We didn't receive a courtesy call or heads up until 2 hours before they were coming. Some notice would have been helpful because we would have been able to save the flowers/decorative stones and notify our tenants beforehand. Adam Molitor lead this project and informed us at the end of that day that their work was done. They didn't level the yard or repack the dirt underneath the sidewalk, leaving large dips all over the yard and hollow spaces under the sidewalk. We would not be able to re-seed the yard the way they left it, and more importantly with no support underneath the sidewalk it will eventually collapse or crack. They also cracked a 2 ft section on our main driveway in the process, and when we mentioned these concerns to Adam his suggestion was for us to remove the sidewalk completely and leave that area with dirt, and "your driveway was brittle, so it was likely to break anyways". Because they did not get a permit prior to doing this job, no inspection was done after the job. With all the issues we were seeing, we decided to get the main sewer line scoped just to make sure everything was good. It was then that we found out that the old sewer line was still there and no new sewer line was put in. We called Molitor's office to inquire, and the office manager said to his knowledge the work was indeed completed. We also left a voice mail for Adam to call us back; no return call from Adam. We did receive a call from their office a few days later stating that we must have misunderstood Adam and they were planning to come back. I'm not sure why anyone would go through the trouble of putting the dirt back if they were planning to come back to finish the work. The insurance company got billed for the whole scope of work in the meantime. We then requested to have another company come to finish the work. This company got a permit, removed all the old sewer line and took a lot of pictures to show their work, and had the city inspector come to sign off on the work afterwards. They had to tear up the yard again and did not find any new sewer line put in by Molitor. We have worked with many companies in the past and we have never experienced anything like this. Not only did they not fix the problem, they didn't seem to care what damages they caused in the process, and billed for something they did not do. I would urge you to ask a lot of questions and ask for pictures and proof of work afterwards if you choose to use this company.

They don't charge to come out and assess and give an estimate. I was relieved that I was correct in my assessment of lint, and already had a safe guard in place for moving forward. Was also told there's no way a snake would've cleared it, so I was fine with paying $229. Whatever, better than a bigger problem! And they don't charge a card fee.

I used Roto Rooter when I had several inches of water in my crawl space. The only good thing I can…read moresay is that they showed up when they said they would. It went downhill quickly from there. I was told they would suction the water into one of their septic tank trucks and haul the water away. Instead, I came home the day they began working and found them draining the water into my backyard. I was furious. (The water table was still very high so it probably went right back into the crawl space). It left a 2 foot sink hole in my yard where they dumped the water. The next day, they brought a longer hose and pumped it into the river. I had 10 different technicians standing around during the 2 days they were here all watching their cell phones and smoking cigarettes while the water was being pumped out of the crawl space. Really? Did it take that many technicians to watch a pump do the work? They brought in dehumidifiers and wanted to have more technicians vacuum the floor joists so that they could paint the floor joists with Killz. I called my flood insurance and they said that would NOT be covered by insurance. I got the bill. They listed the 10 technicians who were here. There was no itemization on the bill. Only a total amount of $8,000. They said protective gear had to be worn because it was "black water." They said this meant it was contaminated with harmful bacteria and disease-causing toxins. Really? Why did you dump it into the river then?? Don't make the same mistake I made by hiring them. Wish I read the reviews.
