Amazing food and great service. The food is fresh, and the atmosphere is casual and friendly. I've been here a couple dozen times for both dinner and lunch. Same menu through the day. My goto's are the falafel sandwich, tomato soup, and either the Greek or Fattoush salads. The salads are a perfect light meal (not small). When taking my date, we each get a sandwich (falafel and chicken gyro) and split a large salad. The food is made in house, so things like the dressing will change slightly from visit to visit. It's a good thing. It means it is made often, and by hand. Staff is attentive. The Old Man will make darn sure you get service to the top, and drinks whether you wanted them or not...another good thing. And, kids get a treat when they eat the important stuff. This is our "date night" place every few weeks. Hard to be disappointed here. No plans to look elsewhere for a good meal. read more

We joined friends last night and they provided the take out dinner. It was fantastic. I never think of Greek food when going out, but am so happy our friends thought of Simply Falafel. We had several dishes including Falafel patties, Houmos, Tabouli salad, Dolma, and the Chicken Gyros platter. Sometimes takeout doesn't work so well for freshness, but not the case here. I was in Edmond for a doctors appointment and decided to grab a bite. I used my yelp app to find a place since i do not live in Edmond and there were several to choose from but greek sounded good and the reviews were positive. I ordered and paid through the app/paypal so when i walked in I was greeted and my food was ready. The restaurant was very clean and there were several customers eating after 1pm. The staff was very friendly and once i left and got to my car i popped open the greek salad and ate it in the car. Very delicious! The owner brought some free falafel to our table to sample-we ended up ordering a dozen. The location has plenty of parking and the seating is spacious and has a nice flow. Typically pics on the wall to let you see what your ordering but any questions are happily answered by the friendly staff, they will also recommend choices if your new to middle eastern cuisine. Chicken kebab was bland, chicken was not very soft, couscous was really bland, felt like I was eating plain oatmeal, overall for 11.95 I was dissatisfied with my platter. We ordered a kid size chicken fingers+fries for our son. The waiter brought out a large platter. We thought this was a little to big, but he went ahead and started eating it. When we got the check, come to find out it was adult size, which we did not ask for. Fries were oily and soggy. The waiter was leaning over our food, which I found really strange. So after spending $40 at that place for 2 adults and 1 child, overall it was not worth it in my opinion. read more

The owner was there and we took his suggestions as to what we should have. I love finding great, locally owned restaurants. Simply Falafel is just one, but a gem among them. The owner, Magid, is very friendly, and takes obvious pride in his food and service. Even if the food wasn't great, we'd find ourselves returning to support this wonderful man and his family (we've been waited on by both his daughter and son on subsequent visits). But the food is wonderful. Everyone has different preferences, and I do prefer my shwarma much spicier and my tabbouleh a little different. But my husband's favorite dish is the chicken shwarma. My son loves the kebabs, and we all agree that SF makes the best hummus ever. Seriously. The Best. It is so smooth and flavorful. I could live off that stuff. Their pita is great, too.
