Sadly, I am not sure they are open. I'm stranding in the middle of the shop using their computer while they hold my phone hostage. At first when I came in the told me that my phone was out of warranty. Thankfully my husband had looked up the serial number and the issue and apple said it was repairable. I should have left when I waited 15 minutes to talk to the service guy, but I left my phone with them. They said it would be an hour. Two hours later here I am and I have checked in, but I'm still waiting.... and waiting.... and waiting. 30 minutes so far. Guy said that it would be just a minute 30 minutes ago. I went there to get a new Mac charger. And the girl asked me to buy one of their brand name chargers. I told him I really only used Apple chargers that she said "well there's a reason you're in here trying to buy new one". I really didn't appreciate that. Simply Mac only exists to support Apple customers and if Apple didn't exist simply Mac would not exist. And I don't appreciate the dishonesty in trying to convert an Apple customer over to simply Mac when you only exist to support Apple customers. If you want to start your own business don't call it simply Mac and don't pretend to be supporting Apple customers. That's not cool. read more

Walked in the store and nobody said a word to me. I had to approach the counter. Then while three of the associates were looking lost one guy finally opened his mouth. I wanted to return a cord that my husband and I purchased a few weeks back but they said they only had a 14 day return policy. He also said that he couldn't accept the cord because it was broken well ,the end of the cord fell off the second day that we got it so I don't understand why he would think I would break it on purpose and try to bring it back. They need to work on the customer service at the store I will not be returning back to the Simply Mac ever again. read more

Horrible customer service. Most of the people working there do not want to be there and could care less about helping you. Downright rude at times. Two employees were even having an inappropriate conversation right in front of me while I waited for them to ask me if I needed help. And I was two feet away. read more

If you plan on using this location to fix a Mac problem be aware they charge you for 'any' work they do. They are not an Apple store but a representative that works on Apple products. They do not honor any Apple/cellphone warranties on Apple products. Case in point; my T-Mobile 8us phone froze when attempting to download an iPhone system update, told by T-Mobile store phone had to be wiped and restored, took to simply Mac and was about to be charged $20 for something I DID NOT do! After a pointless discussion saying my phone was under warranty SM still wanted to charge me. Took my phone to the Apple store in Cumberland Mall and had the issue fixed for FREE! Do your homework and take the time to fix your prob right, not at Simply Mac! read more

If I could give a lower score, I would. They don't have just poor customer service, it's clear that their purpose is to trade off the Apple brand while fleecing customers. Please read all of the reviews and stay away from Simply MAC at the West Cobb Avenues. There are plenty of other places to get Mac/Apple repairs (across the street!) or purchase Apple products. Do not go here to get your stuff serviced. I took in my Macbook Air to get diagnosed because it wouldn't turn on. Had recently been out of the country and figured the different voltage somehow messed with the internal battery. I let them know that I left it charging overnight (green light turned on) and in the morning it still wouldn't power on. Guy understood and said they would run their diagnostic test and would call or email me in 24-48 hours. I paid the $70 fee, signed the contract and was on my way. 24 hours later, no call/email. 48 hours later no call/email. 72 hours later no call/email. I understand that the store might be busy and they might have other devices to fix/check before mine but it would've been nice if they had simply notified me of the fact. 4 days later I went into the store because no one ever picked up the phone when I called. After looking up my info, he told me that they would have to send my laptop directly to Apple to get serviced because there was something wrong with the internal battery and they didn't have the parts in-store. It almost seemed like the guy was making up the "diagnosis" on the spot and I suspected they hadn't even run their diagnostic test. I asked what exactly came up in their diagnostic and he said that they couldn't run it because there was no charge reading; absolutely no charge coming out of the device (remember I had charged it before taking it to them and it had the green light on...meaning it wasn't completely dead). The guy then said the estimated cost of the repair was $604!!! I asked him, "Six hundred dollars?" He said, "Yeah". That's almost what I paid for mine 2 years ago (thank god for student discounts)! No thank you! I asked for my laptop back and for a printout of what he was looking at on the computer so I could have it on record. First, the guy seemed confused about the printout then he basically said he couldn't give me a printout of anything because they didn't do anything (didn't run the diagnostic because my Macbook was dead). So I got my Macbook back. Did a quick youtube search and found a tutorial that fit my situation. Literally only had to press 4 buttons to reset my SMC and my Macbook came back to life. I am currently writing this review from said "dead" device. So in all I paid $70 for nothing. read more

