The two letter sequences are the initials of people who have passed who mean a great deal to me and are remembered both on the building and in print inside the office. i went there yesterday i wanted to get a plastic board. they charge $25 per sheet. i needed 2 sheets. the guy who was at the front desk was nice and he has good customer service skills ;however the owner he was rude and seemed like he didn't want my business, he even offered me another place. i asked them to cut the board and the owner came to the front desk and said- -i dont want to cut them, we make signs here( so why is he selling then?? )) -we will spend 30 minutes to cut them so i have to charge you. -okay .how much will the charge be then ? -ohh its like 30 min one guy so i ll charge you $50 -they do not charge in other places, this is not my first time getting this. -all right go to other places then- -wooowww what a business owner and i said you will see my comment online soon and he did not even say anything. who makes $50 for 30 min.weirdo ...??? are you gonna move your fat belly and cut it ? noo you're gonna ask someone who works there and you will pay him $4 or $5 bucks since it s 30 min job... this place does not deserve to make money.... read more
