Bobby gave me a quote for my 8'x9' wool hand-knotted Oriental rug that I felt was very reasonable! The fee for pick up and delivery is worth it! Upon Bobby's arrival to my house, I felt comfortable; he is friendly, polite, and professional. Bobby also has attention to detail; when my rug was delivered, he explained that he rotated my rug when laying it back down, and made sure it was nicely pulled and centered in the room. I also felt Bobby was honest with his recommendation on how often I should get my rug cleaned. As far as the rug itself...it looks clean, it smells clean, it feels clean...it's clean! So he started showing me larger rugs and I fell in love with a 10x12 (another heriz? Not sure!) which he delivered along with my rug pads. He brought his young strong guys with him to help move last year's rug into the dining room and they laid out the new one ... even my husband was like, "Wow. This is gorgeous. Now we need better furniture." I love working with Reza. He's already got my tastes totally pegged. Reza is a great salesman! I purchased a beautiful 8x10 heriz for my living room, and when he delivered it, he brought in a runner from his truck for my hallway ... which I promptly purchased. Perhaps I'm a sucker, but the rugs are spectacular, and I have no regrets. They'll be gorgeous forever. His prices are reasonable.
