Smoked turkey sandwich with lemon dill sauce. !
    Patricia H.

We were looking for a local place. Stopped by Convention Center to check out space for future vendor show. She said best sandwich ever at Pearl Station. I ordered the smoked Turkey sandwich and it was spectacular Tender lightly smoked turkey and fabulous lemon dill sauce on homemade sourdough bun. Mind blowing. Can't wait to try more. Great atmosphere and superior service

Brisket was good, but the star was the bread and potato salad

In town and had to try Texas BBQ. It is worth the hype! We went around 7pm and there was no wait and the food was super quick. I got the brisket which was good but the ribs were incredible. If I went back I would get the ribs.

Pearl street station really surprised me with everything I tried. The pulled pork was the most tender I've ever had. The rosemary chicken was extremely tasteful and paired perfect with the buns. The bbq sauce was phenomenal. The gentleman that owns the place was very nice and personable. 10/10 would come back again.

My wife having a wonderful time on our anniversary. She enjoyed her brisket she added to her bake potato.

Really enjoyed the Pearl Street Station. I had the coach. It was a very juicy turkey sandwich w bacon I believe as well as a great cheese. The beans there were awesome and homemade. I liked the potato salad. My wife loved her brisket Baker. She got all of the fixings. Just to let you know that they won't serve you tap water I. E. free water. The menu was very gourmet. Was a surprise in a way. It was very crowded but cozy when we went at lunch. My wife and I will definitely go back when in the area. Again It was very delicious.

This is our fourth try at finding the place we always want to go when we come to Granbury, and WE HAVE FOUND IT. This place is so good. Their toasted jalapeño sourdough ciabatta bread is not anything I've ever heard of, but it absolutely makes the sandwiches. The sauce is really good. Sweet and spicy, it might finally solve the war between barbecue sauce preferences. We enjoyed the Two Sisters Special (turkey sandwich with mozzarella and lemon dill sauce, which sounds weird but dude, the sandwich is legit). Pulled pork, brisket, really good cole slaw, whipped potato salad like my grandma makes--this place is a winner! Oh, and its cute on the inside, too, not just a hole-in-the-wall.

Update to my last review: I recently found our receipt for our last review and the bill was $54 + $2.16 (Non-Cash Adjustment) I guess this is an extra charge for using a credit card. Total was $56.26 + $11 tip was a total paid about $67 for lunch for our meal. Pretty pricey. We also suspected the aroma of barbecue on the grill that wafts through the air and lures you to the restaurant doesn't seem to match what you receive. There was no char on any of the meat so we wondered if the bbq is really cooked on a grill. With all that said we liked the food but for the price we won't be back bc almost $70 for lunch for 2 people for bbq will keep us looking. Also, the picture of the beans from 3 years ago showed pieces of bacon and onion but our had none of either and for $70 it should.

Brisket and Bolo plate, with an amazing jalapeño bread and elote. A good time was had by all!!!!!

Nothing special. What restaurant does not have tap water? One that forces you to buy a beverage. Greedy.

The barbecue ribs are scrumptious, the barbecue chopped beef sandwiches are delicious, the owner is very knowledgeable on what he's doing!

There are better places to eat near by. Would not recommend. Not a good value for your money. Grumpy manager. Unpleasant experience.

Decent Lakeside Convenience Stop, But Food Is Just Okay…read moreStumpy's is one of the only two spots right on the lake in Granbury for a quick bite, so it definitely serves a purpose. I stopped in for something fast and ended up with the typical deep-fried fare. I'm not particularly fond of the food -- everything tastes like it's been fried to death -- but if you're craving classic lake snacks, it gets the job done. I'm sure they have healthier options on the menu, but I didn't notice anything that stood out. Portions are generous, which is both a blessing and a curse. On the plus side, you don't have to feel wasteful if you don't finish your plate -- just walk it over to the seawall and the trained catfish and carp will happily clean up whatever you drop in the water. That's honestly one of the most entertaining parts of the visit. The location is convenient: you can shop for overpriced swimsuits and lake-appropriate apparel while you're there, and it's a solid place to stop for gas. They still sell ethanol-free fuel, which is a big win for boaters and anyone who cares about their engine. Overall, it's not a destination for great food, but it's reliable for quick, no-fuss lakeside eats and extras. Three stars feels about right.

I think I'm still kinda shocked at Revolver's business model. We arrived at their brewery just around 11 and paid $15 each for our keepsake glass and six beers with 8 oz pours each. You learn really quickly that they fill your beers almost to the top. 8 oz my ass. The staff is great and talkative, making sure you know what the beers you are getting are going to taste like. There is a ton of room on site as well. It was a muggy and misty morning (good temperatures though), but the six of us sat at a large table and were able to stay dry. There's an indoor space as well as their main brewery space and true outdoor picnic tables. Plenty of room to work with. I will spend the rest of the review talking briefly about each beer. 817 Blonde (Blonde): I started with their blonde, which was very clean and crisp and a good opening beer. Cosmo Canyon (Strawberry Lemonade Wheat Ale): Probably my favorite of all the beers. The strawberry is more subtle than their saison and kind of just adds to the flavor if anything. Blonde & Honey - Nitro (Texas Ale): Their classic Blood & Honey with nitrogen. I was warned because I guess a lot of people don't know what nitro is. It's unique. I don't fully know if a Texas Ale needs nitro, but it's a cool thing to try with your flagship beer. Yee Hops (Blackberry Lemon Saison): A fruity beer is always fun. I was told this tastes like mustard by one of my friends, but I liked it. It's never a beer I'm going out of my way to get, but it's a fun one to try. Mud Honey (Honey Dirty Blonde): Probably my second favorite behind the Cosmo. It's very light, but I really enjoyed this as well. Sidewinder (A Legacy Southwestern Pale Ale): A stronger beer to close out with. It's slightly hoppy compared to the rest, but still a classic on Revolver's roster that I'd actually never had. I think this place is a must-stop if you're ever visiting Granbury on the weekend. To be able to try so many great beers from an esteemed Texas brewery is awesome, and the barrier to entry is being 21 or older and having less than $20 in your pocket. What a steal. RIYL: So much beer for your dollar that you start wondering how it's even profitable for Revolver Brewing.

Permanently closed. It was really good for a tour of their beers, but they were bought and shut…read moredown.
