Really awesome, friendly & professional establishment. I am now writing a review after reading all the wonderful reviews which led me to the business for the first time. Maria was my manicurist, she's great & yes, she's the princess (side joke lol). I never seen someone care for my nails in such a way. Juliette, the front receptionist is nice too. Juliette did a fantastic job on my nails this morning! I was able to make an appt right away and was in and out within about 40 minutes for a gel manicure. Everyone was super nice and the french gel was only $29 with tax. Will definitely be heading back soon. read more

I started coming here at the recommendation of a co-worker Summer 2017 and I absolutely love it. The place is always clean and organized, the receptionist is very helpful and I love my nail lady Tere. I come in every 2 weeks for a gel mani and pedi and leave extremely satisfied each time. Tere is a perfectionist and will never let you leave if you and her both don't absolutely love what she did. I recommend this place but it can get busy so I would call ahead to book an appointment. read more

I used to be a regular here because it's so close to my house but now I won't even go back here even if i was desperate. This place is very hyped up and I guess it's just cause nail salons all over Miami are starting to go down the drain so no one has anything good to compare it too. My nails never look shiny even after putting a shiny top coat and they chip so fast. I guess it's the polish they are using. I usually get a lot of air bubbles and I tell them I don't wanna put my hands in front of the mini fans they have but they still force me too. Their prices went up but the service stayed the same. I don't know why they call themselves a salon because the "massage" they give your hands and feet/legs is literally a 5 second rub. The nail salons in the mall give a better massage then that for crying out loud and they even put hot towels on your legs for a spa like feature. It's awesome. Then the instruments they use on people don't even seem to get sterilized. I've seen other salons take them out of an autoclave which is what really sterilizes them. Ugh I just wish people would realize there's better service out there and maybe it'll make this one open their eyes. read more

I've been going to Chey for about six months, and she's awesome. She always does a great job, is always upbeat, and totally respects my time. The problem I have with the salon is that even when I book an appointment, they'll throw walk-ins to Chey that puts her behind schedule. Twice I've walked in and told that she'll be another 20 to 30 minutes. Since my Saturdays are so tightly scheduled, I can't work with that ... and I shouldn't have to, frankly. So today was the last straw, and as much as I love Chey, I'm done with Signature Nails II. read more

So, I tried this place out because of the great reviews. I honestly don't know how they have all of these raving reviews. I went with my sister and tried Yusi, one who has one of the best reviews on here. Yusi was nice and did her best on my gel manicure, but she of course there was room for improvement. In any case the manicure was good enough. However, the filing board that she use to shape my nails was much too rough for filing and the swift back and forth motion is not healthy for nails, so later in the week it resulted in my nails breaking and one nail broke so much that there is a length wise split from the tip of my nail to my nail bed. That is painful. I get my nails done regularly and this never happens. Anyway, I only asked for a polish change on my feet and it was horrible. It was done quickly and looked bad. I can say that she rushed to do my feet because I was late for my appointment and she was trying to accommodate me and make sure that I received all of my services, which was very sweet of her and I appreciate that. Yusi was very kind, and the other techs were not overtly rude or anything, but their skill overall needs major work. This is not your typical Asian owned/operated nail salon, and the skill level is just not there. My sister got her nails done by another older tech and her nails were simply horrendous. Both Hands and feet. Her pedicure was not even done correctly. She was utterly disappointed and vowed to never return. Her nails were really bad. Overall for the salon, skill 1 star for the work on my sisters nails, customer service 3. Yusi was pretty good though on hands-so I give her 4 for hands. Her polish on my toes was not good-so 2 stars for that. Overall hands and feet I give her 3 for skill, 5 for her customer service. read more

I love this place! I suffer from ingrown toe nails and i have gone to several salons to help me out with my toenails and nothing worked! I was visiting from Virginia and didn't have time to go to my nail salon back home...so I found them through Yelp with the typical fear of not knowing the place and the people. I happy to say that this place was AMAZING not only was my nail tech Teresita super friendly and nice she did an amazing job on my gel nails and pedicure. The were a full house and they managed to still squeeze me in without rushing the job or anything. It's a very friendly atmosphere they are clean and professional next time I'm in Miami which will be a lot this year I would much rather get my nails done here than back home! read more

I rarely leave reviews on Yelp, but this placed earned it! I flat out walked in without an appointment and literally waited like 2 minutes. I was shocked considering its holiday time and I was running in during peak hours. I came ready to sit and wait, but they accommodated me, gave me an awesome mani-pedi and sent me on my way. I have a crazy schedule so I've got no ability to plan ahead for a nail appointment. They are super accommodating which is a big plus. Ilena is my favorite. Her personality is great and she always remembers how I like my water and what colors I prefer. The salon is clean and management is service oriented. I don't live in Miami anymore, but if I'm in town and I want to get my nails done, this is where I go. No matter who I get to do my nails there, they always do an amazing job. I was in town for the holidays this year and even though it was super busy and we had no appointment, the owner was sooooo accommodating! He managed to squeeze my sister, my mom, and I in for at least pedicures (when my sister and I wanted mani and pedi) and at the last minute he was able to accommodate for us to get our manicures as well! Such great service, I can't complain about anything at all and I always recommend them. read more

I highly recommend this salon and Ilena, my nail technician. She is wonderful and very personable that you just enjoy to come back to do your nails. She cares for my nails just as much as I do. :) My nails always come out perfect every time and she does a fantastic job taking out the cuticles and has NEVER cut me. Did not even get to have my nails done, so for that much I cannot comment on the actual quality of the nail service. I made an appointment for my sister and I on New Year's Eve (they said this is when their next available appointment could be) and upon arriving the receptionist said that my sister and I were scheduled for only manicures and pedicures and could not receive any other service than that. Not once was I asked what service I wanted on the phone, and normally it is not something expected out of me when I make appointments (first time here). She went on to mention how the nail technician for acrylics wasn't present and the other technician for SNS was busy all day. Not once did she even try and speak to any of the technicians or offer an alternative, or even check the appointment log to see if there had been cancellations. She just spoke with much attitude and saw us out the door. The salon was not even packed. She demonstrated zero effort to at the very least speak to us kindly and see where the error was made when the appointment was scheduled. And on New Year's Eve. Making it quite difficult for us to find another place to fit us in on such a busy day. read more
