It costs $14 for a medium size bowl so it is definitely an açaí bowl with a premium price tag, but the ingredients and quality are there. When I called and informed them of the mistake they said the woman who prepared it had accidentally added the coconut flakes, but she was sure she took them all out. Mistakes happen, so all I asked is to just replace the bowl. I paid $15 for the bowl, $5 for water, AND tip. I drove back, took me about 15 minutes, and the bowl wasn't even ready. They did say sorry, and I informed them that they next time that happens they should just throw away the bowl, you never know who has allergies. The employees couldn't care less. Such a bummer. I love doing a custom bowl to try the different bases & everything tastes pretty fresh! However, I do wish the blended bases were a bit thicker & didn't melt as fast. The prices are also a bit on the higher side. As far as the service, it depends on who's there! I was the only one there so I got in and out within 10 mins, but I know when there's a lot of people it can get slow. I saw a total of 3 workers but only one was manning the front cashier/making bowls while the other two were either restocking or taking phone calls. Only thing that knocks it down two stars is staff is very "doing my own thing" types and I even hear them cursing sometimes... and that there is flies around the produce something at the counter bar. But other than that, it's clean, it's quiet and the quality is nice! I go a lot for the protein drinks but I sub the plant protein for whey because it's better for me. read more

Located in the Sprouts plaza in Redlands, where the Pinkberry used to be (I'm sad but it was a good upgrade) is a superfood bar that leaves you wanting more. I had a hard time deciding as all their curated concoctions looked really delicious, I ended up getting the TruBlu bowl. It was assembled pretty quickly and it was delicious. There were a few items on the bowl I've never had before but they balanced one another out so well. It was refreshing! The açai was tasteful and the chia pudding was the perfect consistency. The fruit was also very fresh. If you don't like their menu options, you can also opt to make your own bowl. As for the place itself, it was modern and clean, the staff were efficient. On 1/25/26, I had a very disappointing experience. It took about 5 minutes just to be helped, and then 20 minutes to prepare my bowl. When I finally received it, the bowl was already melted and watery. They only had two employees working, and one of them was preparing everything even though she was new and constantly asking the other employee in the back for instructions. Because of this, everything moved extremely slowly. While I was there, another customer who had been sitting on the patio came inside to complain because their order also took too long and was watery, and they asked for it to be remade. They seriously need to improve their service and hire more employees. I understand wanting to save money, but having only two people working is unacceptable. It took 20 minutes to receive a bowl that was not even made properly. read more

I used to LOVE trubowl, the champ was the best smoothie I had ever tasted, however I would switch it to oat milk. Recently I went and did my normal order and when I drank it it wasn't good at all. I went back to ask if they had just done the normal almond milk and they said no that they are in the process of switching oat milk brands. Whatever they're switching to is not good. It just took the smoothie from a 10/10 to a 3/10. It lost its creamy sweetness and now I wouldn't recommend it at all. I actually ended up tossing the last half of it because I just couldn't get myself to like it one bit, but since it was $13 I wanted to try. Unfortunately, it tastes like a watered down oatmeal now, so hopefully they switch it back, because this was not the same. read more

I would rate 3.5 but I'll round up. Employees are very sweet & friendly. Inside needs more decor, it is very plain with the white walls & furniture with awkward heights. If you sit on the benches along the wall (which look like bed head boards) the table will be awkwardly high. Tables were very dirty. Felt very sloppy other than the wall with the neon sign. A good açaí bowl spot was needed in Redlands! I feel like the other places couldn't really give me a lot of options or customization as much as this place. They offer açaí bowls with different flavor bases and they offer smoothies. The workers were very friendly and attentive. So they have one person make the base then one person who customizes it front of you. The bowl was decently priced at $13 for a medium but I was really full and satisfied. The ambiance was very new and clean! My only complaint is the chairs and the seating against the wall was different heights so it awkward to sit down comfortably. After shopping at Sprouts Farmers Market in Redlands, I walked around the shopping center. I saw TRubowl Superfood Bar and was curious what superfoods they have. Upon entry, I saw the bar in the back of the shop. The tables and chairs for dine-in were at the front of the shop. It was clean and have good space. Their menu of items is quite large. Prices were a little high for the size IMHO. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I ended up getting their Sunset Bowl. It comes with Pitaya, tru mango, dragon coconut chia pudding, hemp granola, mango, pineapple, papaya, kiwi, coconut, goji berries, and honey. Wow, it was really delicious! So healthy, too!! I am now a fan of TRubowl Superfood Bar! I'll have to seek out their other locations in So Cal. Thank you for offering a healthy choice snack! Photos forthcoming! read more

Super frustrating since only came back since I enjoyed so much last week smh UPDATE: - went to sprouts to shop around for 10-15 mins came back still closed & doors locked. Please update your business hours so you're not wasting peoples time!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2nd UPDATE: was on the phone in my car for a few more mins before I left the parking lot, watched someone walk up try the doors & sit at a table. At around 8:20 I watched someone unlock the door & go in, not sure if someone woke up late or this is standard.
