Dr. Patel is a very insensitive, cold and arrogant dentist. I had a cleaning, x rays as well as an examination by Dr. Patel a few weeks ago. The very next day I spoke to Dr. Patel about the painful and swollen gums I experienced after the cleaning by his dental hygienist. His response: "What do you expect with your bone loss?" Not one consoling comment did he make to show some empathy as a doctor should. His telling me to gargle with salt water and to wait 2 weeks for my gums to get better before recontacting him is hardly reassuring and is no way to treat a patient. In view of the above, I will not be returning to his office for the procedure on my teeth he recommended. Gee, Dr. Patel, do you realize your cold and insensitive behavior during our phone call after my appointment cost you some $1,600 in future income???? How ridiculous of you!!!!! read more

This dentist sucked me in as a patient during Covid with the offer of free x-rays. My dentist of 15 years was downtown and I live just five minutes from Simply Teeth, so I thought I would go there for a cleaning and see how things went. On the second visit Dr. Patel decided I needed a root canal and called a little speck of discoloration on one of my tooth a cavity. I went back to my dentist downtown because I wasn't buying it. After another detailed set of x-rays and cleaning, my regular dentist found no signs of cavities and certainly no need for a root canal. Steer clear. Somebody has to pay for all the state of the art equipment and this doctor will drill your teeth just for fun. read more

Highly recommended dentist office! I called earlier in the day to make an emergency appointment after my crown fell out. Dr. Patel was able to take me in the same day and not only did he fix my tooth, I was able to get my teeth cleaning out of the way as well. The doctor is very nice and informative. He answered all my questions and didn't rush me like some doctor's do in order to get to another patient. Of course, he did a great job on my tooth!
