I got the Groupon because it looked like it was a great deal. I called to make an appointment but even though when I came the lady said that they can't take me at the specific hour because there was too many people and not enough stuff members. I had to wait extra 30 minuets and I was late for my next appointment. After I finally went in, the room was ridiculously small and looked like a walk-in closet. There was one chair and the bed. No place to put your clothes and belongings down so I put my stuff on the chair thinking that it was for that. The lady came in in the middle of me putting the cover up, opened the door all the way everyone in the lobby and the store could see me. The lady pulled the sheet one the bed that looked like toilet sit cover, it was so thin that it kept breaking every time I moved. She turned the waxing machine on. The machine was so dirty in all the old wax it was disgusting. When she started she did my arm and an armpit first, she did it good there was no left hair or wax. When she started the other arm there was a whole like of hair that she missed I had to tell her to do it otherwise she would just move on. My legs looked ridiculous after she was done with it. There were still parts with hair that she looked at and didn't do anything. I had to tell her to go back and do my legs over because it was so bad. At first she said that it was not but after pointing out every place she did it. She did it so hard that I thought I will punch her. My legs were burning from the wax that she must have put one the higher degree and from her pulling the strips so fast. I think the Brazilian part was the worst. She started and in the middle of it the other lady came in to help her. They started to pull and press on my lady parts that it was hurting me. Even after they finished I still had hair that weren't even touched by the wax. After that the first one left and the other one told me to turn over. The paper completely broke so she just took it out and didn't even bother to put the new one. At the very end they put baby oil on me that mixed with the leftover wax and was just disgusting to touch. I asked for paper towels but she said that they didn't have any so I have to wipe myself with a freaking cleaner Kleenex. She ruined my bra with the oil and I still can't get rid off the stain and my clothes were all soaked in the oil. After going home and taking a shower I still had hair that she didn't remove. DO NOT GO THERE. THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS PLACE THAT I'VE EVER BEEN TO. read more

I will not give even 1 star to this business. The staff is unprofessional and don't know how to do their job. They burnt my daughter's face when waxing. On the top of that supervisor offered me free service to cover the matter. The lady who provided the service called me and argued with that they never use hot wax and burn has to be some sort of allergy which we should be aware. I want to share the WORST WAXING EXPERIENCE I have EVER received. For starters, I received a full body wax due to a good deal on Groupon, which they told us not to go through because they then receive a percentage of the purchase and that they would just honor the same deal. The room I was in was a closet with coats and personal belongings hanging, and a single lumpy bed with a ripped sheet of parchment paper. With no bed-side manor, the lady pulled my towel up to right below my chest, and then another lady walks in, even though there are other customers RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. They were both giving me the wax to get it done as soon as possible. There was no preparation or caution taken, they just began to pull hair as fast as they could. They used hot sticks of wax so they could apply it to an entire area quickly, and then used the SAME WAXING STRIP over and over again for the entire area. The paper laid out on the bed was so destroyed from being stuck to my body, that when they asked me to flip onto my stomach, they just removed it completely. It wouldn't have been as disturbing if I thought that they sanitized the beds, but when I was done and my friend was supposed to go immediately after me, I watched them place a new sheet of paper on the oily bed I was just laying on with no clothes. I felt so disgusting and dirty. Not only that but they continued to walk in and out of the room and stick their heads out every once in a while when there was a lobby full of people!!! I would try to cover my body up with the towel and lift my leg so they couldn't see me, and I'm not sure if they didn't notice how uncomfortable I was, or they just didn't care. In the end I had a wax burn on my underarm, hair and wax still all over my legs, and a Brazilian that still looks irritated three days later. I called requesting a refund by calling the Corporate Office Extension, which really just took me to the same location I had gotten the wax from. The women told me she would have to reach out the owner since she couldn't honor refunds and when I didn't hear back, I called again. She said she could only do it for my underarms and when I told her about my negative experience and concern for sanitation, she accused me of lying just to get a refund. I truly feel that this company has no business giving waxes to anyone and should investigated by Department of Public Health. I have included photos on a yelp review as well. read more
