This is a nice, bright milk tea place. I got two fruit teas and a matcha egg puff. The kumquat elixir is flavorful and like liquid kumquat. The mango paradise is appropriately mango. Sweetness is not overpowering and the boba is soft and chewy, very nice. You can really taste the tea in the drinks. I also sampled their roasted oolong, which was delicious. The egg puff is one of the better ones I've had. I don't normally like them, but the matcha flavor comes through and you can get them with mochi inside. The decor is a clean minimalism that creates a peaceful mood. Friendly staff and quiet music choices round out the calm aesthetic. Overall, I can't find any criticisms for this place. Parking can be hard due to its location in downtown, but I can't fault it for that. read more

MOCHI EGG PUFF! They have chocolate, green tea, and sesame flavored mochi egg puffs and I'm in love. Friends got Jasmine milk tea, raspberry dream, and I got the cucumber dream. My cucumber dream tasted really bland and watered down. But my friend loved her Jasmine Milk tea so ill go back and try that along with the other two egg puffs. Came here yesterday for the first time and had a decent time. It was actually pretty crowded, there was no seating available inside so it was either stand around or sit outside in the cold with no heaters. My friend and I ordered the hot almond milk tea and the hot hazelnut milk tea since it was so cold out. I also ordered the matcha egg waffle with mochi. Drinks: 5/5. Super warm and cozy. Taste great and perfect for the cold weather. Apparently the hazelnut milk tea tastes like nutella, but less chocolatey. Egg Waffle: 5/5. It was really crispy on the outside and the mochi was a great addition, as it made the waffle gooey and melty. read more

I just moved to the area and this is now my favorite spot to walk to. I recently ordered a coffee through yelp, only to realize they were not open yet. The owner saw me at the window and was nice enough to make the coffee for me anyway. I will be more aware of hours before I order from Yelp/GrubHub again, but I really appreciated the accommodating my mistake. Stopped by because I was in the area after a downtown outing & was looking for a new boba spot. Ended up here and had a good experience! Parking was easy & it wasn't busy inside. The place itself was very clean & well decorated. Their menu was full of unique drinks. One thing that stood out was their matcha pandan jelly! ! I love pandan but not all places have it, let alone in jelly form. lol. I got a sample and ended up buying the drink on the menu that had it. Forgot the name. We also bought a raspberry and coconut one. All 3 drinks were yummy. For snacks we got 2 waffles & some crumbwiches. The waffles were on point. The chocolate one was my favorite. Those do take some time but aside from the waffles, service was quick. The crumbwiches were different. I had never had one before. I got the pandan flavor, but it didn't have enough pandan for my liking. It tasted more like the buttercream filling. This place also had some things like puzzles/rubix cubes to play with at your table & a photo frame. Various tea drinking goodies available for purchase as well. Pretty good boba spot! The teas are not too sweet which is how I like it. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea less sweet with pearls. I should have stuck with regular sweetness but I didn't know how sweet they made their drinks so wanted to be safe than sorry and I'd rather have the strong tea taste than a strong syrup taste. The pearls were nice and soft. My bf got the creamy pandan milk tea and his was delicious! The pandan jelly was so yummy and they make it in-house! The jasmine milk tea with the pandan made a great combination. We also ordered a mochi eggette. The flavor choices were original, chocolate, sesame, matcha, and pumpkin spice. We ended up getting half sesame and half matcha. Super yummy! I prefer the sesame over the matcha but they were both still really good. I'll have to try the other flavors next time! read more

I love the tea here - it's always tasty and the tea the good stuff. I look forward to their specials every season. They also sweeten their boba like all boba shops should!(Nothing more disappointing than ordering boba and finding that it wasn't soaked in honey or sugar water). The mochi egg puff is good, they're made on the spot so you'd have to wait but it's totally worth it. The dreamy taro does not taste like anything I have ever had before, in a good way, and the "floating clouds" in the drink is quite cute. Don't get the matcha milk tea, however, I highly recommend the mango drink. I really like that they have mochi egg puffs! There's street parking but it is very limited. I love sincear tea I pass by it sometimes when I visit my brother. I order the earl gray milk tea with double boba Pearls because I just can't get enough. I enjoy this one, but I love all their tea flavors. I'm not so into the raspberry dream tea. Compared to other boba places, this place is my 2nd favorite, but they have world class boba and tea.
