So worth the nearly year long wait for them to open. The remodel turned out amazing, both the food and service have been awesome. I have been twice in the 10 or so days since the restaurant has been open, and I'm looking forward to becoming a regular! Both the Classic and and Tonkotsu broths are delicious-- comparable to the ramen I would get in New York City. The chashu pork was just a little dry, but the dumplings were delicious. The salt and pepper calamari, though, really exceeded my expectations! My husband had the spicy chicken garlic and string beans and I really liked the flavor. Let's just be real, this is not authentic, nor good quality ramen. It can barely pass as ramen, unless you mean instant ramen noodles which it tastes more like. I have cooked better instant ramen at home with similar flavor profiles. The people giving good ratings don't forget are not Japanese or Asian for the most part. Not that you have to be to know what good ramen is but just take that into consideration. Given the setting I would say it's okay at best to eat when you really crave a bowl of noodle soup for convenience if you live around here. We came in on a Saturday night at around 7:30 and waited for around 5 min before we were seated. The restaurant was almost full, but we were waiting for the servers to notice us rather than a table. I was a little worried about how long our food would take because there were a lot of takeout orders and a large party of 9 just ordered before us. However, we were pleasantly surprised and got our food in about 10-15min! We had the pork fried rice, crab puffs, and the signature ramen. The ramen and fried rice were solid, but the crab puffs were not our favorite. Is it the best ramen/fried rice I've had? We came in at about 230pm without knowing they were about to close in 15 mins. The ladies with see thru leggings sat us impatiently, trying to rush us. I now understand that they were about to close but their service was absolutely rude. They could have at least mentioned it when asking if we wanted to DINE IN or order to go... They have delicious ramen recipes and you can add some extra goodies such as extra eggs, noodles, dumplings, etc... and it ha there best meal. Sometimes they're gyoza can taste really fresh and other times it is chewy and tastes a little like old nasty seafood. The orange chicken is really good, and this is coming from someone who doesn't generally like orange chicken. Drinks are limited (no fountain drinks) and what they do have is a bit pricey. read more

We really enjoy coming here for ramen and simple noodle dishes. We've tried the spicy ramen, the miso ramen, and the beef noodles. I don't think I would get the spicy noodles again. The heat really overpowered the flavor of the soup to the point where I couldn't really enjoy what I was eating. I like spice and heat with the purpose of adding flavor, but this was quite the opposite. The basic miso ramen has good flavor and is very filling. I would go back for this dish. And lastly, the beef noodles were well seasoned and prepared. The restaurant is relatively small and you can see the cooks preparing your food. So far we've had no issue getting a table within 5 minutes, but I could see it getting crowded on the weekends. Staff is observant, and service is quick!
