I even sent photos to their email to which they just responded that they were going to send a return label. No offer to re-send new product, nothing. I've never received such poor service from a store. How bad does an establishment have to be to allow their employees (intentional or not) to pack returned/used items to fulfill an order. There were loads of adults who looked on knowingly - they themselves had obviously been coming here since they were children to get their hair cut. Two different stylist really enjoyed it. The full price was 120+ tip. (Should have been $140 but there was a coupon- 45 for hair and 90 for color + shampoo charge?) Amazing for woman's hair! I returned yesterday for just the color and after the service was charged $182. Same colorist, same hair, double the price. I said something and they got it down to $135 + tip. (Apparently the same gloss was $45 this time). Not sure if they undercharged last time or what happened but now I know going there, my hair is somewhere between 120 and 180 for the same service and that just doesn't make sense to me. :( definitely taught me to plan ahead for my normal stylist.
