Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service and responsiveness. I was interested in booking a monthly deep clean on account of the great reviews and competitive price point. Unfortunately, the owner doesn't bother to return multiple calls and messages. Even after letting me know that he would be contacting me to schedule an initial cleaning for a set day, he comes back eventually (after the day has passed) with note saying that they're now booked out weeks in advance. Begrudgingly, I decided to see if I could still make an appointment for a later date then, and now - a call and message later - still no response. I understand being busy, but I would hope as a business owner, he would have the least bit of curtesy to actually respond to a potential recurring client. Also, I asked about the company being bonded an insured, as that would be important to consider when hiring a recurring in-home service, and he assured me they were but could not provide details as to the name of the insurer. Also, as a side note - when I actually was able to speak to him, he let me know that the price for a deep clean is no longer accurate and has increased by $10. read more

I was totally satisfied with their first cleaning. Then before the second cleaning, I called berto to point out a few things to ask them to focus, He personally came to my house that afternoon to check them out. I was very impressed how this young man was attentive and serious about his business. Filberto is great and the service I highly recommend! I needed them last minute, before Thanksgiving and they came through and were very self sufficient. I put a request/quote out on Yelp and many agencies responded but couldn't come out last minute. The ones that could sounded more unconvinced by the request, unlike OC simply clean. Filberto sent 2 woman out, and they were prompt and cleaned without me having to direct them. I can be very picky and they passed with out me having to say a thing. That alone is amazing. Fast response, crazy affordable price, and great service! Definitely having them be my go-to for cleaning. My restroom had an awful smell from the toilet for the past couple of years. The sink had a slightly rotten smell too. Not being able to handle it, I messaged multiple nearby cleaning services on Yelp and decided to go with Simply Clean OC. The ladies who came in did their job well. There is no more smell in the restroom. It is no longer a dread to go in the restroom. For my restroom only, it's a small restroom, it was $50 for one hour and two ladies came to clean. Most companies I spoke two required a two hour minimum booking and prices range from 65 to 80 per hour. For one restroom ? I'll pass. They scheduled me in pretty last minute which I appreciated. I am disappointed with this company. They charge different rate for two houses that are exactly the same. My two houses are both new constructions in the same community with the same floor plans and size. Both empty with no furniture. One house completed construction in May and was cleaned and charged for $250, the second one was done in September and was charged $320. When I askes why the difference in charge, he said it was five months later and he raised his price. My only mistake was that I trusted them too much and not confirmed the price before the service. I had mix feeling about the service and I will explain why. The first team did an excellent job on the greasy and dusty window blinds left by the previous tenant. They also did a really good job cleaning the floors of the kitchen. The inside of the cabinets was a mix bag. They did an excellent job cleaning the bottom drawers, but didn't do a good job with cleaning the top drawer. The top cabinets failed the finger test. It was dusty and greasy. I reached out to the owner. He was very professional throughout our communication. He sent another person to finish the job the next day. She did an amazing job on the cabinets. I decided to hire a cleaning service to get my place ready for inspection before moving out. It was a last minute decision and I contacted many companies, but none had availability. Simply Clean OC was the first to get back to me saying they were available, and to my surprise their rates were better than the places I had been researching. I really like this one! My friend recommended me and I tried it yesterday and I like it so much! Two people came. 4000ft/ 5b5b/ 3hrs, everything cleaned including carpet wash which is only 180, and I gave some tips they seems surprised. The work is perfectly done. SIMPLY AMAZING! And that is an understatement. They work hard and fast. Our cabinets had become streaky and now they are spotless. The shower floor was stained by previous owner from a bath mat and they were able to remove any signs of the gummy staining.
