It seems like they have a lot of regulars so I was unsure what the "protocol" was and I waited in line at the counter . The staff here was super nice- I have to say that, they were so friendly and just were very upbeat . I was informed they are full service and if I wanted food I could sit anywhere and they'd take my order. I ordered the drip coffee because they had free refills on Thursdays. And I also ordered the fieldstone burger. It was a half pound burger in a coffee rub - it was really delicious and had a lot of good flavors. I could tase the difference in quality of the ingredients. I asked for medium I'd say it came out pretty well done but overall really good. They have water available for you to serve yourself but everything else was taken over by one of their staff. They had some sweet treats that looked good and I definitely want to try some of their lattes or nitros coffee if I go back. I would definitely want to try more food though as I was very impressed. Definitely a good spot that draws a lot of people in and I'll have to go back myself. Maybe in the summer so I can sit outside in their nice looking patio!

And the owner is always there, making sandwiches that are as beautiful to look at as they are to eat. He takes obvious pride in his work and has recruited employees whose soft skills wildly outpace those of nearly every other establishment. Hands down a must-visit when you're in town. I'm late to the party as they opened about 1.5 years ago and we finally got there. We got there at noon and the fresh breads were gone but the fresh cinnamon buns were just coming out of the oven! I'd try anything but we had the bowl of chili and the monte cristo. Both were excellent with a kick in the chili and fresh brioche used in the hot sandwich.
