Pam is incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can really feel the care she has put into elevating the entire experience. Everyone here is wonderful, but Patti and Mike are definitely our personal favorites. My husband and I come about four times a month, so this has truly become our little place to relax and recharge. I also LOVE the preferred-client rewards program Pam introduced. You receive a stamp with every visit, and after 10 stamps, you receive a complimentary organic facial. Since we come so often, those stamps added up quickly! I recently had my complimentary facial with Pam, and I was honestly so impressed. It didn't feel like a "free" service or a quick little add-on at all -- it still felt luxurious, thoughtful, and like a full experience. I have extremely sensitive skin and a lot of allergies, and Pam was so gentle and careful with my skin. I had absolutely no irritation or breakouts afterward, which is huge for me. Pam, thank you for taking something we already loved and making it even more special. You didn't change what we loved -- you simply made it shine even brighter. When we booked, we specifically requested two female therapists. We were both initially given female therapists and the massage started. The massages themselves were also extremely disappointing. There was essentially no pressure or real massage technique--my therapist mostly put oil on my back and rubbed in circles. Justin said he was experiencing basically the same thing with his massage. Then, halfway through our massages, we suddenly started hearing a man's voice in the room. We realized that my fiancés facefemale therapist had apparently been replaced by a male therapist. Nobody asked us, nobody told us, and nobody explained what was happening. We had specifically requested female therapists, so having Justin's therapist changed to a man without our knowledge or consent was incredibly uncomfortable. We were not given an explanation when we questioned it. I eventually became so upset that I got dressed and walked out. A manager came in, but we still did not receive a reasonable explanation for why this happened. This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday experience for my fiancé, and instead we left feeling uncomfortable, confused, and extremely disappointed. Staffing issues happen, but you communicate with your customers and ask before making a significant change to the service they specifically requested. Changing someone's therapist halfway through a massage without saying anything is not acceptable to us. I would not return.

As I was waiting for my husband to come out I was given the QR code to pay. Once my husband came out we both paid via the QR code and the lady told us to wait and verify that they received payment. After verifying, she calls me out in front of the other 4 people in the waiting room for tipping too little. I asked if it was a problem and she said "no" and walked away. She was lucky I tipped at all! Tipping is based off of how much you enjoyed the service, hospitality, and the overall experience. I didn't need to tip but I still did anyway! Calling someone out for not tipping enough is not professional. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband didn't mind his massage. The sole purpose of him booking it was because he wanted the deep tissue massage so the depth/pain was something he was requesting. And he said the guy would check up on him every once in a while and ask if he's okay or if the depth was okay (I didn't get that). We've been to plenty massage bars before and have never had issues. Safe to say we will not be coming back here.

I've been traveling down to Monterey Park to get reflexology massages ($15/hr!), but was looking for something close to home. There is no point of getting all relaxed and then fighting traffic all the way home. I found this place thanks to Yelp, and decided to give it a try. This was my first Thai massage, so I was not sure what to expect. I was greeted at the back door (not even sure that you can go through the front) by a nice woman who asked me some general questions about what I wanted and what was hurting on my body. Then, I was led to a treatment "room." Okay, it is not Burke Williams, and if that is what you are expecting, you will be disappointed. There are little "rooms" off to one side which are made by curtains hanging from the ceiling. Private enough, but not sound proof. I heard the phone ringing throughout my treatment, but I was after pain relief, not a vacation. I agree with a previous post that the music is a bit too loud - but I didn't notice for long. I was appointed Renee as a treatment provider, and I was skeptical that such a little woman could really do as deep a massage as I liked. I opted for the $50/90 min combination massage special, thinking that if I didn't like the Thai massage, at least I would enjoy part of it. Oh my Goodness. I will never get anything else. Renee listened to what extra care I needed, but I don't think she needed my guidance, at all. You can tell when someone can "feel" what is wrong with you, and knows how to put it right. Renee did both. She even asked me if I had been doing a great deal of walking, because I was so very tight in the legs. Bingo! How did she know? I left feeling like mush, and like I had really gotten my money's worth. I am so pleased that this place is so close to my home. I am thinking of making this a Sunday night ritual (if I can figure out how to afford it). What a way to end a week! I wish this place all the best and I hope that they catch on, but not TOO much! I give it 5 stars - for what it is, it is as good as it gets. read more

