We've battled them for years, and I was fed up with getting overrun with the little buggers every year once it got hot, and called these guys. They treated the house and yard, and though it took about 10 days initially to get them out of the house, suddenly they were gone, and it's been great! Super happy with the service from here! I've never dealt with rat or mouse problems. We had one that got in through my garage an we needed it gone fast. Simple pest management came out on a Saturday ( it's the only day I have actually free) an set up traps an a bait box. Ty was super awesome, such a good person to have represent your company ( good choice!) within a few hours of setting the trap in a spot I told him probably wouldn't get anything I heard it go off. The rat problem was done pretty much that day. I signed up for the month program an I had Michael ( another great choice to represent the company) come out once a week to check. We've been using Simple Pest at our office in Lakeside since we moved in this last December. Michael B is our Service guy and he is Awesome!! We had a lot of spiders and roaches and now we have zero! Michel does great work and is very personable. We have set up quarterly service and there prices are very reasonable and they will keep coming back out if we see bugs. It was difficult to control the pests during the rainy season, but SPM is on the ball. Recently we had a rat/mouse problem and Chris B came out, located where they were entering, we had about 12 entry points. We hired them to fix all entry points and set traps. We were having tons of ants in and around our house, so I called up Simple Pest Management based on their reviews. The customer service from Jackie was excellent as I described the problem, and she had someone scheduled to come the very next afternoon. Michael showed up at the beginning of the time frame we had asked for, exactly as he said he would earlier that day. He took a look at our house, walked us through what the treatment would entail, and took note of the room our cats were in to make sure they were isolated. Outside was him inspecting the foundations, offering helpful advice on keeping ants out of the house besides the spraying, and asking if we had problems with anything else like spiders, gophers, or other bugs. I had been fighting sugar ants with Terro bait traps for a couple months. They would come and then seem to be gone for a few days only to return again. Enough is enough! I called Simple Pest and they were able to send Chris B. out the same day. Chris was very polite and explained to me what he was going to do and why. Also, that I may see an increase in ant activity for a few days but not to worry. He also told me to call in a few days if the ants did not go away. I did not see any increase, but also no decrease for the first day. On the second day, the decrease was apparent (but I wasn't too excited as I had seen that before with the ant traps which were still out). By the fourth day ants were gone and have not returned yet.
