My bathroom looks brand new. they also gave me instructions on how to care for resurfaced items. The glazer, Jose, was a top notch professional. He really knows how to reglaze. it's not easy. I had these items resurfaced years ago. and they just didn't look good. I am extremely pleased with his work. He also took great care in making certain that my home was not harmed in the processes, covered all the walls and floors, and cleaned all the surfaces before he left just in case. I am so pleased with this entire experience. I received a quote right away. The price was fair and the communication was kind, clear, and professional. The day of the reglazing for our tub I was helped by Alex. I have 3 small children at home and he was so thoughtful and considerate with his workspace and minimizing the noise and inevitable smell of the product. He walked me through the entire process and went above and beyond what was expected. I have used another reglazing service in the past for a sink and was disappointed with the result (glazed over spaces that weren't my sink and had bubbles) and was overwhelmed by the smell. Alex's work was clean and looks fantastic! My tub looks new. He also used an exhaust fan during the process to push the smell out of the house to reduce the paint smell. I appreciated all the information and documents provided prior to tub reglazing, and day-of communication updating me of their ETA. It was really hard work and the worker spent almost 7 hours glazing my tub with regular updates throughout. He left the area clean and even returned later thinking he left a trash bag behind (he didn't)! With the 3-page care instructions that the company emailed me toward the end of their work, I feel confident about caring for this tub for many years to come. Their pricing is pretty competitive too.
