The first visit didn't clear the clog, but the next day another technician came out and patiently explained everything. Both were courteous, on time, and really knew their stuff. The office just called and said they credited back to my card $343! and they pocketed $247!! (for "shipping and labor"). So be wary and very careful if you have hired them, but if you are not locked into a Maintenance Agreement I suggest you call another HVAC company.

JR is highly skilled and qualified in all aspects of the HVAC trade. He was able to remove our old system and install the new one in one day. The attention to detail was outstanding with no corners cut in the installation. Ductwork was fabricated and precisely fit to adapt the new furnace/air handler, and carefully sealed at all the joints. The refrigerant system lines were purged and cleaned with a solvent prior to a full deep vacuum being drawn prior to final charge. Once the system was running all adjustments were made to both gas pressure to the furnace and blower speeds for the air handler fan. They placed a runner to the outside to keep from tracking dirt inside the house, another attention to detail. They're pricing was also very competitive.
