Not busy when we arrive, so we were able to get a nail technician right away. I had Danny. I was getting a full set Acrylics done. Danny was very quick & efficient. I had to ask questions to engage in conversation. LOL My daughter had Ra. She did a pedicure with a cute palm tree design on both of her big toes. Super cute! Regular polish for that! Followed by a manicure with a gel based polish. It so interesting that many nail salons DON'T offer their prices up front.?! We checked on Yelp the reviews and prior to walking in the doors! So, with that said we didn't really know " how much" it was going to be? I haven't had Acrylics in years & I knew that it wouldn't be the same price I paid years ago, but for my daughter ( 15 yrs old) her manicure/ pedicure was $35. Mine $53. This place was amazing with the old management and since the new people took over it's now "nail theory" and they are terrible. Don't bother wasting your time or money. I went in for a full set with gel and got a very nice man who did my nails but he did an awful job. Drilled and cut my cuticles until they bled and not even 48 hours after getting them done and paying $50 for them I had to glue one back down because it started to lift on the corner. So disappointed...went in at 615 and asked if they could get me in for a full set or if it was too late. She said yes. I wanted French tip. She put the white tip so far down on my nail it was literally half way down my nail. I had to switch and do color because they looked so bad. She did a horrible job. She didn't blend or file the powder into my nail bed -they are chunky and look terrible. She was done with my full set in less than 30 minutes and it shows. read more

They charge you way too much for the quality of nails that you get. Everytime I have gotten my nails done I always have to go home and fix them myselves because they shape them so horrible. There's been a couple times when they haven't cleaned my nails properly so there is lint or little strings that get stuck in my nail polish..you would think they would see that and fix it. First, the owner came about 10 mintues after opening to unlock the doors and the girl rushed through my entire gel manicure. I think I spent an entire 20 min there. The guy took out the drill on my toe nails, for no apparent reason other than laziness for pedicure's sake, and nicked me twice bleeding! Then not long down the road I end up getting a light layer of fungus growing on my toenails for the first time in my life!!! Ew! We were early for our appointment but they weren't busy so we got right in...only to be rushed! My sister and I just wanted a regular manicure, nothing fancy, something nice for Mother's Day. What we got was a cheap slop job. The nail tech did not do my cuticles, I got lotion roughly rubbed on my hands, no massage and promptly wiped off! Went here today to get my granddaughters nails done like we have for 10 years. She is very shy and they are now under new mgmt. they are horrible she showed them a picture of what she wanted and what she got was not remotely what she asked for. When I complained I was told they did not want to hear it from me but from her, she is very socially conscious and does not speak up, they kept saying to her what is wrong with them to her and what did she want them to do about it. Then they blamed her for not speaking up sooner, she showed them a damn picture of what she wanted, what else did they need. They are rude and made her feel small and she left crying. Like I said we have been going there for almost 10 years the 2 prior owners were awesome and we never had a problem and she always got coffin nails at the length she wanted, and the acrylic was not half inch thick. Don't let the heavy set person do your nails. The only tech there that I know and she is fantastic is Rah too bad I can't see her anymore she has been doing my nails for almost 10 years. Hopefully she will leave and go to a different salon so I can see her again. read more

I always tell a place if it's my first time there! I am an Aesthetic Laser Technician (currently working just under my Aesthetician license). So I'm well aware what sanitation and good customer service means. If I tell them this it means they should "step up their game to impress me". Shallow sounding? Yes! However, that is how my industry works. I'm a firm believer that same 1st time treatment should also be how you continue to get treated. Yet that 1st impression is VERY important. Upon walking in I was greater with a smile. It is a Thursday morning about 9:30am (they open at 9) so I assume I got in right away due to this. The guy that did my pedicure was very friendly. He spoke to me using my name a few times. I enjoy that simple thing. I wasn't in the mood to talk because I'm so not a morning person & I chit chat constantly at my job. He respected that. He took about 25-30mins for a basic pedicure which is relatively reasonable since I didn't require anything fancy. While filing my toes I noticed he just did it straight across and didn't bother to see if filing under that area was needed. This is helpful for those that have toenails that start to bend into the skin. Mine slightly do! It's my fault I was distracted by a work email to catch it & say something. After all, I can fix the filing issue later with him since we just started. Before I knew it we were onto painting my toes. I chose a color that would probably require 3 layers vs the standard 2. I got just 2 though. The pic doesn't show it well enough but some places are thinner than others due to the lack of that extra layer needed. I also have very dry torn up skin on the top of some of my toes. I got lotion on so this tells me the critical work wasn't correctly done. I gave 3 stars only because they were nice, sanitary, & I got in right away. As far as the end result goes....I won't be returning because it wasn't a full circle of satisfaction for me. I could have done this at home with better results. Not that I expect amazing results for a basic pedicure. I do however expect the same if not better results than what I would've produced. I go to get pedicures because I want someone to care for me for a change not because I can't do it myself. That being said I should get a good result still! read more

