Large portions, well seasoned, and it felt like the chef really cared about the food. The broth has a great flavor, and didn't seem too salty or oily. The aromatics were fresh, clean and plentiful. My only critique is that the noodles were about 15% overcooked. The restaurant uses noodles that seem a little more substantive than what I'm normally served, which I really liked. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience and I'd consider returning to try their other dishes.
