There was a bit of a line but it went reasonably quickly. Upon entry, you grab a tray and tongs, then make your way down the line of self-serve enclosed glass cases with shelves of fresh good. We chose a savory breakfast sandwich, an Almond Croissant and another sweet pastry. In line, the offered to heat our sandwich which we allowed. Then we ordered coffees, paid and sat down. A few minutes later, we walked back up to collect our coffees. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, though the ham and cheese in the center of the sandwich was untouched by the heating process. Next time, we'll ask for a longer heating cycle. The pastries were good. Not as good as made that morning in Paris, but better than most places we've been in the US. We also took some dessert pastries home for later that same night. My wife's was sort of ho-hum but mine was fabulous. I had what I guess would be a cro-nut?? Sort of like a doughnut that was made in layers of pastry, then cut out with a donut cutter. It had a filling in the center and had a sugary coating. SO GOOD! We'll be back to Paris Baguette and we'll try other items and for sure, we'll ask for our heated items to be heated a bit longer.

It wasn't until a few hours prior to the event that she let me know it was cancelled due to not enough people signing up. I tried for days prior to this event to find out the location etc., but she never responded. I've asked for a refund, but that still hasn't happened in three weeks and she doesn't respond back to phone calls, texts or messenger. It has been the worst experience ever as I paid for two people for the class and it was a Birthday gift, for my sister in law. I'm so frustrated and disappointed in her communication. Would not recommend dealing with her in any aspect.