People... Save yourself a headache!!! This place sucks!!! customer service, repair specialist, waiting time.. you name it. Go to a real store please, I took my iPhone which was under guaranty to get fist. The guy look it front and back for about an hour(literally just stare at the phone) then he decided that I need it a replacement, wich they didn't have it in stock, OK I get it right an apple store doesn't have what they are supposed to be selling ha! Then the guy told me it would take 2-3 days before they will have it. Day 4th NOTHING, I call the store no one answers, try all day long... I was not able to go back to the store until more than a week later, guess what??? They still didn't have it, no clue when would they have it!!! The customer service rep asked me if I want to talk to the tech who order my phone, I ask him "for what?he couldn't fix my phone, he did not have one and he couldn't order one!!! They just want me to waste more time and money paying for a service they can't provide!!! How crazy can that be. I just left that piece of junk on his table and left straight to get a Samsung Galaxy which I completely LOVE.. This people ruin my first impression of an iphone, I will never have one again and will not reccomend it to anyone EVER!! If I could advertise their BAD service in my business I would. Terrible service from the employees!! When I took my phone to repair one of the employees acted as if she was better than us and that she rather be doing something else, and had a problem with discrimination as when I provided my ID (Employment card) she asked if I had an american ID when clearly on top it said "The United States of America" and was issued by the US government. Oh and when on pick up of phone when i was there the whole time the same employee was looking at me with disgust. Although someone else checked me out and had no problem with my ID which was the same one from before. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

This is absolutely the worst business and worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time, and they are arguably deceitful. I purchased a gadget guard screen protector from this store for my iphone. The associate put it on for me. I asked her if I needed to keep the receipt for warranty reasons because she sold it to me by telling me they would replace it for free if anything happened to it at all. She said that I did not need to keep the receipt because the transaction would be in their system and they would replace it based on that. In fact, she didn't even give me the receipt or box saying I didn't need it. That was on or about May 25 or 26th of this year. I know because it was my son's birthday, and I purchased something for him as well. The associate closed out his sale too soon, so she rang the purchase of the screen saver up separately. I went to the store today to have it replaced because it was broken. They claimed they could not find any record of my purchase. They found the other purchase made on the date I gave them, but, conveniently, not the other transaction. The sales person at first could not find me at all. Said you have never been here. I told her to look again because I had been there numerous times, and even gave her the last date. She then found a transaction in March and said that was not it. I told her May. Then she found one in May, but claimed she could only find the one where I had purchased my son's items and not the other transaction. Said there was nothing they could do. So sorry. I asked to speak to a manager, and he was a complete and total jerk. So much for "the customer is always right." He all but called me a liar, and never even looked for my transaction by any other manner nor tried to help in any other way. They refused to replace the screen and failed to offer any other assistance. I told them that their sales person likely rang it up under the wrong phone number (which is the only way they searched for it), or even intentionally rang it up under her own to take the warranty for herself or a friend. Either way, their failure to properly record the transaction, misrepresent to me that I did not need the box or receipt and then keep it, and then refuse to offer any assistance (and instead blame it on Gadget Guard) is terrible customer service. They not only damage their own brand, but gadget guards' as well. I have informed them about this vendor, and I intend to report them to the better business bureau as well. Had I gone online and read the many terrible reviews this business has recieved, I never would have gone there to begin with! I will never buy from them again, and will tell everyone I know that they do not stand by their products. They were some of the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever encountered. Do not waste your time going there. Funny thing is -- I own a business. I was going to look at buying two computers that night as well. However, due to the way the sales people and manager handled this very small transaction issue, I didn't even look. Thankful for that at least! My hard drive was failing and I thought I was losing several thousand pictures. I showed up at the store in a panic! Andrew was incredibly nice and reassuring through the whole process. Fred was also beyond amazing. He not only fixed the problem but helped my to understand what happened so I can avoid it in the future. A very very stressful experience was made bearable by these great guys! I will definitely continue to use them in the future. read more

