I just wanted to see what some other place would be like as to atmosphere cost etc. I don't know the girls name who helped me, but I was a walk-in. On an early evening. And I was able to go right in there were two other women getting manicures done and I was brought over to the pedicure section. It's super quiet in the salon. A little bit creepy so, but I really liked the fact that it was off to the side and away from everybody else who's getting their nails done for manicures. The first night one nail color chipped big time and the second one went down on day 2. It's an extra $12 charge too which I expected to pay. I had a regular pedi and that still looks great. Additionally, the tubs are very shallow. They are currently putting a liner over the tub and filling that with water; however, the tubs still should be sterilized as the water comes in contact when the liner is removed. If they upgraded the seating on the pedicures, I would give them five stars. I don't get manicures, so I can't rate that.

I liked their online reservation system, it was very straight forward before arrival. You can book the person you want to see, or a time and then a service. Then you get a text if they accepted your appointment. However, it seemed like you could've booked anything online because when I came in to check in both the woman at the front and my technician asked me multiple times what I wanted. That part seemed a little disjointed. The place was rather busy with plenty of staff so I could tell that this was a well frequented place. Picking out regular nail polish was a tad disappointing because most colors on their wall were darker, lots of reds, and nothing was color coordinated so it just looked very dark overall. Luckily I found a gorgeous blue colored polish and stuck with that. The pedicure for the callous treatment was nice! She used a small electric foot file to help get off the callouses which I think helped a lot! I WILL say, I was sitting more towards the left side against the wall and after someone had used the restroom (I think) I could smell a sort of sewage smell (as stated from the review below me). Someone sprayed something and the smell went away but I hope they fix that issue soon. My callouses were smoothed out, my manicure was done and I overall was happy! I would come back if I needed my nails done in the area!
