than I am, I'm sure you can find something cute here for a pinup coordinate. This has a much more pinup / retro feel than the Burbank location; it's larger and the selection is greater. Prices are generally low. Plus, there's always something cute on the sale rack. This is a great source for Disneybounders on a budget as well; the staff is super helpful in helping you pick out accessories for a Disneybound. I highly rec. checking out Sidecca's Pasadena location especially if you're a pinup on a budget. read more

I have been shopping here since I was in high school (2004/2008 era) when they were at the Santa Anita mall, and they have consistently stayed one of my favorite stores of all time. The quality and price are great and the people who work here are always so friendly and helpful. I was assisted by a lovely woman named Geraldine (or something similar to this I'm sorry if I have it wrong and you're reading this; she had blue hair) she was so helpful and helped me find a few things I wanted that i saw on Instagram and really just made my day! I work in customer service, and I just appreciate the customer service here is always consistently good and it honestly makes me feel comfortable to stay a while and try stuff on and BUY MORE THINGS! Thank you guys for the new rewards program as well! I do wish there were more things available in Plus sizes so my mom and sister could shop here too. But overall you guys are amazing! read more

I went to breakfast on a Saturday which happened to be shop with a small business Saturday and I decided to go in and check them out. I purchased $80 dollars worth of stuff and it was really disappointing to know it wasn't appreciated. The woman at the register barely made eye contact with me, she was the one with the semi blonde hair. Barely thanked me and had no interest in me and my daughter. When she handed me the receipt once again barely looked at me and said thank you. Not even have a have a good day. I have been and currently am retail manager for over 13 years, and see about 1,500 customers a day, we strive to connect and be genuine with customers all day long. So to see that I was the Only customer in their store and how I was treated. It ruined some of my morning. I hope the person at the register understands she had the power to make a bigger impact. Her entire approach seemed rude and bothered by me. In addition the the girl stocking the socks in the front barley said hello. I really love this store and the employees are always fabulous but I'm leaving three stars solely for the fact that I rarely find anything larger than an XL if I'm lucky. I really wish Sidecca would become more size inclusive. I know for a fact some of the brands they carry go up to 4X and the sales associate told me they only stock up to an XL.
