A windstorm blew a random piece of plywood into the drivers door of my brand new F150. I quickly learned that aluminum dings are very challenging and expensive to repair. The body shop quote was $2300 and would take a couple weeks to complete. John's associate met me in a parking lot and attempted the repair with the paintless method. He was prompt and professional It took about a half an hour. He was able to make it look better but definitely not perfect because the aluminum had stretched and oil canning was the result. Was given a shopping cart dent in the passenger door on my new Mustang in January 2023. I called Simply Dents, they came out to my home very quickly, and Jeff, the technician rapidly and efficiently removed the dent to the extent that I could no longer see where it had been located. Completely invisible! I'm extremely pleased with the quality of their service. Their price was reasonable and the courtesy and professionalism of the technician was impressive. Fast forward nine months to October 17, 2023. While washing my car, I noticed there was a hole that had been drilled in the portion of the passenger door that you do not see when the car door is closed, along the inside side. I reasoned that there was probably a plug there from when Jeff did the work in January, and that it had simply fallen out. I contacted Simply Dents early that morning and left a message. Shortly after leaving the message, I was called by John, the owner, who invited me to drive to his house, about 15 minutes away and he would take care of it. He had a large assortment of plugs that certainly would work to resolve the issue I immediately drove to his home and was greeted in a very friendly fashion. It took John about 10 minutes to locate the correct plug for the hole and install it. When finished, he said "this will never come out" and it looked absolutely great. I am most impressed with Simply Dents, as the OWNER of this business was most attentive to my issue and resolved it perfectly in very short order. If you need a dent removed from your automobile, I would highly recommend this firm, particularly considering that the owner of the company is so customer oriented and accommodating. OK. These guys are GREAT! MY 2021 RAV4 had a very-noticeable dent right along the front passenger door sight line (see pic) from some 'bad person' who clearly slammed their door into mine while parked. I texted the dent pics to John, and Jeff came to my home a few days later and 'magically' made the dent disappear using a clever technique to drill a small access hole in the hidden area toward the back of the open door to create a leverage point to push the dent out. It looks perfect again! Jeff even plugged the hole with a hidden rubber grommet to complete the job. I'm very happy...very satisfied...very appreciative. These guys are very cool. Paint less dent removal is really a fine art. I picked up a used truck that had some big dings, cant really call them dents. Decided to check in to the process and get a price. John will have you text him pics of what you have. Then he'll send back a low and high for the repair. Jeff is the technician that came out. He was able to finesse the dings out.