horrible custumer service. i went to the store to get my iphone fix since it turn on and off by itself. they keep me there for an hour just to tell me that i probably need a replacement which was going to take a 2-3 dys. well... 3 days later i have no heard from anyone. i just call the store and told the person my problem and he put me on hold right away 25 minutes later, i am still on hold.... worse customer service ever... ever... will not deal with this store in my life and will never recommended to anyone. i am sooo sorry i choose to deal with them :-( read more

Very poor customer service - set an appointment to have my battery replaced on my I-Phone 7. The 1st available time was 12:20 Sunday 1/7 - after driving an hour to their location and arriving on time, the two employees were busy with other customers. After patiently waiting 20 minutes, the gentleman at the front counter asked if I had been helped (? - dah no - by whom?). When I told him I was here for my scheduled appointment to have a new battery installed, he informed me "we are all out of batteries - waiting for a new shipment - do not know when they will be in!" Asked then why did they accept my appointment if they had no batteries - he could not answer. Just "I'm sorry" - no other offer, advice, alternative, check with other locations, compensation for an hour drive time one way - just "I'm sorry". When asked why they never contacted me to re-schedule since they had no batteries, "I'm sorry" was still all he could muster. A total waste of 2 1/2 hours and 70 miles of driving! read more

I brought my 8 month old Macbook Pro (13") to get repaired because the battery was no longer charging on Saturday (10/28). Monday (10/30) I get a phone call about the battery needing replaced and they would have to order the part, "3-5 business days". I told him fine, get it fixed. Today (Friday 11/3) I got an email about my repairs and to contact them. I called 3 times in a 30 minute span, no one answered and I left 1 message. No one returned my message so after an hour or so I drove to the store expecting to pick up my repaired laptop. No luck. They said they need to send it to Apple because the battery and the entire top of the computer needed replaced. I asked why they didn't send it in Monday when I told them to get it fixed. No one had an answer. I left but called when I got home to talk to a manager. He turns out to be as useless as nipples on a toad as well. He too has no idea why my computer sat there from Monday (when it was diagnosed) to Friday evening. Doesn't seem like he really gives a crap about the reputation of his store or in trying to do some gesture to make up for the additional week I'm without my computer. He actually was humming on the phone when I asked him what he was going to do to about my computer sitting there for a week. So since he doesn't want to make it right, I'll just make sure to leave reviews. I'm also a freelance web developer and I talk to lots of other people who use Macs. I won't be recommending Simply Mac for any business. Also they won't be sending my computer to Apple until Monday (11/6), so it will sit there for 9 full days before getting sent for repairs. The computer is under warranty but nothing like this should happen to a damn near $1500 laptop that is only 8 months old. read more

This place gets no stars. I had the WORSE costumer service experience of my life. I walked into this store around 12:20 p.m. today, I did not receive one greeting, there was NO, "I'll be with you in a moment", NO "I'm currently helping a customer but I'll be with you momentarily"...NOTHING....I proceeded to find myself an IPad cover and stood there about 10 minutes searching, still NO HELP from anyone, I saw one that I liked, grabbed it and went to stand in line, then common sense hit me and I realized after I didn't receive one acknowledgement from the 8 or more workers in there, why in the hell would I give them my money???, so I got out of line, placed the cover back on the shelf and walked out. I then decided to go down the street to Target and I bought one that I really liked and was a lot cheaper. I will never set foot in this store again and I will spread this story like wildfire to all of my family, friends, co-workers, etc. In addition, not that it should matter but I am an African American female and 2 out of the 8 workers that were there were African American. read more
