Spicy Basil Fried Rice w/Shrimp & Stir Fry Garlic Beef ( Level 5).

When tasting the dishes, I felt extremely happy. My hangriness disappeared. The food was delectable. The service was prompt & the atmosphere is welcoming. For a to go order, the presentation was beautiful.

Simply Thai is my go to for dinner when I don't feel like cooking however it's been a while since I last visit. I have to say I wasn't very pleased with my food. I ordered the fresh spring rolls which was not wrapped tight so they fell apart as soon as I picked one up to dip. The Kung Pai spaghetti was dry and too sweet and the pineapple fry rice was not very flavorful. Like I said it's my go to especially on weekdays for dinner but today was not the day. The service was quick as I was only picking up. The new location is really cute and quaint and intimate for dates and small groups. Plenty of parking in the same lot as other businesses.

The food here is prepared well but something has changed. The sauce for the fresh spring rolls used to be "peanuty" but no longer. It's ok but I won't order again even though the spring roll is fresh. The shrimp curry was very clean and will be ordered again. The veggie beef stir fry was ok but not very flavorful. The service is still very good and the Resturant is clean.

Yes, they are open! They just moved to the Paddock Hills Plaza Shopping Center, by the big post office on Lindbergh! I finally got back to them earlier this week, and, as always, the food is fantastic. The new place looks great, and everything was clean and bright. I don't know the proper name for what I had, but it was glass noodles with vegetables and chicken, and it was not spicy, which is just how I wanted it. It was great. My friend had the red curry with beef, which came out beautifully plated, and he said it was really spicy and really good. The vegetables in both dishes were crispy, but not overly crispy, and the meats were tender. Everything was super fresh! Oh, I also got the Thai iced tea, which is always excellent.

Florissant gem! If you're craving flavorful Thai food, this is the place to get it from! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I ordered the stir fried glass noodles with vegetables and no egg & a Thai tea with oat milk. My meal was cooked very fast, I ordered & was out in 5 minutes. It's cozy and nicely decorated inside.

The food... excellent. The service...none better. The ambiance of the place,..none better. This is a hidden gem. I'm going to have to let the food speak for itself. You have to come visit and see you will have an experience like I did.

I've been here twice and both times were due to a happy accident. We have been talking about Thai at work and ended up coming here and even ran into several people who also work for the same company. I guess my colleague and I weren't the only ones thinking about Thai food that day. This is not the closest Thai place to work so we rarely venture this way but the service has been wonderful both times and the food have always been delicious. I got my colleague hooked on Thai food and he said this place is much better than the chain Thai restaurant close to their house. I would have to agree. I've been to 3 or 4 different Thai places and I prefer this and Pearl over others. And I have said this before, too bad neither of them is a reasonable distance from where I live. When we came in last week, I tried their fried spring rolls served with sweet & sour sauce (4 small spring rolls in 1 order) and Thai butterflies (pretty much like crab ragoon) for an appetizer. Then I ordered a dish with their combination meat consisting pieces of chicken, shrimp, and beef sauteed in vermicelli noodles and fresh vegetables. The dish had a prominent yellow color so I'm not sure what type of sauce they added to it but it was delicious. The service has been wonderful both times. They had one person overseeing the dinning area to make sure no one's glass is empty and that no new diner is left to wait for too long by the door. When we came in, they had one person but as the lunch crowd started pouring in, another person came out from the back and started helping as well. I have no complaints with either their food nor their service. I will be back Simply Thai!

This place has very good service and their food is a little on the saltier side but otherwise pretty good. I will have to come back again and sample other things.

Only tried the red and green curry. Both are absolute fire. If you can handle, level 4 spicy is just the right amount of spice.

We started with the Thai butterflies, which are always a hit. Crispy and delicious. My husband ordered the Thai braised chicken and I ordered the Three Flavored Curry. Both were great! I typically order the yellow curry which still might be my favorite, but I loved all of the vegetables, shrimp and chicken in the three flavored curry. The regular spice level has a kick but is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the coconut curry sauce, but if you want more, you can ask for a higher heat level. While we loved eating in the restaurant for optimal freshness of food, be aware that it does get very warm in the building in the summer.

And it's very easy to miss the only entrance. However, I've never had issues finding parking even when it's at its fullest. Once inside, the staff is very quick to greet and sit you. Immediately they are kind and bring water for everyone. The place isn't large, but there's lots of seating. It's also clean and tidy. Finally, the food. This time I ordered the Chicken Drunken Noodles with a level 2 spicy. The last time I ordered it as a level 4 and it was a little unbearable for me. Level 2 was perfect for my standards. The chicken was absolutely delicious, filling, and had a very enjoyable level of spice. I do think the noodles and vegetables could have used some more flavoring other than the spice. If people are looking for a good place to eat and want thai, I do recommend this restaurant. I know I'll be a returning customer.

The best Thai food in the Saint Louis area! So flavorful!…read more Addie's Thai not only provides a friendly, professional full service dining experience but also puts utmost flavor and intention into their beautiful dishes. I've worked at Thai restaurants in St. Louis including Chao Baan, King and I, and the original Thai Bistro in Wildwood (before 2022 sale) so I know what authentic and flavorful Thai food should taste like. Friends and I have been searching for Thai food as good as the original Thai Bistro in Wildwood and I'm happy to say I've finally found it! We happened to try this restaurant because my sister asked if the family could meet somewhere "different" for her birthday. The restaurant staff helped us make a reservation for 10 people in their semi-private dining room. We had kids with us and they were also happy with the food! We were impressed not only by the food but also by the white tablecloths, real cloth napkins, and ornate traditional décor throughout the restaurant. We selected wine by the glass and cocktails from their full-bar list on the menu. We started with an array of appetizers from the menu including wings, dumplings, spring rolls, and fresh rolls. We agreed our favorites were the dumplings and spring rolls. We also shared entrées Phad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Red Curry, Angry Beef, Thai Fried Rice and Vegetable Stir Fry. Our favorites were Red Curry, Drunken Noodles, and Phad Thai. I tend to judge a Thai restaurant on the thickness and flavor of their curry and the color, flavor, and sauciness of their Phad Thai. Both dishes checked all of the boxes I'd qualify as 5 stars. I'm so happy the Addie's Thai curry is thick and flavorful while having the perfect spice balance. It's my pet peeve when Thai restaurants water down curry or overly sweeten it because they want to cater to the average American palette. Addie's Thai does not do that thankfully. The Phad Thai had a gorgeous golden brown color and the flavor clearly indicated they use traditional Tamarind in the sauce. So delicious! We took home so many leftovers simply because their portion sizes are so large! Come with an appetite! We are so happy to have found such a delicious Thai restaurant in West St. Louis County and the birthday girl left very satisfied with our meal.

I've been coming here on and off for over 11 years, and the consistency is a big reason I keep returning. Camille, who has been there for quite some time, took care of our table. She's always efficient, friendly, and welcoming, with a calm demeanor and a genuine smile that makes the experience even better. My usual favorites are the Angry Chicken and the Sweet Basil Chicken, and this time the Angry Chicken won out--I ordered it at a 2-star spice level. It was flavorful with just the right amount of heat. One of the nice perks of weekday lunch is that each person gets two fried spring rolls. They came out quickly and were served with a sweet and sour sauce--simple but very delicious. When our entrées arrived, a large pot of perfectly cooked rice was placed on the table, followed by our main dishes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. This has long been one of my go-to places for hosting out-of-town guests, and it continues to deliver solid Thai dishes and great service.
