First off at check in I was caught off guard with the payment upfront and made me feel like an idiot. I did receive a text letting me know that a payment would be required but no actual amount, hence not prepared to pay several hundred dollars. The front desk person kept on repeating - well, you were sent a text and it was opened. Yes the text came through but again not even an estimate amount. So I was prepared to pay the average copay. Second - when I was called for my imaging, I was being questioned over and over as to why was I getting those images. Listen I'm a patient and my doctor ordered what she ordered because She felt that was importante to get looked at. I'm a patient not the medical professional. if they have issues with my imaging order then contact my doctor. She made that very clear, as she didn't want me to ask any questions at all and spoke so fast that I could barely understand what she was saying. She acted quite perturbed when I asked her to repeat what she said to be able to get the appointment information straight. Generally, when I have gone into the Chandler office the front office people have been nice, but every time I call that office whoever is answering the phone has absolutely zero clue of how to provide quality CUSTOMER service. They don't even provide adequate CUSTOMER service. I know that they have to get the job done but maybe trying a bit harder and even faking being just a bit friendly with the person calling might be a thing to think about? Perhaps these people need to find another way to make their living, as providing quality CUSTOMER service is obviously not anywhere near the top of their list of priorities. It actually seems like it is at the bottom of their list of priorities. Do these folks ever think of what the caller may be going through as in worried about possible cancer? Overall, the experience at this office has declined over the last 6 years, especially after they moved from their original smaller location in Chandler to this new larger office complex. I believe that at that time there may have been a change of ownership or at least a change in how they do business and it hasn't been for the better. I had a biopsy performed at the new/present Chandler office a few years ago and I ended up passing out after they began the procedure as I could feel pain as soon as she started the biopsy. After I came to, I couldn't feel my legs or arms and was hyperventilating and they had NO concept of how to deal with the situation and/or were totally unprepared to deal with it. They did not even have a wheelchair available to me so I could use the bathroom. They had to wheel the exam table I was laying on to the bathroom and my husband had to carry me to the toilet! They left us in a different room afterward and didn't even bother to check to see if I was alright. I was there around 2 hours trying to recover my breathing and get the feeling back in my arms and legs. After all of that, they assumed I would be ok to have a mammogram done afterward! Hello??? It felt like I fainted and woke up in another world! They never suggested that I might need a driver afterward to drive me home, so I was glad that I had asked my husband to accompany me that day, as there was absolutely no way that I could have safely driven myself home. At this point, I am seriously considering going elsewhere in the future and it's because of the horrible customer service on top of all of the things that happened to me during that biopsy. The only reason I go back is because they have all of my previous mammograms and biopsy records and I have to have follow ups every 6 months for a few years.

She came across as passive-aggressive, rude, and on a power trip. She honestly reminded me of the stereotype people have about TSA employees. This is a medical facility where people are dealing with very serious health problems. A little kindness and compassion go a long way. There is a professional way to enforce policies without making patients feel like they're an inconvenience or talking down to them. I've always had good experiences here, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. I hope management addresses it because the front desk is the first impression patients have, and they deserve to be treated with respect. The office mgr at this location has a lot to learn about customer/patient care. If this were my clinic, she'd be gone. The other issue is that I asked them to print out the films on a cd and mail it to my neurosurgeons office in Phoenix! Not only did the surgeon never receive it, but when I called advanced to see if they sent it out, they said there was no date indicating when it was sent, just says "mailed." Now I know usps has been slow, but it doesn't take 15 days to mail a cd from Mesa to Phoenix! THIS OFFICE IS COMPLETELY INEPT AT ANYTHING. There are plenty other radiographic places to go; why settle for an office that just doesn't care. Definitely will never be going back there.

After getting checked in for a possible broken elbow, vitals were taken and MD examined. We were told the xray tech was in with someone and we would be next. We sat there for over an hour (I can't imagine one set of X-rays took an hour). X-rays were finally taken in less than 5 mins. Then after sitting another 30 mins, I asked how long it would be until someone could look at the xray. I was told "this is the part that takes a while" and that I "was lucky they were still on the day schedule because the night time wait time can be up to 4 hours." We waited about 20-30 mins then asked again how long it would be. They couldn't give me a TAT so we got up and left. We were there for over 2.5 hours to have 3 X-rays taken. And who knows how much longer it would have taken to have someone read the X-rays. I don't believe there were a large number of patients there at the time. The parking lot only had a few cars, waiting room was empty and the nurses desk outside the exam room had the same nurses/techs/MDs sitting there our entire wait. Their website says little to no wait. How healthcare should be. That was not my experience at all.
