Okay the tables are sticky the floor is messy and the place is packed. We've come back many times because the food is decent for the price. Basically fast food delivered to you and flavorful Mexican. We always get the combos numero oucho I think.... No these isn't Chef Ramsey Mexican but good old taco stand food with service! All I can say is if you want legitamate food from latin american you would be better off driving to areas in montgomery county such as gaithersburg silver spring or wheaton. There are even some decent stops in the city of frederick but this siempre de fiesta is not really that great. I would say that theres nothing wrong like cold food or rude waiters but the food is just average and the menu misses many items that would make it better. It has items like steak fajitas and enchiladas which would please its entended customer base but now that theres a chipolte down the road I would recommend that instead. read more

I've only been here once, and I doubt my husband and I will return. We both love Mexican, and honestly we didn't even expect this place to be GREAT, we would have settled for mediocre- but this was just disappointing. I just found the food very bland, meat tough, and everything seems to be reheated/over or under cooked/sub-par. Other than the food, the service was great, and my margarita was delicious. I would definitely consider coming here for a few drinks with some chips and salsa. Probably not much more than that (and honestly I have some other places I would prefer to take my happy hours). You don't go for the ambiance, but the food is pretty decent with all the usual things you expect such as quesadillas, enchiladas, chimis, burritos and fajitas. Steak fajitas are one of my favorites there. Margaritas are usually potent. Service has always been fine. They need to do a better job of cleaning the floor (hint to the manager: get rid of the dark carpet). Not a destination place by any means, but perfectly adequate if you're in the area. read more

The food was average but the service was great. The food here was good for the east coast; I've been spoiled by eating great Mexican food while living in San Diego. The fried rice is good. It is the yellow kind and served without any veggies. The refried beans were ok. The corn tortillas were ok. This place is kid friendly and has sports on most of the 5-6 TVs. I love this restaurant! Coming from the service industry, I'm picky about cleanliness in restaurants, but this place is spotless. The food is fast and amazzzzing. It is so hard to pick a favorite because everything is good. Love the street tacos! Chicken is good, steak is good and shrimp. And the best is to top it off with a margarita. I'm not usually picky about Mexican food but this was just boring and uninspired. I ordered a chicken burrito and it was essentially dry cubed chicken in a tortilla. That's it. We're at Siempre 1-2 times a month. It's a little hole in the wall (look for the "Mexican Restaurant" sign by CVS. Great and inexpensive margaritas that have a good alcohol-mixer ratio. Hello, My family of 5 love Mexican food and decided to try Siemprede Fiesta for the first time as we'd been traveling and needed a place to stop and eat with our 3 kids. There were only two other couples eating, during the lunch hour and the service was extremely slow to greet us, as they were busy on their phones. It was a bad experience from the moment we got our food as the chips were stale and the salsa was extremely watery with no flavor. My kids two beef taco meals were not edible as they were so greasy and a pile of mush. I'm not sure what you are using as beef, but it was disgusting. My beef enchilada lunch special was so salty and greasy, I couldn't stomach it. My husband, who normally eats everything without complaining, was so disgusted. The shrimp taco he got didn't even look like a shrimp, instead it was like a piece of flat rubber. For a "lunch special" $9.99 for ONE taco and ONE enchilada is not only overpriced it's unfilling. Needless to say, we've left a review on google maps and yelp and will not be returning. We are very disappointed and pray we don't get sick. read more

The burittos with rice and beans (both refried and black) were hot and tasty. We loved the sauce - really great. Service was fast and the only thing I have to critisize is the salsa was too watery, it needs to be a bit thicker to cling to the chips. It tasted pretty good though. read more

Siempre De Fiesta (I don't speak Spanish but I've been told this translates to something like "party forever" and I think that's a super cute name) is a reasonably priced Mexican restaurant in Mount Airy with very mediocre food. I probably eat here about twice a month with my family and they do have a pretty good menu selection but the food here is just so bland. The best thing Siempre serves is the queso. The drink menu is generally pretty good so I really suggest this place more for drinking rather than eating. The service is pretty fast so it's not a bad place if you're looking for something quick and cheap. I just wish they added more spices and sauces to their food. I really want to like this place especially since I can't convince my family to eat somewhere else. read more