One star is still too many for this place. It was the worst gel manicure I have ever had. I went with a friend and they sat us at opposite sides of the room so we could not speak to each other and there was only one other customer in there getting a pedicure. First off she buffed my nails with the electric one like I was getting acrylics. She was in a rush the entire time like she was busy and she wasn't. It took a total of 15 minutes for a gel manicure which is not right at all. She filed my nails all different and not straight. Just terrible all around. It's been one week and it's already starting to come off. It's suppose to last 3 weeks if not longer. I will never go back and do not recommend to anyone read more

I'd been going to Tina for several months and love both Tina and her husband Tony. Because I'm an artist, I asked that my gel for my nails be applied thicker so that my nails wouldn't break. I've had to remind Tina repeatedly about this, which with an attention to detail in my opinion, shouldn't happen...This last gel pedi and mani was not done thick because I forgot to remind her. I not only had 5 nails break, she had forgotten to outline my design on one hand. I went back 4 times to have repairs. The thing that bothered me was their underlying attitude because I had to return when it wasn't my fault my nails broke or they lacked an attention to detail. I have been there two times now. Never again! First time had gel polish taken off. They use cotton balls and tin foil to take off, then used the power tool to file the rest of the polish off. Not goo, weakened my nails and ended up with two low cracks that I am struggling to grow out. My daughters gell polish only lasted a week and a half. We usually can go three weeks with gell polish. The second time went back for pedicures with my sister. Both of us left with polish ok. Within four hours both of us had polish dents on our big toes where the polish chipped off. Went back to have them repaired the next day. Owners were not very accommodating or friendly!! Very rude. We also wanted the $19.99 special, while feet were soaking the price increased $5 to remove the calluses ( isn't that why you have a pedicure?) and a extra $5 to have gell polish removed. We should have left then and gone else where. To bad because it is very close to home. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again. They lost some good customers. read more

One of my friends has very ticklish feet and does not like them tickled. She explained to the technician she was there because her two friends talked her into it. This is my second time here and everyone is very efficient and pleasant. It's not too busy during the week and they offer $20 pedicures Monday - Thursday. Perfect place to stop in for a quick mani-pedi. Chris did my pink/white acrylics and it's probably the best job I've ever had. He's very funny to talk with too. The prices are a few bucks less than other places around here. A steady flow of people came and went as I was here and they all seemed happy with their services. I have been a customer at the nail salon just about 2 years. I have always enjoyed. Today, I brought my niece for her birthday. I was getting a pedicure and she wanted the gel overlay on her existing nails. The male owner( unsure of his name) he was going to help her. He and the other male co-worker exchanged a few words over the sample colors for gel and he kind of threw down the samples in front of my niece. As I am watching the owner/tech talk and work, I see frustration and what looks to be a very uncomfortable situation. My niece said she changed her mind that she was going to just have a regular manicure. I said choose what you want. So it was time for her to wash her hands and i said is he being rude? She said yes, thats why she changed from gel to regular. She wanted to have him help her the least amount of time. I confronted him, and asked" Are you being rude to her?" He says, you know me. I tried. I said, yes, I do know you and Im shocked that your being rude. Not an apology, he was being short with her- not in anyway making it a relaxing experience. Instead he was rude and stand offish. Making her feel unwanted and nervous. I said we are leaving and I will never go again. He has lost my business. He showed his true colors. If someone is unsure of what color gel or nail color or has a question about how you will be shaping their nails, you help you dont get nasty. Than he was yelling that she had ti pay. I LOVE Signature Nails! I have been going to Signature Nails for years now. I'm sure like many of us, I have tried many other locations. But I never failed to return to Signature Nails and now, totally stopped going elsewhere. This is because the staff are professional and do excellent work. Each of them, all of them. Each are also so friendly. Consistently and always friendly and hard working for everyone. About a year ago I started to bring my son and they treat him w respect and fun and now my husband even comes. HORRIBLE! They have no idea what customer service is. I went in and asked for a fill and more white for my french manicure. They cut my nails as requested but didn't add more white. He then said he was done and I told him that I had asked for more white. He then not only argued with me but another lady that worked there started yelling at me and she wasn't even near his station. Then a few more workers started in. It was unbelievable. They never tried to make it right, so I just paid and left. I would NEVER recommend this place. There are way too many other nail salons in the area, and who wants to deal with these people. They don't do a good job anyway. read more

This place is ridiculous. "Signature" Nails & Spa? HA! What a joke. . The edges of my nails were not done, she only put one layer of polish on, and just painted my nails on "in general." The lady took no care whatsoever in my manicure. She left me to air dry my nails, when my sister called her back to make her re-do it. You would think that she would carefully fix her mistake, but she hurriedly painted my nails so she could move on to her next customer. The edges were STILL missing polish. The male painting my sister's nails later told us that the lady was the owner. OWNER. You would think that the owner would put some pride in her work! And that's not all. After this whole fiasco, the male painting my sister's nails made the SAME EXACT mistake... And we were sitting right next to each other!!! Are you kidding me? My sister told him and he didn't even notice. He informed us that the salon has been in business for 5 years now.... Pretty surprising to me. No tip for them. We will never go back to this place.
