Super quick responses and reasonably priced! Anddddd they work on weekends too! Anddddd they saved me because I was freaking out about having to clean after packing and moving. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and go through them in the future!

I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

Esperanza told us later after 2 hours of cleaning, that the kitchen and living room would take 2 hours instead of 1, so our total would change to $200. This was a little unexpected but we agreed to this too. However, she finished after a total of 3 hours of cleaning, she didn't need the additional 4th hour. But when we were about to pay, she charged us $200. We ended up paying $180 but she did maybe an extra 5 minutes at most, not a full hour, for the extra $30 we paid. Esperanza was nice and she cleaned our place well. We just weren't very satisfied with how what we agreed on, and expected, kept changing. Also, I'm not very sure if they take out the trash or not. When I asked, Esperanza agreed, but she looked a little surprised, so I guess this is one extra thing I was left wondering about.

Missing Items After Service - Be Cautious I used Simple Clean OC for home cleaning, and on two separate occasions, in different weeks, I had high-value skincare products go missing from my home. Both times, the same two cleaners with heavy makeup were assigned to my house. The first incident, I didn't notice the missing product until later that night. The second time, I realized it immediately after they left. What's more troubling is that they had rearranged items in my medicine cabinet, seemingly to disguise that the serum was gone. Unfortunately, I know my products well, and I noticed right away. While I can't speak for everyone's experience, I strongly recommend you take precautions if you choose to use this service, such as securing valuables and personal items or reconsider using them altogether. Losing expensive personal items in your own home is upsetting and unacceptable. read more

My sister recommended them, very professional, fast, and a great price. They bring all of their own supplies and equipment, they wear masks and gloves, and they are so polite. One of the reasons for why I was looking for a new cleaning company, is because the previous people I hired were very sloppy, disrespectful, and didn't seem to care about my things. SimplyClean did such an amazing job with my move out in such short notice. Within 24 hours they came to my place to do a move-out clean where they got the unit ready for new tenant to come in. And then had 45 minutes to vacuum and mop my floors. And she still didn't finish that. The largest and most used room was untouched. She had time left but she wanted to go at her slow pace. It was odd because she didn't seem to have what she needed to wipe the floor. And she didn't use a vacuum to pick up the dirt and trash. She didn't move any chairs around to get under things or under any rugs. There was no heavy lifting that would have taken this long. In my opinion she had enough time to do what was asked of her. It shouldn't take 2 hours to clean the floor and do 2 bathrooms. I can do all that within an hour. I think bc it's an hourly service vs. a project service they take advantage. My regular maid cab deep clean my house by herself in 4 hours! I can do all of that in much shorter time. I use a vacuum and my mop kit. I want ti like them. And use them again. And wish I can give them a better rating but I can't. Also, they sent the same maid from the first time. So I don't know what it's like with different ones.

When I ask for price estimate for a post construction cleaning on 04/24, they texted me saying $70hr for 2 CLEANERS (keeping screenshots). It is in my price range so I booked them for 4 hours. The cleaners Anna and Aida are very nice but everything was not finish since there are a lot that still need to be clean so I book them again today 04/25. This time they are charging me $70 an hour for 1 CLEANER only without telling me. I paid $280 for 2 cleaners for 4 hours on 04/24 and $347 (they give me a $38 discount when I call them) for ONE CLEANER for 5.5 hours on 04/25 when it shouldn't cost that much for 1 cleaner. I asked and they said the price is for the house, not cleaners. OK, so I asked if they can send 3 people on 04/26 to finish the job and obviously the answer is no.