To be honest I love this place. My family and I order out most of the time. We usually get the Taco Suaves and they are pretty delicious.Their cheese queso is pretty awesome too. I haven't had much of the other menu items though. The tables are usually a little sticky from whatever cleaner they use. They also clean under the tables as every customer leaves. I have also been here so many times I know when it is at its busiest. I do think they need more seating or a bigger vacility. But as Mexican food goes... I like their food. Unless you want to drive to Frederick or Westminster this is the place to go. read more

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I have visited this place on 4 occasions and each time I went, the service only got worse. 2 weeks ago was the final straw. I would rather go to California Tortilla than this place! I am not sure who manages this place but it is clear that a manager is NOT on duty during the dinner hour. And if there is a manager on duty, the owner may want to reconsider and get someone that actually knows how to manage a kitchen, the staff and run an efficient establishment. It's obvious the 20 year old wait staff runs the place. On our last and FINAL visit there, the place was not busy except for the constant chatter of the wait staff talking with each other and texting. One of the waitresses and bus boys also decided it was appropriate to make out in plain sight of customers. After waiting 30 minutes for a quesadilla and tacos we finally asked the waitress (the ray of sunshine that she was!) if our food would be out soon. Her response, "When it's done it will be out." Mind you she never came over to ask if we needed refills on our drinks and only checked on us once we got our food, 40 minutes later, to drop off the check. I was so discussed by our service that I paid the bill and left NO TIP for the incompetent waitress. I get better service getting a hotdog at the nearby gas station! Never, ever, ever will I step foot into this horrible place. I don't wish anyone to go out of business but I really hope that this place does. No one deserves to rob people of their hard earned money and provide piss poor service and mediocre food (at best!) read more

We eat here quite often and the restaurant is normally very clean and the food is very good. Tonight the floor was covered in food and trash. God only knows what the kitchen looked like. The bus boy was just sweeping the food and trash of the table and onto the floor. As a local, I think I will go elsewhere for my Mexican Fix. Yes this place is a whole-in-the-wall but its good typical cantina-style Mexican food. I love Mexican food so I'm very glad to have a restaurant like this close to home. Otherwise I'd be driving to Germantown's Mi Rancho which isn't that great a spot. Good enchiladas, good margaritas and surprisingly good and well cooked steak. I wish they made Coronaritas like they do at other Mexican restaurants but oh well. I liked that in the winter when it was crowded the hostess put us at a table far from the front door since we had a baby with us. We carry out when my husband doesn't want Mexican and I am having an enchilada craving. I love my enchiladas! read more

First visit for us at this restaurant. We arrived at 7:30 on a Friday night and the crowd was thinning out. When we first got there, the service was good. After we put in our drink and dinner order and got our drinks we didn't see our server forever. Our food took forever to come out, usually never the case in a Mexican restaurant. We had to wave our server down to get her to come back for anything. She was not attentive at all. She had her two kids there with her while she was trying to work. That's great that she can take them to work, but she needs to still be taking care of her tables. She was talking away with some guys and we couldn't get her attention, and finally she saw me waving and came back over. Then she was rolling silver ware and I couldn't get her to look our way. I was extremely nervous about going to this restaurant after reading all of the negative reviews. We just went tonight, and I was pleasantly surprised! We just moved to the area, so I can't compare to other Carroll County Mexican restaurants. The food is not as high quality as what you can find in Baltimore or Montgomery County. However, the food was served quickly, pleasantly presented, and satisfying. Nothing special, but decent for what it is. As for the service, it was also good. We sat ourselves, and our server came up promptly to greet us and take our drink order. She returned with our drinks and checked in on us for refills regularly. She did not hover, but gave us enough time to look over the menu and decide. She was ready, but not pushy, with our check at the end. The food is probably as good as I could make at home, but I didn't have to cook. For me, that's a win. We will be back. read more

I tried convincing the waitress they should put Carne Asada on the menu. The response I got was "we haven't changed our menu in 10 years." I feel sorry for the Hispanic cooks in the back that are confined to making crap dishes, that are an insult to Mexican cuisine.
