The groundskeepers were so respectful of my friends remains. The headstone was already there so her remains were buried while we watched (she had been cremated). While waiting, we proceeded to let her know how nice the service was and she mentioned how hard everyone works to make sure to offer nice services. BUT THEN she asked my elderly mother if she had made her end-of-life final resting place decision. Ummm excuse me? Are you actually trying to sell a plot to us right now? Seriously? Gross. 1) Inappropriate. We are attending a service for a family friend who just died. 2) She had no idea who we were or whose service we were there for. We are in mourning right now. We aren't there to be sold to. 3) We are from out of town. Why in the world would we want to be buried here??? We have ZERO connection to this area or this cemetery. Please do better at training your staff. Really disturbing and distasteful. The two stars is for the work that the groundskeepers were doing to make it such a nice service and that there was a restroom we could use.
