Everyone at this salon is nice but I got my nails done with Katya and she was great! She always cuts my cuticles well and she takes her time to make sure my manicures come out perfect. She also does wax and I must say she is one of the first technicians that doesn't hurt me or make my skin get red after waxing. They are also clean. Worst pedicure I have ever received! The nail tech was over with my pedicure within 20 mins. The ladies next to me had been there before my pedicure started and my pedicure was done before theirs. The polish stayed sloppy (which also chipped within 2 days) and cuticles weren't properly removed. My nails were filed down to my nail bed making the next few days honestly painful because of how short they were. My pedicure was given minimal effort and my feet were barely scrubbed of dead skin (any woman's favorite part of a pedicure). Lastly the color around the edges looked overall messy.. I live near the area and wanted to try a new nail salon and was happy to see that they accept walk ins. I arrived early around 9:15 am and the receptionist tells me that they are completely booked for the day and that she can put me on a list and/or schedule me for another time. I had her take my name and number down but do I really want to sit around all day waiting for someone else's appointment to cancel? No. I have other things to do. Why advertise that you accept walk-ins then turn them away and deny them service because you're completely booked for the day? If that's the case then don't accept walk-ins and only accept clients w/appointments. read more

This was my first time here and I went based on all the great reviews...the reviews were right! The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and greet you when you arrive, the chairs are so comfortable and Maria did an awesome job. She works very efficiently and shows an attention to detail. She left my feet so soft and my nails look great. I highly recommend. Remember to bring CASH. They don't let you add the tip to the bill if you pay with a credit and there's also a small fee for using a credit card. read more

I wasn't fully satisfy. Mostly because the lady that I got didn't have any manners. When she was ready to do my nails instead of coming by she psst me from her station. I don't mind not having a conversation during my service but when she ordered me; put your foot here, do this, do that, it bother me. Great place to get a mani and pedi especially gels with B. I've been doing my gels for several years with B and I would not go anywhere else. This is a great place to relax, everyone is very nice and the best part the wait is not very long. Although you need to call and make an appointment because Friday and Saturdays are very busy. While I was there a couple of walk- ins came in and they were attended in a timely manner, but it gets busy so I recommend making an appointment. I found my new nail salon! Laiz did an amazing job with my gel nails. The salon has gel nail polishes that match regular nail polishes, so my mani and pedi are flawless. The service was friendly and fast. Their hours are flexible, and I only waited 15 minutes as a walk-in.
