Called the office and Adam came out a couple of days later to inspect our lawn and give us a quote. After talking to a few other local vendors, we decided to go with FENIX and we are really pleased we did. Adam, Kimberley and Erica communicated really well and answered any question we had about the entire process. They provided us with a few turf samples as well as an extensive list of referral addresses we could use to inspect their craftsmanship and the quality of the installed turf product. When the day to start the project arrived, Dylan and the large crew arrived right on time as arranged and immediately got to work. They were very professional and skilled. They were able to complete the entire project in one day and cleaned up the "worksite" nicely. We are extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish and would use them again if needed and would highly recommend them if you were considering installing artificial turf for your landscaping project. Not only was the craftsmanship top notch, the value was exceptional as FENIX provided us with the lowest price of all the quotes we received.

A neighbor had recommended Fenix. About a year ago a representative came to our house to give an estimate. He brought samples and measured the area and was quite thorough in his explanation and recommendations. We decided on one of the products but had to hold off installation because we were having other work done in the backyard that could have damaged a new turf. Finally the yard was done almost a year later and we contacted Fenix. Their prices had gone up only 10 cents a square foot but they honored our original bid. Installation was scheduled a couple of weeks later. A week before the install we received an email with the site prep, warranty, care instructions, and other useful information. They offer a discount if you pay by cash or check. On installation day they arrived close to 8 a.m. and apologized for being late as it was foggy in Sacramento and dangerous driving. The crew immediately got to work, first capping off the irrigation that watered the former grass lawn and then digging out the dirt and roots. They uncovered a couple of drainage pipes that we weren't aware of and cleaned them out and reset them to be operational under the turf. They accidentally cut some irrigation pipes and quickly repaired them. Once the job was finished they cleaned up our backyard, even on the side of the yard they weren't working in. The new artificial turf looks wonderful. We highly recommend Fenix if you are considering artificial turf for your yard.

We started with what was to be a straight forward driveway replacement. Old cracked/cast in place cement being replaced with pavers. Travis recommended lights and we agreed that was worthwhile based on the scope of what was being done, and this being something we will look at every day, multiple times per day. The pavers were also going to be extended to the front door replacing an additional old sidewalk. We didn't want the least expensive contractor. We wanted someone that was reasonably priced, who would stand behind their work. Bella Rosa is that company. The project turned out better than expected. The lights are icing on the cake. The pavers look phenomenal. All that said, there were a few hiccups along the way. Miscommunications on Bella Rosa's side related to what was discussed initially, and when the crew came out for installation. However, Travis always quick to reply, prompt to meet to work through the details and we were very satisfied. As the front was nearing completion we were so confident in Travis's team, Freddy was the foreman on our project, we added on additional things to the original scope. Including, redoing a flagstone walkway, cleaning out a side yard area, removing a layer of soil, adding stabilized decomposed granite, putting in lights along a back fence line. We can't recommend Bella Rosa highly enough. Travis and his team do very good work. And, when things come up, which is normal in construction, they will stand by their work and resolve any unexpected things. These are projects we could've DIY'd, but the result would not have looked as good, and would've required many months to complete.

With dogs, the grass was ridden with holes and dead grass from their urine. Juan and Tony are true professionals. I received a quote on Monday, and installation occurred on Wednesday. Just two years later we started noticing that the window directly under the awning was leaking during severe weather. (So once or twice a winter) it has been a nightmare ever since. I called Salens to have them come inspect. They did not come out. They gave me the number of the company who did the awning. My husband and I both reached out to them to NO RESPONSE. At that point I felt like I wasn't going to get help from Salens or this other company. I reached out to several awing companies and explained the issues I was having, to see if they would come inspect the work. To no surprise very few people felt comfortable inspecting work that wasn't theirs. I found someone who did come out, pulled back flashing, recaulked, and sealed some cracks around the area. This helped initially but the leaking came back. I had a leak detection company come out and they couldn't replicate the leak. At this point my option is to pull the awning down and throw 6,000 down the drain or cut a whole inside my home in the drywall to see where it's leaking. Pulling the awning down will require me to completely resucco the backside of my home. Theres no visible damage from the leaking. Our Insurance company couldn't find the source and declared it wasn't from a storm. I called Salens back because I really wanted to speak to the owner about this and I left a message with another staff member. It's been two weeks with no call back. All of this to say I would vet the subcontractors this company uses. I also would not recommend drilling into stucco !
