My toe nails looked great and my soul too The owner is one of the nicest people in town. He genuinely cares about his customers, always makes sure you are taken care of, and goes above and beyond to provide the best service. He is also incredibly professional and does an amazing job himself. Katie is so talented, and the entire crew is wonderful at what they do. I have my first appointment for my nails 2 1/2 weeks ago, I initially made the appointment, asking…read moreif they did acrylic fills with gel polish. They confirm that they could do that but when I arrived, they said I must've made my appointment with a different salon (I knew that was not the case.) however, I was leaving the next morning for vacation and needed my nails done. I ask them what they could do to help and they offered a "new technique" with these gel tips. They said it was much healthier for my nails and would last longer. So I gave them a try. The gentleman that did my nails actually did a fantastic job and they looked amazing after 2 1/2 weeks. My nails have grown out to a point where I definitely needed them done again. However, now I'm in an unfortunate predicament, where I have to go back to the same place, because they are the only ones that use these kinds of applications that I can find. My appointment was for 2 o'clock but they told me I could get there a little early or arrived at 1:45 and one woman proceeded to set me up to get them soaked off around 250 and I moved to a different woman, who proceeded to start working on my nails at 2:45 I could see that I was not going to make my 330 appointment so I had to cancel that. At 3:30. She was still working on my nails and they just didn't seem to be coming out the same. unfortunately, I didn't want to stop her because I really needed to be out by 4 o'clock to pick up my son at daycare. In the end, I am extremely unhappy because they charged me $80. There's an enormous amount of buildup underneath the nails and on the sides and now there's a gap you can clearly see between the nail itself and these tips. They did not come out nearly as good as the first round, and I am very upset because it seemed like this was the first time she had done them. She could clearly see I was not happy, and even notice the issues herself, but never did and try to fix them. I realize I should've spoken up more, but I could see when I made one comment, they proceeded to speak to each other and mumbling something that I could not understand, and then didn't really communicate back with me. The fact that it took over two hours to get my nails done and they are still not great for $80. It's really unfortunate. It's hard to justify in the photos but if you look, you can see the gaps between my nail and these tips that will now collect tons of gunk. And all of the debris that was left behind.

I had gone in one day to get a refill and a pedicure. I was sitting in the waiting area and one of the ladies yelled at me that I could go in the back. This was not a "hey", this was a very rude "didn't you hear me". The way she spoke to me was so rude the person's whose nails she was working on started laughing. It was very embarrassing. When I was getting my pedicure, she complained in a very loud fashion about me having gel on my toes. Then she was also very loud when complaining about the transparent color I wanted on my nails. It took the lady next to her asking me if I would like a third coat for her to calm down. I know exactly who it was but I don't want to post names. 2. So fast forward to weeks later, I am there again for a full set and a pedicure. The same person is assigned to do my nails and pedicure. I think everything is good and I leave to go home. I was told that my toenails were dry. ( she did my pedicure first). So I go ahead and put on my shoes, and when I get home the polish on a few of the toenails is mushed up. Okay so I go back the next day and they fix the polish. Okay then 2 days go by and the polish disappears off one of my toes and one of my acrylic nails has broken. So I get that fixed by another lady. Then 2 days after that, another two acrylic nails break. One completely and another has a crack. So I go back again ( mind you I live in Boston). The same lady fixed one of the nails and then tells me the cracked one is FINE and puts acrylic over it. She didn't charge me for that. Then a day later guess what happened _ THE CRACKED NAIL BREAKS. So I go back again. And when I say sloppy fix, and then charged me - CRAZY. The nail is thick with a thick coat of acrylic, nothing like the rest of the nails. Underneath the acrylic is clumped. Awful
