Smoked turkey sandwich with lemon dill sauce. !
Patricia H.

We were looking for a local place. Stopped by Convention Center to check out space for future vendor show. She said best sandwich ever at Pearl Station. I ordered the smoked Turkey sandwich and it was spectacular Tender lightly smoked turkey and fabulous lemon dill sauce on homemade sourdough bun. Mind blowing. Can't wait to try more. Great atmosphere and superior service

Brisket was good, but the star was the bread and potato salad

In town and had to try Texas BBQ. It is worth the hype! We went around 7pm and there was no wait and the food was super quick. I got the brisket which was good but the ribs were incredible. If I went back I would get the ribs.

Memphis Style Pulled Pork Sandwich

Pearl street station really surprised me with everything I tried. The pulled pork was the most tender I've ever had. The rosemary chicken was extremely tasteful and paired perfect with the buns. The bbq sauce was phenomenal. The gentleman that owns the place was very nice and personable. 10/10 would come back again.

My wife having a wonderful time on our anniversary. She enjoyed her brisket she added to her bake potato.

Really enjoyed the Pearl Street Station. I had the coach. It was a very juicy turkey sandwich w bacon I believe as well as a great cheese. The beans there were awesome and homemade. I liked the potato salad. My wife loved her brisket Baker. She got all of the fixings. Just to let you know that they won't serve you tap water I. E. free water. The menu was very gourmet. Was a surprise in a way. It was very crowded but cozy when we went at lunch. My wife and I will definitely go back when in the area. Again It was very delicious.

This is our fourth try at finding the place we always want to go when we come to Granbury, and WE HAVE FOUND IT. This place is so good. Their toasted jalapeño sourdough ciabatta bread is not anything I've ever heard of, but it absolutely makes the sandwiches. The sauce is really good. Sweet and spicy, it might finally solve the war between barbecue sauce preferences. We enjoyed the Two Sisters Special (turkey sandwich with mozzarella and lemon dill sauce, which sounds weird but dude, the sandwich is legit). Pulled pork, brisket, really good cole slaw, whipped potato salad like my grandma makes--this place is a winner! Oh, and its cute on the inside, too, not just a hole-in-the-wall.

Update to my last review: I recently found our receipt for our last review and the bill was $54 + $2.16 (Non-Cash Adjustment) I guess this is an extra charge for using a credit card. Total was $56.26 + $11 tip was a total paid about $67 for lunch for our meal. Pretty pricey. We also suspected the aroma of barbecue on the grill that wafts through the air and lures you to the restaurant doesn't seem to match what you receive. There was no char on any of the meat so we wondered if the bbq is really cooked on a grill. With all that said we liked the food but for the price we won't be back bc almost $70 for lunch for 2 people for bbq will keep us looking. Also, the picture of the beans from 3 years ago showed pieces of bacon and onion but our had none of either and for $70 it should.

Brisket and Bolo plate, with an amazing jalapeño bread and elote. A good time was had by all!!!!!

Nothing special. What restaurant does not have tap water? One that forces you to buy a beverage. Greedy.

The barbecue ribs are scrumptious, the barbecue chopped beef sandwiches are delicious, the owner is very knowledgeable on what he's doing!

There are better places to eat near by. Would not recommend. Not a good value for your money. Grumpy manager. Unpleasant experience.

The man who took our order was super friendly and you could tell he was very skilled, knowledgeable, and had a lot of experience. Interacted with customers very well and has a good work ethic. My hubby even commented he could tell he took pride in his job which is rare to find in customer service nowadays amongst a sea of workers who are usually unenthusiastic, lack social skills, and generally give off a vibe of disinterest in being at work. Not here. We were greeted when we came in, service was friendly and our order was correct . He recommended their Kickin' Ranch Sauce which we really liked and poured some on our sandwich and dipped our chips. I took off 1 star only bc we ordered a combo which incl. the sandwich, drink, and a choice of a pickle, chips, or cookie. In my experience a pickle spear is always automatic with a combo. The choice should be only between chips or a cookie. There's 1 other thing , and it's to all sub maker companies. We prefer JJs bc of a very bad experience we had at FS where the entire bottom bread was soaked and gross. Elsewhere, I usually get a sub that has some soggy part of the bread. I wish the vinaigrette dressing would be squeezed over the lettuce and tomatoes and THEN the veggies be sandwiched in between the meat and cheese and folded together so the dressed lettuce and tomatoes is contained between the meat and cheese. Wish they had a word for preferring it this way. Maybe, "Do you want it (the veggies) hot dogged" LOL!

Be sure to make a reservation if possible as this place fills up quickly. We went on Thursday at 6:30pm and it was hopping! Our waiter Lee was phenomenal. He went over the specials and was quick with our drinks. He gave us time to enjoy each course so we did not feel rushed. The food was the best overall for our weekend in Granbury, Tx. The owner (Gary) came to our table and introduced himself. He took his time to have conversation with us which I really appreciated as most will just do a walk by. We will be back!

Absolutely Outstanding Dining on the Square - Christina's Never Disappoints!…read moreChristina's has become one of our absolute favorite restaurants in Granbury. The location right on the square is perfect, and the ambiance is warm and inviting, ideal for a special night out or a celebratory dinner. The food is consistently excellent. The Chilean sea bass is a standout, perfectly cooked every time. The seared scallops are wonderful, with a beautiful crust and tender inside. I've had the salmon multiple times and it's always nicely seared on the outside and wonderfully tender and flaky. For appetizers, the pear & Brie crostini is a must-order sweet, savory, and absolutely delicious. Yes, it's a bit on the pricier side, but the quality, presentation, and service more than justify it. This is a busy spot (especially on weekends), so reservations are highly recommended. From start to finish, everything about Christina's feels special. Attentive service, beautiful plates, and food that tastes like it was made with care. If you're in Granbury, make the time to eat here -- you won't regret it. We'll definitely be back again soon!
