I scheduled a move in move out and specifically indicated I wanted the oven and cabinets cleaned so I could easily put cabinet liners in. I opened maybe two cabinets and the oven before they left to check due to the hectic time of moving and they were decent. Then on move day I see how completely dirty and untouched this cabinet was. I found a pile of missed debris under the stairs. And walked around barefoot since I supposedly had nice clean floors and my feet turned black. Now that I've been looking around I've been finding a lot of things that one would expect clean in a move in move out deep clean, half ass cleaned so in a quick walk by you wouldn't notice it. If I could give them 1,000 stars I would! I had them come to my townhouse in Newport to do a DEEP CLEAN and they truly did that. They had 2 very friendly women show up and they made sure to ask exactly what I wanted done and what I wanted them to focus on. My deep clean involved all the basics of cleaning a house and then deep cleaning the bathrooms (and my husband's bathroom needed a lot of help), baseboards, and window sills. My home is a 2 story, 1400 sq ft, 2 bed 2 bath and it took them a little less than 3 hours to do a complete deep clean! I plan on having them do monthly cleanings which should just take the normal 2 hours. They're cleaning prices were one of the most reasonable I found and they did excellent quality cleaning for the price!! read more

We have had Filberto and his team come clean both our homes twice and we have been impressed both times BUT the first time i was a little skeptical but i loved how Filberto has great communication at all times. The first time the girls were a bit slower and showed up about 30 minutes late, but we liked how they cleaned the house and were very detail oriented. Though i think they kind of went a little slower to make more time but the house looked wonderful. The second home was a empty property we brought and two different girls came on time and did AMAZING. I'm so happy with how my house looks after the team cleaned it. Simply clean was fast at responding to my price inquiries and friendly. Rushed cleanings with no attention to detail. Mold and soap scum left in showers. Dishes and other items in kitchen thrown in dishwasher to hide off counters. Counters cracked from rushing to clean stove top grates. Grates on stove thrown back on not put back correctly. Microwave plate always just thrown back in. Walls not wiped. Sliding glass doors ignored. Left with finger prints. Says min 2 hour cleaning but if you check doorbell camera arrive and leave in about hour 15 mins.