Great place. I'd read the reviews prior to coming here. I've had a headache for the last 3 days. I know its been stemming from a stiff neck. Having taken too many painkillers I though it was time to try something different. I went for the 90 minute thai and swedish combo. I didn't know I was tightened up in the lower back as well... I had Jenny looking after me. And boy on boy she really knows how to get those knots out! Needless to say that when she came to my neck she was all over it! I'm certainly feeling soooooo much better after it. I feel lighter in the head and neck area, and know that after a goodnights sleeps I'm going to be back to normal and pain free! A hidden gem in the valley. You can not find a better massage around here for the price. All of the therapists that I have gotten massages from were great. They spend a lot of time on the areas you indicate need help. They really go deep into the knots and it's been the only massage place to actually remove my knots! I'm getting ill just thinking about how useless a soft massage is. Water flushing will not help if nothing is moved around. I keep asking harder please, um harder please, but nothing gets harder. I usually feel slight shaking like the person cannot use any strength. I need wrestling moves! Strong hands and someone that knows "when" to use the elbow. Not uses "elbow only". And, then sometimes I get the "bone massager". My bones do not need massage, only muscle. My spine? Ouch, elbow! My shins/tibia, owchy no no no. Please try to know the body and muscles. 5-10 mins on the shoulders, neck, rotor cuffs, can ease months of stress. Scalp massage 2 mins, no more or you are just matting my hair. This hair creation sucks. That is my complaint for the last 9-12 mos. It's sad that I have to go to other places now so I can get literal muscle melting relief. I get massages so I can walk right, feel right, for mental and physical wellness. I dont come to waste time and waste money. I'll circle back here n there just to see. But, there is no guarantees anymore for asking for anyone by name. And, the strength quality, is about 30%. The last thing is I give pretty good tips to any person that serves me. To EXPECT a tip over 20% is beyond ridiculous. I've been looked at and asked, "that's it?". Excuse me?? $70.00 massage = 20% $14.00 tip. A 25% = 17.50, A 30% tip = $21.00 A 40% tip = 28.00. I give $30 tips here. And the lady acts like its not enough. AND, if the massage sucked, I give $20, because they still worked and I'm sorry I am not giving tip for poor work. NEVER EXPECT! I'm am never and will never be obligated to leave a high tip if I dont want to and dont make me feel like crap if I dont give YOUR standard of tipping. That's all I got.

Usually when places say "full body," they focus mostly on your back and lightly touch on arms and legs, often skipping the feet. Not here. Not with Linda. Linda was absolutely phenomenal. She didn't miss a single area -- from my neck all the way down to my feet. She included exfoliation, hot stones, hard stones, and deep, thoughtful work that felt intentional and complete. I never once thought, "I wish she had done this or that." Everything was covered perfectly. From now on, I will always ask for Linda. The woman at the front desk, Iris (I believe she may be the owner), is incredibly sweet and welcoming -- always a pleasure to see her. The place has a warm vibe always. My husband had Tony, and he focused specifically on legs and feet, which my husband absolutely loved. He's big on foot massages, and Tony really delivered -- it made his night. The therapist returned with a bottle that was clearly running empty, scraped together only a tiny amount for my back, and admitted afterward that she had run out--yet still charged me the full $20 fee. Forced Tip: Tipping is optional. I am typically a generous tipper (normally $30-$35 for good service) and was still going to leave $25 despite the subpar session. Instead, she demanded a $30 tip and entered the amount herself without my consent. I have no issue paying for quality care, but paying premium prices for subpar technique, nearly empty add-ons, and forced gratuity is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Full body massages include the hot stones. My go to person has been Mary. Her expertise in locating tight spots and tense muscle is impressive. She has that therapeutic touch to provide fatigue relief and muscle relaxation. Overall, you cannot go wrong here because everyone is good and additionally, they provide high class customer service.
