Terrible customer service. Would not order from them again…read more I ordered a suppressor and an adapter from Apex Armory, and honestly, the whole experience has been frustrating. It took about 2-3 weeks for my orders to arrive. The suppressor vendor didn't even start shipping my order for 10 days, and it wasn't even on backorder. I kept calling Apex Armory to ask what was going on, and every single day I was told, "We'll call the vendor and get back to you." Same answer, day after day, for 10 days. Nobody actually followed up with me. Then with the adapter, it had been 14 days and the vendor still hadn't shipped it. I asked the staff why it was taking so long, and they literally laughed and basically told me, "That's just how it is." What really bothered me is that there was no apology and no attempt to offer any solution or even see if they could do anything to expedite the process. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but at least communicate with your customer and try to help. It feels like once they take your money, they don't really care whether your order gets shipped or not. I'm still waiting on my order, and at this point it might take another week or longer. What a terrible customer service experience. I definitely won't be ordering from Apex Armory again.

Each time I had to contact them and wait for a refund. I understand that mistakes are made, but still they do not correct this, and only when they get caught, do they issue a refund. I wonder how much money they keep from the times they don't get caught. EVEN today a purchase of food would still be taxed with GOHUNT.
