I have been leasing cars for many years working with other leasing companies as well as dealerships. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with Signature Auto Group - especially with Jonathan Malave and his team. They delivered our new car directly to our doorstep, and took away our old vehicle and are delivering it back to the dealership for us. Felt compelled to write a review after receiving such an excellent experience. I leased my current Nissan Rogue from Boris, and I couldn't of had a better sales experience. Boris was extremely attentive and cooperative, considering 90% of our communication was via text or email. He was extremely quick to respond, and made the experience very personalized. I did not feel like he was playing games, and there was no back-and-forth with managers in order to get pricing. He was very straightforward when answering any questions I had, including questions about my trade-in and its value. This agency goes out of its way to make sure convenience is a priority in every sense of the word. I never even had to set foot in the dealership! I bought my wife a SUV for Christmas and Allen at Signature Leasing made it so easy that even my wife didn't know what to say. The car was on the sidewalk waiting for us nice and clean with a full tank of gas and all of the stickers on the windshield. I have never used a leasing company before and I couldn't be more happy with the service and the attention that Allen gave my wife and I. The day after I picked up the car my wife gave birth to a baby girl and we drove her home in the new car.
