This location is actually the most convenient to me since I'm in the shopping center often, but I rarely come to this one. The parking right near the shop is limited and usually taken by the other businesses. It's pretty lucky to find parking right in front, unless it's a very slow day. This time around, I ordered ahead of time to get my drinks/waffle faster. My order included the usual milk tea with sea salt cream and lychee jelly, a chocolate waffle and something for the bf. When I got there, my drinks weren't quite ready, but it wasn't too much of a wait. Service isn't the friendliest, but nothing to complain about. The shop has a good amount of space for people to hang out and chat after getting drinks. It's usually pretty quiet, at least on the handful of times I've been there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]1 star off is for my drink - for some reason, this location has always been a little off with the drink I've ordered. Even though I (usually) order the exact same drink at several locations, this one is always inconsistent with it's sweetness level. Most of the time, it's less sweet than expected while once in a while, it's way too sweet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm sure there's a formula for it, but it's never quite the same. The chocolate waffle was good and no complaints for the other drink.

I ordered the black tea with salted cheese 25 percent sweetness. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love their salted cheese, really good flavor of savory and a hint of salt. One of the best salted cheese out there imo.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their black tea was pretty good. It had a nice flavor, not watered down today compared to other boba shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I noticed their tea tastes different from day to day. Sometimes it's water down sometimes it's strong.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]But their salted cheese has been consistent every visit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I think this location is a lot better than the other locations I been to in the Bay Area.

I wish the male behind the counter would have said I had BRF (biccchie resting face) to my face and not behind my back... I'd have told him, "why, yes....yes, I do suffer from BRF". Evidently he didn't see my son sitting waiting for the order and heard/saw the comments. Q- To the male Associate working on 7/9/24 @2:57p - Why are you working with people? Suggestion (if you want to work in customer service) Wait til customers are gone before trash talking them. BRF sufferer.

Happy Lemon is a boba tea chain that serves waffles and Korean fried chicken. They have a variety of fruit and milk teas with salted cheese and combo options. It's located in a complex with lot parking and has a few tables for small group or individual indoor seating. The waffles were a bit of a wait and they ran out of fried chicken, but the drinks came out relatively quickly and were priced reasonably for the area. The bubble waffles tasted great - they were a good amount of sweet and fluffy. There's not much of a difference between the original waffle and the oreo waffle other than the texture (the oreo one had hard chunks where there was oreo pieces). I wouldn't recommend the puff creams - they were $1 each and didn't taste great (kind of like sour milk). However, the mango boba green tea was refreshing and had the perfect amount of sweet mango flavor. The ratio of boba to drink was good and the mango boba was the right texture - I'd rate it a 9/10. I'd recommend this place as a post-work treat to either pick up or dine-in with a friend or 2.

Honestly the most reliable place to get a salted cheese drink. It's so so good every single time and even the next day. Honestly just a perfect blend of sweet and savory. Also tried my friend's Strawberry Shortcake Drink with Lychee. Really really tasty and tasted like a drinkable dessert. Great mix of fruit and creaminess but definitely on the more expensive side (especially since lychee was added). Never saw this drink at other locations so if you come here definitely check it out! Overall, I've only been to this location once and have no complaints! The drinks were super good and service was quick. There are only a few tables but this is more of a grab and go location. Some tables had crumbs so cleanliness isn't the greatest if you're thinking to dine-in.

I've been here multiple times and I think this is my favorite happy lemon location in the South Bay. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My go to drink is the Green Tea with Salted Cheese; I remember the first time I tried salted cheese i though it was so weird but i've grown to love it and it's one of my favorite drinks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Tiramisu Salted Cheese is also really good, I usually get it with the oreo milk tea.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Happy Lemon is one of my favorite boba spots in San Jose! I always get the A2 black tea salted cheese here or the D5 boba milk tea with puff cream. There is plenty of parking in the plaza. The shop itself is pretty small compared to other Happy Lemons and was unexpectedly crowded when we went on a Sunday around 5PM. Shoutout to Darren & Bryan for making our drinks with their blood sweat and tears I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future!

We went here for some late night boba cravings and it did not disappoint! I got the Oreo milk tea with tiramisu salted cheese (def recommend this!!) & my friend got a regular milk tea -- both were yummy. There were still a few groups coming in at the time, but the staff got us our drinks fairly fast. I would lower sweetness to 75% so it's not too sweet, but otherwise will be coming back to try other drinks.

