I registered for camp, and the dates were changed and they changed them on my registration too with NO ONE telling me. I enrolled in April for my son to attend June 8-12. Which is verified on my reciept and they changed my dates to June 1-4 and he is still in school during that time! You can't just change someone's days they enroll camp for their kids without telling them. Parents DEPEND on the child care. Luckily I checked my email and they sent an advertising email for their camp days and I noticed the week I enrolled for was no longer there. This camp is a month away and now I'm going to have to scramble to find child care for June 8-12th now. I finally got a hold of someone to reschedule the camp but on the email and where you register are conflicting weeks and say the wrong dates for registration. Truly a mess. Are they just signing kids up all these weeks when there is actually no camp???? On the registration site it says camp July 15-18 when the week on the email is July 13-16th. So luckily I caught the mistake on my own in time since no one called me or emailed about them just automatically changing my sons soccer camp week from June 8-11 to June 1-4. :( read more

$20 to park. What a joke. Field House is not good. Service is bad. Food is yucky. Drinks suck. Takes forever to vacate the property. Terrible ingress and egress. Not a fan of this hole. PS - Playing a game in 100° weather on turf is stupid. Not smart. read more

My son has his club soccer tournaments here often. This field is well maintained and is beautiful. There is a restaurant near the fields with a full bar (us soccer parents do appreciate this). I had a Bloody Mary and it was delicious. read more

Beautiful park ..horrible city officials. They gave us false Permit info for the Space Cowboy festival, then 5 hrs later harassed us into leaving to get $$ from another vender. I witnessed the exchange from the blonde Event supervisor coordinator. Im Hispanic & black & I felt threatened in every way. Its just not right the crowd was more friendly than the officials... The city council of Norco is not fair. That was a selfish greedy act on their behalf.. Theyhad security stand by us as we packed up.. Not feeling this place anymore read more

One of the best looking soccer fields we've been to for our daughters soccer tournaments

Been here many of times for soccer. Last weekend was a very different experience. On Saturday, the field house only had 1 server. They had some stupid policy about not being able to stand around the high tabletops at the bar as it was for full service only. The tables were empty. The staff is extremely rude and have 0 customer service. The old man security guard was so rude as he approached someone with a service dog and said get that dog out of here right now after it was already cleared by the bar tender. $20 to park! Sunday was different- went into the bar and it was back to normal. People were standing all around the high tabletops like normal. Guess the policy was only for Saturday. I just don't get what all the hype is. Fields are average. Lots of sand/dirt on the actual soccer fields. And they charge $12 per day for the same soccer tournament!!! If the $12 went to better organization of entering and exiting the lot, it would be worth it. But it's a mess to get in. And it's even worse to get out. And whoever is running the Cerritos Memorial Challenge Cup - the referee's SUCK!!! These paisa's don't speak or understand any English, or for that matter, Soccer. AYSO volunteer parent referees do a better job. First experience here, and a horrible one. Hope my son never has to play here ever again. read more

They don't have onsite parking at Boots in the Park and are offering "complimentary" parking offsite 3 miles away but it's $20 PER person for the shuttle plus $1.50 "processing fee." You can't walk up. They are charging $50 for ADA parking which is more than the shuttle which appears to be an ADA violation. This is an absolute rip off! I will not be attending another event in Norco at this venue. I have made a complaint and contacted a legal firm specializing in events like this that charge "junk fees" in violation of SB 478. read more

Great complex.... AWFUL PARKING SET UP! We were here for the DPL showcase. The fields are nice, restrooms and concessions clean and plenty of space. I loved they had a central gathering area with fields all around. The layout really is great! There is a grocery store close by where you a get drinks, snacks or anything pre or post game. Our only beef was the parking. I don't understand why they have paid parking. Can this just be included with the fees during registration! This would eliminate the need for paying as you enter causing the backup onto the main road. Just have people directing traffic. It should just keeps the traffic flow going. That's just my opinion though. Oh.... And umbrellas or chair rental would be a great asset for us out of town people!! Just sayin .... ;-) read more

