Worst service ever. My sink started cracking three days after it was done. Simply Reglaze came out twice to fix it. The third time Fermin the owner came out, redid the whole sink. Within one week, the glaze started cracking. Called Simply Reglaze, sent the pictures, they wouldn't do anything and wanted to charge me. They said it was out of warranty, when it wasn't. Well, this is new for me-- I had such an amazing experience with this company that I'm almost nervous to write a review. There's just no way to explain how incredible they are. I needed a few items glazed in a short amount of time, and didn't understand the long process that goes into it. The office immediately called me and was super friendly. They transferred me over to Fermin so I could get an exact quote ASAP. He's incredibly knowledgeable about glazing, and was able to explain the process to me well, getting on a few calls to answer all my questions. The very next day , their technician Jose showed up right on time. Just like everyone else he was friendly, professional, and hard working. We wanted to get the kitchen sink glazed, and he scrubbed it down in hopes it just needed a good cleaning. Just wanted to take a minute (I am usually bad about taking the time to do this) to say that these guys are great. We don't have the money and it also feels very un-green to get a new sink if it's possible to fix the old one. So we looked at what we could do to fix our kitchen sink which is white porcelain which has been scrubbed so much over the last 16 years that the black underneath the white porcelain was showing through. I will admit that it's a pain to not be able to use one's kitchen sink for the 48 hours that you have to set aside for this, and be prepared to need to air your house out from the fumes that first night (maybe better to do in warmer weather), but other than that, these guys respond promptly to messages, and were right on time for their appointment. It took them two or three hours (I think a LOT of that time is spent very carefully taping and papering off the area in your kitchen so that nothing gets sprayed besides your sink. They even wore little booties on their feet every time they came into the house! Anyway, it looks like we have a new sink now. read more

I wanted to lighten up my old dark tiled shower. This shower was a bit of a challenge, there was some small areas of missing grout and cracks throughout the shower in the corners, which were made more obvious once everything was glazed white. My bathroom was pretty humid that day, so the initial spray a lot of the glaze was being soaked up by the grout and in order to prevent drips, he had to stop and assured me he would return to respray.