I love happy lemon. I've tried a few drinks and can't believe this is my first review. Service is fast. It's always clean and organize when I stop by. They take Apple Pay. My favorite are the freshly squeezed lemonades.

I tried the Go Green smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and very refreshing. I've passed by this location many times and always wanted to try it, so I'm glad I finally stopped in. The smoothie tasted completely different from the ordinary smoothies you find at other places. You can really taste the fresh, healthy ingredients. The shop is clean, welcoming, and conveniently located in the corner. It's also easy to see why so many fitness-conscious and health-minded people come here. Everything feels focused on fresh ingredients and better nutrition. I would definitely recommend Vitality Bowls to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious smoothie. I'll be coming back to try more items from the menu!

I went with the Coffee Crunch, and honestly, it's no joke, it is delicious and absolutely packed. However, at an $11 price point, that coupon was the only thing keeping it in the "reasonable" category for me, especially since the portion is just a standard size rather than something more substantial. The layout of the place is a bit of a trip; unlike Jamba where everything is out in the open, the staff here is tucked away in a back kitchen area. I spent about five minutes waiting for my order to emerge, wondering if I'd been forgotten! But if you're looking for a quiet escape with god-tier air conditioning, this is the spot. I stopped by on a sweltering afternoon and it was nearly empty, cool as a whistle, and filled with trendy, comfortable seating rather than your typical stiff restaurant chairs. While I'm personally not a "bowl" person, the rest of the menu looks great. It's definitely got more of a local health-spot soul compared to the corporate feel of the Jamba down the street. I'll definitely be passing this place along to my pre-teen daughter, it feels exactly like the kind of trendy hangout she's going to live at as she gets older. Go for the crunch, but definitely stay for the AC.

While I can't speak to most of the customer service experience, the order was packaged nicely and securely. The Avocado Toast was the star of the show for me. Probably one of the best avocado toasts I've ever had flavor-wise. While I do also appreciate a lightly salted plain avocado flavor, the cilantro + lime + chili was the kinda vibe I knew I needed (but had never experienced) in an avocado toast. The bread was thick + toasted + soft. Tasted better than I expected after reading the menu description. Pretty filling for $8.50, current economy considered ); Vanilla latte & Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant were also solid. I got an extra shot in the latte and found it to be adequately strong. The croissant sandwich was pretty good with what appeared to be real egg. My satisfaction for the value of the experience may also be skewed by the fact that I got a 40% off for $10+ deal for this meal. It's still hard for me to wrap my mind around how expensive everything has gotten. So, my 5 stars is only representative for the taste and presentation here, less so the value, ambiance, or customer service. I'd come back.

I ain't gonna lie; I'm all about customer service, good food, and value! When ordering, I was told they were out--of what I understood to be the bread--so I asked, "What other bread options do you have?" The cashier rambled off some options, including "white bread." Internal dialogue: "White bread? I didn't know that was still a thing." Turns out, next to the Texas toast, it was the lowest-carb option, so I opted for it. She rang me up at $14.50... $14.50!!! I said, "I don't understand--why is it more than double the price?" To my complete chagrin, she replied, "I have to charge you for a BLT. Would you like lettuce and tomato on your sandwich?" Mind you, they also offer a cheese melt for $6 that comes with the infamous "white bread" and melted cheese. All they would have to do is add the egg and bacon! At least, that's what makes sense to me. I said, "I'm sorry... I do not want a BLT. I just want what I ordered, and I'm okay with white bread as a substitute for the croissant." She insisted, "We can't do that." WHAT??!! I said, "Charge me for the melt, and I'll pay extra for the egg and bacon. How's that?" She said, "Sorry, we can't do that." Internal dialogue: "But they can charge me for a BLT and make substitutions..." It made absolutely no sense! She ultimately conceded--charged me for what I requested--and gave me this bland-looking thing that was barely warmed up, much less toasted! I went out of my way to support "my community" and introduce a colleague to this place. I was so embarrassed--for them and for us! Never again! To boot: I added an almond milk latte, which took way too long to come out. When I went to check on it, the barista looked at me confused. Just then, another customer ran up and said, "Oops! I grabbed your drink by accident--but I didn't drink from it yet." The top hadn't been opened, from what I could see. I surrendered, moped back to my mediocre white-bread sammy, and tried to enjoy the moment. I actually enjoyed the latte... I was about two-thirds of the way through it when I noticed the receipt said OAT MILK--instead of almond... Ayyy, mi gente! Jamás!