For $20 daily parking you would think they'd have attendants in the parking lots helping direct traffic. Complete unorganized gridlock. Took us 40 minutes just to leave the parking lot after one game. There were a couple attendants at the main intersection after you enter, but none throughout the parking lots. Madness! read more

Came here for a concert and unfortunately this park had difficulty accommodating such a large crowd of 17,000 people. The thing is the fields are dark. There are not a whole lot of lights. Parking is difficult. There are only a couple of ways in and out of the park. It took me over an hour to get into the parking lot. Normally parking is $10 but for events they charge $25.00 They have bathrooms before you get into the park. At least they had flushing toliets. Typically this is a soccer park. My friend who was with me usually brings their kids here to play soccer. Not a fan of this park. If you ate coming off a concert think twice. read more

Terrible place for a child to be...from the director Kassi to its general manager Billy Bizzaro, all care for one thing only....money. Do not give ur money to this association if u intend for ur child to enjoy the game. The fields are poorly maintained, the referees are children and the organization is set up to make money not produce better soccer players. read more

Getting into the lot is difficult and it backs up. However the fields are nice, generally the bathrooms are relatively clean. The port a potties generally always have soap and water washing stations. Overall a better tournament location than many fields. read more

We really love this place. The fields are clearly marked, plenty of food options. Plenty of restrooms and plenty of parking. Even though it's farther than other places we've been to for a tournament, I'll always choose these fields. Plus we had an amazing breeze which didn't make it feel too hot. Another drive thru event during these covid crazy time!! The infamous Felipe Esparza foool!!! Wassup Fool! He is so funny and one of my favorite comedians. As you pull up there are people directing you where to park. There was a merging car moment that my anxiety kicked in. But it passed. Restroom were clean and there were lunch trucks ready to serve you. Things were laid back. Crowd was chill. It was a great time. read more

Fields are nice. $15 for parking. Took over half an hour just to get out of the parking lot. If you're going to charge for parking at least make a sensible layout that allow cars to leave promptly. Massive train of cars backed up for half a mile. read more

Probably one of the worst tourneys we have ever been to. See pictures. Construction that closes most lanes. Took over 30 mins to go 1 mile. Then bathrooms are 1 bldg. 4 stalls. Very nice park but to have soccer all yr round is a frustration for eastvale residents. I lived here for 8 yrs and every single weekend it takes 15 minutes to get through all the traffic coming from all cities around riverside far and wide. They're is 2 parks and 1 park is really needed. read more

Worst place EVER to play soccer. Either 30+ mph winds or 100+ degrees or both. How this place ever gets teams and clubs to agree to play here is beyond me...should be a horse jumping farm with all the dirt and dust constantly blowing. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Every time you entered they will charge you $15-25 dollar parking! The parking spots are all mud or dirt , with an 1hr wait to get in cause all the cars trying to get in. It should be illegal to charge to much just to play a soccer game there. I hope with all the money they are making of parking fields get fix and they add concrete to parking . This place is terrible compared to other places we travel to for ECNL & ECRL events. The turf fields are rock hard and not groomed, might as well be playing on fake grass patio carpet. The grass fields have too much dirt. The bathroom facilities are so far away from fields. The area has too much dirt around it for a soccer complex. They rip you off on parking charges every day, never giving any kind of discount when you are there for multiple day events. The location is terrible for many reasons, hard to get into, long waiting lines in car and right next to the busy I-15 freeway so air quality is always terrible for your athletes. Our players that may have asthma always have issues here between the vehicle air pollution, dust from all the dirt, pollen from the valley and being an equestrian area. Also, accommodations in the area are terrible compared to other cities, with hardly in hotel options nears the fields. Plus they close the fields for just a little wind and could care less that you spend thousands to travel for events held here. All in all my least liked location for all soccer events I have attended for years of ECNL and ECRL events with my several children that play soccer. If you are a coach and care about your players keep them away from events held here. I'll take Oceanside or Del Mar Surf soccer complexes over this place any day!!! read more

