Josue and his partner did an excellent job -- cleaning out my gutters, cleaning the windows on the bottom floor, and power washing my deck, columns, and garage. Very professional and easy to comminicate. Only reason we gave 4 star is they gave lower quote on size of home but when they saw house they asked lot more. They were little expansive but finished job on time. We recommend them but they should charge same price they offered on phone as per size of house mentioned on phone or not give estimate on phone. read more

Josue replied promptly when i first reached out to him. He came over to assess and quote within a day of our call. We scheduled the appointment for my windows and solar panels to be cleaned. He messaged me 1/2 hour before to say he was on his way and showed up exactly the time we had scheduled. My backyard has been under major construction remodel for the past 4 months so you can only imagine the dust on my windows and solar panels.. you couldn't even see them! Josue and his business partner did all my inside, outside, 2 french doors, skylight and all the solar panels to almost perfection! Wow. Where to begin. Josue (for my other native English-speaking friends I learned that his name is pronounced Ho-SWAY) and his team just killed it. I have hired window washers and power washers in the past many times. The thing about Josue that differentiates him from most others I have worked with is that he has a KEEN EYE FOR THE FINISHED RESULT. That is rare in any service profession but even more so in labor-intensive professions. For example, most power washers seem to think that their job is to get the surface wet. Not Josue. And he knows his craft well enough to set expectations properly. I have 7,000 square feet of true saltillo pavers outside that I know will never look like manufactured stone (that wasn't even the idea when I installed them) but he spent time with me to make sure I understood that before he began. Then he did the best job I have ever seen done with a power washer in the 17 years I have been hiring work. Even better than my husband's careful efforts, who is a perfectionist that always ends up re-doing what others have "done". (Hopefully my husband doesn't read this, thank goodness for screen names.) And the windows. Oh my. As close to perfect as my 17 year old windows could possibly be. Mind-numbing work. 60+ windows (8 panes each) and 30+ doors/sidelights (12 panes each) of wood true divided lights, each pane of which needs to be individually cleaned (no hosing down exterior windows on this job). The last pane was as perfectly done as the first. Now THAT takes discipline and focus. In addition to his fine work, Josue is very responsive and totally charming. Caring and polite, he is one highly motivated young man. Very refreshing. This was my first experience with Josue and, sadly, I am moving out of the area so will not be able to use his services again. I was in a real bind to find a window cleaning service that could come right away to clean our windows to get our house ready for an open house.
