It was salty and had a great texture (and did not have that microwaved chewy texture that you get sometimes)! I do prefer beer cheese to queso but the pretzel was so good it wasn't a huge deal. The side salad was larger than expected. I didn't care for the dressing. It was not a traditional Caesar taste or texture - not creamy, more of a vinaigrette, and gave the salad greens a slimy texture. Our server seemed busy but was pleasant and checked on us and food was served in a timely manner.

The pork itself was ridiculously fork-tender and the candied cabbage was an incredible sweet counterbalance to the savory sauce. Easily a 9/10 dish. For me, I ordered the Duck, which was perfectly cooked (rare), a great sear, and seasoned incredibly. I was torn on whether the star of the dish was the duck or the accompanying Brussel sprouts. Nothing to hate here, which is nice because some places swing and miss on fries. Overall a very good second visit.