The pros of this complex: It's kept clean, this includes the restrooms and there is ample parking. The cons: It costs $10 to park each day and they go as far as including your license plate on the parking pass. Dont go home between games and come back in a different car, they will make you pay twice. All of the food is incredibly expensive and the only times I have used my bank card here, I've ended up with fraudulent charges later that day or the following day. Once, I may be able to shrug off, but it has happened twice. I highly recommend bringing cash for parking and food. read more

The bathrooms at the main building were covered in vomit this morning when going to kids soccer games. My daughters had to go in there and see it. Pretty gross for having to pay $10 to park. Please make an effort to clean your bath rooms up from the night before. read more

They should be paying me to park here and deal with this crap! * Came for a tournament and there is absolutely no organization here! It's card only to pay, there's always heavy traffic getting in, traffic throughout the complex, and traffic leaving (if you can even get out)! The kids directing traffic...are you trying to tell me which way to go, or are you swatting at a bug because I can't tell! Players jumping out of the cars to get to the fields because the cars are at a dead stop, and they don't want to be late. * Once you get there, you hope you get a decent field...not the one that blows tons of sand off the parking lot and into the players and parents eyes and mouth. (I'm glad I had a mask to wear). * The restroom situation is DISGUSTING! There has to be some sort of an OSHA rule about porta-potties that are overfilled and filled with flies. I think it has to be a bio-hazard to let them get to that point and have people used them! They do not have them emptied at the end of each day, let alone have them cleaned! GROSS!!!! The one they have attached to the Fieldhouse is just as gross. They need more restroom facilities built for all the money we pay to park! * On another day, we had to come back for a College ID Camp. The same day they had a country concert. They had all 4 lanes in the front open to come in for the concert and ID camp. The line to get in was soooo long, it ran all the way to the top and bottom of Hamner. To make things worse, they only had 1 exit. Just a single lane for the hundreds and eventually thousands of cars that come in, park, and leave. At one point, the one guy working the one exit closed the exit and directed cars to the front where all 4 lanes were used for the entry. There were NO EXITS AVAILABLE! Isn't that a fire hazard to have no exits available? We sat waiting for 15 min while they tried to close one of the 4 entry lanes to become an exit. Wait to close the 1 exit until another exit has been opened! They really need to take a look at how to run a facility. Stagger the game times so everyone is not leaving at the same time! Add more restrooms and keep them clean! You actually have to have an exit open when you have hundreds/thousands of people at the complex! Hire or train the staff to move traffic more efficiently! Oh and the people who went to the concert had to pay at least $25 for parking! Sorry you got ripped off! Soccer we have to pay $10 for the same spots which is also a rip off! Seriously, can we report these repeated issues with disgusting/unsanitary restroom facilities and exit issues with the city, fire dept, police dept, or OSHA? It's apparent that this is an ongoing issue that has never been resolved. read more

$20 to park for Fiesta De Taco event. Totally disappointed in venue. No shade unless you paint extra for VIP tickets. No wear to sit unless you brought your own chairs. You are not allowed to bring in any blankets four or drink, but yet for one Margarita in a small plastic cup it was $15. For one shrimp stick with 5 pieces of shrimp it was $13, for 3 tacos $15. Still not full or satisfied but I ran out of cash. Had no idea the prices would be what they were here. Don't know if I'd come back to another event here. read more

Attended the IE music festival which was comprised of 4 cover bands, a beer garden, food & product vendors and a "kids zone". This space was ideal for this event. There was plenty of greenery and space so it never felt overcrowded and/or uneasy to get around. The bathrooms were clean and stocked despite the drunkards roaming around. The grounds itself is very spacious and clean. This property is ideal for any music or sports event. read more
